The map at the link above should show the area that is now difficult terrain. Disregard the part in the water.
Any attack on the two Goblins is with advantage until they pass a strength check to get free. Goblins cannot move, but can attack with disadvantage. I'm treating Lovariel's current position as half-cover.
Surge sees the opportunity provided by the entanglements and does decide to draw his rapier and get dirty for once. He approaches the first goblin and tries to run him through, although takes no pleasure in doing so.
Surge's rapier severly wounds, Goblin No 1. He's upright, but only barely. As Lovariel takes aim at Goblin No. 2 with her sling, Pardo clambors around her and delivers the killing blow on Goblin No. 1. The commotion startles Lovariel, however, and her shot sails just to the left of Goblin No. 2.
The party hears a loud snarl, audible even over the running water, coming from the south, but the Southern exit is clear for now.
Combat order this round:
Surge, Kilxus (if he enters the chamber), Pardo, Goblin 2, Ebb (if he enters the chamber), Lovariel
Pardo engages Goblin 2. He hits it just in the right place, and chop its head off. The head stumbles into the pool, and the body slumps in front of the cave entrance. He looks inside the cave, but he is not sure what he sees, and he steps back to the closest stalagmite.

Lovariel stops at the top of a set of stone stairs leading down into the chamber to the South. In the center of the chamber, she sees a large fire pit filled with smoldering coals. Stacked along the Southern wall of the chamber are large assortment of crates and sacks. Lovariel can easily see the forms of two Goblins attempting to hide behind the crates, but ruining the effect by popping up and urgently communicating to each other in sign language. They are pointing toward the West of the chamber, where two large natural stalagmites stand just in front of a crevice that descends into darkness. Based upon the refuse in that area Lovariel assumes that this the terminus of the natural chimney the party found in the Kennel chamber. There are two indistinct shapes and shadows behind the stalagmites.
Finishing their urgent, silent communication, the two "hidden" Goblins bolt out from behind the crates and sprint to the West, passing past the stalagmites and leaping down the chimney while screaming loudly in terror.
Over the sound of rushing water, Lovariel hears a booming voice.
"Arrrgh, you dare to abandon Klarg!!!"
A powerful Bugbear steps out from the cover of the stalagmite on the left. He is holding an enormous morningstar. Somehow, he manages to turn his savage, fang-filled mouth into a sad rueful expression.
"Why this always happen to Klarg, Fang? Klarg is great leader. Klarg tell puny Goblins that he feast on their bones if they disobey? But do Goblins listen to Klarg? . . . No. Goblins run like puny cowards. Except Grimbones. Grimbones good Goblin."
Looking closer, Lovariel can see that the Bugbear is speaking to a large, particularly rabid looking wolf that was attempting to crouch behind the rightmost stalagmite. Scanning the crates and sacks of provisions again, Lovariel just catches a glimpse of the top of another Goblin's head. The Goblin (Grimbones, she assumes) had done much better to wedge himself into an improvised fortication where he could easily take full cover and still fire to much of the chamber with his shortbow.
The muscular bugbear gives a fatalistic shrug.
"Klarg guess no sneaksies for Klarg today. Time for Klarg and Fang find meat, Fang!"
Klarg and Fang move past the stalagmites and begin advancing toward the stone steps.
Loraviel sees the Bugbear and the Wolf on their way out of the cave. "Goddess, please aid me. I do not wish to harm the beast in front of me." She casts Animal Friendship on Fang, and yells "Fang, hear your new Master and come to me!!" She steps off the stone steps, readies her shield and the Hand of Oskana, and waits for the Bugbear at the western side of the cave's mouth. She asks Pardo to move next to her (north of her position) and be ready for enemies. Pardo readies his shield and longsword, and takes the Dodge action. (Loraviel and Pardo are on the western side of the cave exit, and blocks any attempt to leave from that area)
(Animal Handling: 11 on Fang if he is charmed)

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
The wolf pauses. For an instant, his visage shifts. His eyes widen with trust. His tongue lolls out playfully. Just as suddenly, with heaving shudder of his body, the change passes. His mouth transforms again into a vicious snarl. Klarg snarls in unison, his eyes sizing up the party opposing him as Grimbones clambers awkwardly out of his hiding place and falls in line behind the wolf and bugbear.
