The rough-hewn tunnel from the sewer leads to a basement room maybe 40x40ft containing another door leading to more rooms. The middle of this room is broken into sections of uneven flooring where workers have dug several holes and haphazardly filled them back in. On the far side opposite the other door are four men in black robes digging a 10 ft section of the floor. It appears that they are in the process of uncovering a table or altar of some sorts.

If Cultist 1 is still up:
Darvin returns the attack on his aggressor, thrusting his rapier at him in a dance-like motion, finishing with his shield in front of him and his blade held ready to deflect the next blow against him.
Attack: 26 Damage: 12
If hits: Defensive flourish: 2 extra damage and the same added to Darvin's AC until his next turn.
If Whistler finishes off Cultist 1 (or if Darvin does), then Darvin will close on Cultist 5 (applying the same attack and flourish vs 5 if he didn't need to attack #1)
He will also use Unsettling Visage to impose disadvantage on the next attack roll made against him.
