Tibi swoops down and lobs the head off of the last troglodyte and it falls dead.
Any search of the bodies reveals nothing.

With the last troglodyte dead you stand in front of the cave entrance. As you peer inside you can see that about 20-30 feet in it opens into another chamber which has 3 exits.
Kip would run up towards the group once the final enemy was defeated. "Hey, you guys all alright? You all fought really well!" He would exclaim before rushing into the cave. "Hey? Any of you have a light?" He would shout behind him. "I uhh... Kind of forgot I can't see in the dark"
(OOC: yeah, I actually thought Verdan have dark vision and they don't... so... true story)
"I got you covered," Darvin says, muttering a brief incantation, which causes his shield to begin glowing brightly. "I suppose I should go first..." he adds. "That is, unless our resident sneaky-bird wants to scout ahead. Left? How about left? I like left."
Tibi lands as the party is getting ready to enter the cave. “Urgh! You know caves really aren’t my thing so I’m happy for you to lead if you wish my friend” Tibi says to Darvin pointing to the entrance.

Darvin leads the way as the party moves into the caverns. The floor is hard rock and you see no tracks. The walls are dank and gloomy, in areas moist from trickles of water. The darkness would be oppressive without Darvin's light as the echo of your footsteps bounce off the walls.
You pass through the first room, which is empty. Going left you come into another room that exits on the opposite side. This room is also empty and you continue on.
As you move through the passageway Darvin suddenly stops as he detects a trap in the floor of the passageway.
Gil would bump into the back of Tibi as the party suddenly stops. "Hey, what did ya find? Why are we stopped" The Verdan would would ask looking around for signs of trouble.
Darvin looks at the ground and is pretty certain he knows how to disarm the trap. He sees that the whole tunnel would collapse if they didn't disarm it properly.
OoC: Is this just a straight DEX check, or would Thieves' tools come into play here? (If just a straight check, Darvin is as good a person to try as anyone, but if Thieves' Tools, Tibi should do it)
Tibi tinkers with the trap and is able to disable it in a few minutes. You continue safely down the passage into a room with no exits.
Here you find a number of boxes and chests that contain 1200 cp, 1200 sp, 80 gp, 2 x Chalcedony (50 gp), Chrysoprase (50 gp), 3 x Citrine (50 gp), Jasper (50 gp),
The room appears to be a treasure room for the Troglodytes.
While checking the room, Gilbert notices something off about the north wall.
OoC: That's a total cash value of 562gp, or the equivalent of 140gp 5 sp each if we split it four ways. How do we want to handle cash treasure? (1) Should we keep track of the individual items and the corresponding weights, or just act as though it's all gp? and (2) Should we have one person serve as treasurer and log everything (and then have everyone make purchase requests to use the party fund when opportunities arise), or divvy things up as we go?
Gilbert would pull out his bag and move towards the treasure. "I will collect the loot and record what we have found so that it can be divided up later" He would say with an excited smile. The small verdan would sit on the floor with his log book next to him and meticulously record every coin and item of value as it is stuffed into his bag. While holding one of the Jasper up in his hands, looking it over closely to determine its value, he would notice the northern wall behind it.... "Something seems strange about that wall..." He would say standing up and quickly finishing stuffing the few items in his bag.
OOC: I am totally fine just splitting all the cash four ways. That being said... I don't really remember how the AI % works... as far as what percentage they take off of the top of the loot we find. I am thinking that we just collect all the money / items to be sold and keep them all together until we can RP selling them. Once we have all the cash, then we can divide up the money that is left over after AI gets its cut. Armor, weapons, and magic items however... I think should be recorded and given to whoever needs / wants them the most. Since Gilbert has a bag of holding and is the hoards-person, he will be essentially a loot vacuum cleaner and log and take anything he thinks might make AI some coin. If anyone makes a point to wanting something for themselves, just let Gil know so he can write it down in his book :D
OoC: Sounds good! I forgot about the company's cut... Personally I don't really have any interest in RPing out shopping, especially in PbP, but if others are into that, I'll go with the flow.

What now?
“Much that I dislike caves, wet, muddy and cramped as they are, we probably should check out the remaining chambers and tunnels” Tibi suggests.