"Grrr. Scrawny elf. Puny knight. And . . . wet guy? Not much of a meal, but Klarg and Fang eat you still!"
Ebb will sneak up right behind Grimbones, and jab him in the back with his quarterstaff, then he'll try to kick his legs to wipe him off his feet, but just completely miss.
PS- Sorry about not responding, I became busy for the first time all summer(love being a student), and I just completely forgot about this, but I think I have a pretty solid RP reason for my absence.
RP for absence- After we entered the cave, and it became completely dark, Ebb began to look around frantically. Then he fumbled around in his pockets and pulled out a tiny red pocket knife. Flo appeared in his hand, over the knife, and Ebb began staring at it, breathing in and out, trying to calm himself down. Then Flo began to flicker on and off, and finally it disappeared. After that, Ebb began hyperventilating, and once the party got to a break in the cave, Ebb whispered, "I have to go on my own for a little bit, I'll be back with you all soon." And then he just disappeared.
The party sees the fierce Bugbear and his fearsome pet advance up the stairs. The remaining Goblin follows menacingly behind them. The party steels themselves among the choking vines on the upper level. Suddenly, the party sees Ebb emerge from behind Grimbones. The Tiefling holds a finger to his lips, indicating silence, as he closes on Grimbones and delivers a brutal blow to the back of the Goblin's head with his quarterstaff. Grimbone's skull shatters as he falls instantly to the ground. Ebb's follow-up elbow strike is meaningless.
Without looking back, Klarg lets out an exasperated sigh.
"Why can't Klarg have friends?"
Fang leaps onto Pardo, sinking his teeth deep into the junction between the halfling's shoulder and neck, where his chain mail does not protect him. It is a vicious attack, but Pardo is able to avoid falling prone, dropping to one knee for only an instant before rising again instantly and shrugging the wolf off.
Surge sees their two formidable new foes and that his new companions are in danger and decides that it's time to get his hands dirty and test his relationship with his second chosen god. He grabs his symbol of Valkur and then his staff and runs forward, right up to Klarg and Fang and slams the staff into the ground, calling out the word for thunder in primordial. His Thunderwave blasts Fang and Klarg and pushes them back towards the cavern walls.
DC13 CON save for half of the 16 thunder damage (using Channel Divinity to max the damage)
The bugbear and the wolf hit the cavern wall with a sickening crack. Klarg stumbles to his feet, coughing blood. He looks down at the whimpering Fang and sees the light leaving the wolf's eyes. The bugbear's eyes fill with tears. The party cannot tell if the tears signify loss, rage, or both, but the bugbear's shoulders sloop and he lowers his morningstar. When he speaks, it is uncharacteristically soft.
"Enough."
It is Ebb's turn. He may continue attacking or stop. The party may talk to Klarg or let him escape, but he will not attack again.
Ebb will get his quarterstaff into position to attack Klarg. He's about to bring the staff down on him, but he will hesitate, looking at the tears in Klarg's eyes, then look around the cave and see the darkness, and he'll put his quarterstaff up. Flo will appear in his hand as he fishes in his pocket for the same red pocket knife you saw him with earlier. He'll have Flo orbit around the hand holding the pocket knife, and look down at it.
"I agree, that's enough. He's not going to hurt us, what's the point?"
Ebb will then take off his hood, and look at Klarg. "I think we should have a little talk, buddy. Don't you agree?"
Loraviel sees Klarg's sadness, and realizes what the beast meant to the Bugbear. She slowly, almost in a daze, walks to where Fang lays. She drops her weapon and shield to the cave's floor as she gets closer, and kneels next to Fang. Loraviel gently holds one of Fang's paw to check for a pulse, she wants to make sure that there is nothing else she can do for the animal. Tears drop from her cheeks and onto Fang. "I am sorry Fang. My animal charm usually works. I am so sorry it failed on you this time." She brings her temple and touches Fang's. "Goddess Mielikki, I beg thee to receive this soul into your realm. He fought valiantly today. Though he had a wicked spirit, it was not his fault. For he was only doing his master's bidding."
