Sorry everyone, gonna have to drop out due to some irl stuff, as well as my own inability to keep up with what is transpiring. Apologies, and best of wishes to you all
Let me know how you guys want to deploy. I see that at least one person was suggesting a split deployment.
You can take the central (southern) passage way, most direct and obvious through a seemingly normal entranceway between two towers.
Eastern passageway which takes you through a breach in the curtain wall, however it will take longer to get through and there's more damaged areas that could hide possible creatures.
Western passageway which enters through an overgrown passageway that leads off into the forest towards the lowest formation of mountains in the distance. Like the central, its entrance is marked by two towers.
You have no information of a northerly approach but it would require going entirely around.
You have roughly 2-3 hours of daylight left and thus far it has taken roughly 3 hours of travel time to reach where you are, so the return journey should be equally as long however it is not advised to be caught in the jungles with very little knowledge of the area.

With daylight waning, Zephyr votes for the Central (southern) route, since it's the obvious path. It's likely trapped, but knowing that, we can be ready. Zephyr's still exhausted, but I can still scout ahead and try to give some heads up. I won't post in the ICC thread until there's a quorum here.
I am good with the central route. Got to be honest and say I wouldn't expect normal spiders to lay any traps... That's what their webs are for. So let's mive forward there but work out where everyone is in the formation... I'm happy enough being roughly central, facouring bow and support magic.
That sounds fine to me... let's move ahead, DM can sort out the order for those that haven't responded, though I'm losing track of who we still have after the few drop outs.

I don't think we should split up with the party being smaller now. If the imp can scout ahead that should work. I can send Cog forward as well to scout ahead but it can't tell me anything it finds.

I have updated my character post, thought of something not sure if it would work. But basically, I could cast light on a familiar and we could send it running through in hopes of distracting some spiders to it. Maybe use that distraction to save Talis and either running away or facing off against our foe after that. What do you think?
I'll wait til tomorrow to post the next segment to give the remaining members time to respond, if nothing then I will assume that they have agreed. If no response by Friday, I will assume they have dropped the campaign without notification.

Reghetyr can send his familiar imp to scout ahead. It is invisible at the moment.

Bring out your inner chatacter class...
Arwin can follow down the central routine, cautious as all heck I want to be looking around as we move along. He doesn't want to be jumped on again.
Okay, sounds good. So far I have the Imp, Zephyr, Reghetyr, Landrae, and Arwin in the marching order. Where would everyone else like to be?

So we are down to six players now, also the people who’ve been responding in a timely manner. I’ll post later this afternoon before AL.
