OOC: The attunement doesn't reveal the command word but as Tine can cast as a ritual endlessly I will reveal it and yes I assumed you'd each attune to one of them.
As tine settles in for a shorter duration, this time to try his hand a the new found spell, he focuses on one of the pearls. Slowly he creates the rune circles needed to complete his ritual and finally after ten minutes of concentration Tine is aware of the command word for both pearls. "augendae"
"Augendae." (Mundak uses his pearl to regain a 3rd level spell slot." "Huh, well that is neat. Thank you Time this will be very handy. And now I can dispel magic one extra time if the need arises."
As the party groups up on the top floor once again they notice the new decoration adorning the center of the room. A large 20ft diameter hole now sits roughly in the center of the room (B4, B7, E4, and E7 mark the corners of the hole). The statue with the red sword precariously sits at the edge of the hole, if it had stretched out just a bit further that statue would have fallen down below as well. The room is still accessible but the floor looks.. fragile. Proceed with caution.
"Well that doesn't look awful safe but I s'pose there's only one way to find out. Tine, you wanna give me that ice scroll you found? I could use that on the blue sword while you light up the other one."
Mundak accepts the scroll and studies it for a moment. "Oh, well this is a bit embarrassing but I can't seem to make out the script on this scroll." As he hands it back to Tine he says "Maybe you could just do both, one after the other?"
(OOC: I checked the rules for using spell scrolls and apparently you can only use a scroll if it's on your class's spell list. Let me know if I'm wrong.)
OOC: You're right laa2736 but it's okay. Tine can cast it as well as Fire Bolt.
Tine fire off his Fire Bolt then takes the scroll of Ice Knife and releases its magic onto the second statue. As the flame hits the red sword, it ignites with a small explosion, flames leaping from it, leaving a black soot residue on the statue's surface. And as the ice knife connects with the blue sword, it seems to freeze over as frost can be seen spread across its surface immediately. You then hear a catch release and the large metal door begins to slowly swing open, revealing one final room on this top floor.
OOC: Just to get things going again I will say you all make it through the room with the frail looking floor without an issue and are currently in the final room.
Stepping into the newly revealed room (25ft wide by 15 feet deep) you see many items of interest. Firstly, a very intricate set of runes etched into the floor before you in a circular pattern, about 10ft in diameter. A desk sits to the right side, a bag looks to have been quickly stuffed below it poorly hidden by the chair that rest there. Paper work, no books, can be found on the desk. And finally, a large chest sits on the wall opposite the desk. The chest is not locked, as you see it currently has the lid wide open and several items seem to be sticking out of it. It almost looks comical, like the contents were never meant to fit inside the chest, they are simply there, exposed for all to see. It seems if Rindal put them there, he didn't expect anyone to get through the door and figured his shield guardian was plenty protection enough to keep his items safe.
In the chest there are several items, they are as follows: A silver comb, etched with intricate elvish patterns that almost seem to move as leaves dance along it's edge. A wooden spatula, etched with intricate runes similar to what you had seen in the town of Manalith. A longsword, very well crafted with a blade sharper then any you've ever encountered and a sapphire encrusted silver hilt. A small metal shield with magical runes around its perimeter, decorated with a symbol of two castle towers united by a bridge. A warhammer that almost seems to glow in a blue hue with a golden ring attached to one end of the hammer's head which almost seems to squeeze the stone it encompasses. A pair of shoes that are pristine as can be, they look as if they've never been worn, with magical runes embroidered around the brim. And finally a golden pair of bracelets that are seemingly shaped of one strand of gold yet woven so intricately they looks as though they are too fragile to wear without breaking them.
Tine kneels down to get a closer look at the runes. "This is some kind of teleportation circle," he says, but continues studying the runes implying he isn't entirely sure how to work it.

Tine hands over the scroll and positions himself to cast Fire Bolt at the other statue as safely as he deems possible (range 120 ft).

Tine would like to first study the runes on the floor. Arcana (or Investigation?) Check: 11

OOC: Have we given up on this one?

Believe so unfortunately.
