You go back to the Kobold queen Yusdrayl. When you get there, she says, "Were you able to accomplish what you needed? I don't see our Dragon with you. And I don't see any other adventurers with you."
(You guys are now where the red arrow is at. Hope the arrow looks better this time. :-D )

"Not quite, ya... majesty."Cade gives a slight bow. "We managed to broker somethin' like a deal with the goblins, so you could send some of yer own to get the Dragon without their hassling ya. Even can escort some of yer best dragon minders there, if it'll be a comfort. Only reason we ain't done it ourselves is 'cause... well, even if one of us spoke the tongue, it's more liable to devolve into a scrap if we got any more involved than we have... 'nd possibly in us kill'n it, quite frankly, if'n it came to it."
He gives a weak but apologetic grin. "'nd I vaguely recall ya wanting it brought back relatively unharmed... something we can't promise. So, all that said, 'nd 'spite know'n it'd mean no reward from yer 'oard over there, figured this be the best way things could end a bit... civilly between you folks 'nd the goblins. That said-..."Cade starts rubbing the back of his neck nervously. "If'n ya had a mind of, uh... boot'n 'em from the temple... yea, that ain't still happening with a fight. But, aside from coming to get'cher dragon, so long as yer kin stay on yer side, and there's largely there's, then there ain't needing to be any more conflict." As he said that, he looks around for the groups former kobold company, curious if the little kobold was doing well... NOT that he cared too much.

Cade looks around to see if their former party member is there, but doesn't see him. Yusdrayl says to the party, "Since you have at least made sure where the dragon is we can send some of our people to go get it. Your friend that was travelling with you previously has made himself very useful for us. He's moved up the ranks quite quickly and I think I will let him lead this expedition. Also, since you have seemed to quell the tension between ours and the Goblins, I believe that would require a reward of some kind. We will do our best to stay out of their way. You may choose any two of the items assembled on the altar behind me." She then turns and points to the altar, on which is a large coin, 3 scrolls of paper, and a small flask.

After waiting and glancing back for a moment to see if any other might step up, Cade turns back to Yusdrayl, and puffs out his chest to seem more leader-ly. "Got it! And much obliged, Queen of the Kobolds."If there are no follow-ups from Yusdrayl at the comment, he starts to step up to the alter, but catches himself. Once he sees no sudden movements for just stepping up to take the items himself, he carries on forward to it. "Hmm... Definitely one of those, and... oh shucks, why not that too." He would say, grabbing one of the scrolls of paper and a small flask at random prior to returning to the party. Both he immediately hands off to Thrak to identify while he turns back to the Yusdrayl. "Pleasure doin' business wit'cha... now, uh... nevermind. It's fine. Ya'll take care now. We'll hopefully be back soon enough with those we were after and outta everyone's scales before long."
With that, unless the others wished to step up for some final words or more, Cade leads the way back to the throne room, believing the pit to be the only way down. And if so, he looks to the others and asks, "Ya'll good to delve deeper? Or should we pack it in at least for a night with the other goblins up here first, 'nd start freshier?"

"We killed the hobgoblin leader responsible for stealing the dragon and restored the former queen of the goblins to her rightful position" Thrak would say with a nod. "She was grateful to us for that and is eager to see the dragon removed from her territory" The hobgoblin would say with a small bow to the kobold. After looking over towards the alter, Thrak would point to the scrolls. "I would like the scroll please, unless my companions disagree." The crimson colored hobgoblin would add. Once he had the scrolls, he would look them over and try to determine what spells could be written on them before looking to his companions. "yes Cade, Let's make our way down deeper" he would say with a nod and a shake of his slightly heavier staff as the new head bounces around on the end.
(OOC - Small Addendum as Wreck had some trouble with the post. If Thrak wished to examine them first and Yusdravyl is fine with it, he'll step back to let Thrak do so without taking anything first. And if Thrak wants 2 scrolls, he won't offer a word of complaint against it.)

Taking a moment to look around to make sure none of the Kolbolts were listening, "You all know this adventure is not going to make a good story. With a quick step, Xavnan heads towards the pits thinking over what he was going to say at the next Tavern. Turning back to the rest of the party, "Well come on we need to save the kids."
Yusadryl walks over to the altar and picks up the scrolls and gives them to Thrak, and gives the flask to Cade. "Here you go, I hope you find the people you are looking for, and thank you again for your help."

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
(OOC - Cade gets it advantage automatically if there's a visible danger to avoid. But for others, would they get the same from tying up to each other?)
Dexterity Save:12, if Danger Sense/Rope Applies(adv roll): 21.
At 2nd level, you gain an uncanny sense of when things nearby aren’t as they should be, giving you an edge when you dodge away from danger.
You have advantage on Dexterity saving throws against effects that you can see, such as traps and spells. To gain this benefit, you can’t be blinded, deafened, or incapacitated.
