(Yeah, I assumed the first fireball was from a readied attack, which also triggered Aiwin's readied attack. So it would be Tobin's and Bazavur's turn, then the armored cultists.)

Tobin's fireball explodes, only moments after the cultist's, but with greater force. All three cultists are looking very badly wounded, but are still up.
Aiwin stands up and release three arrows at the last one.

With two well-placed arrows, Aiwin kills the remaining cultist. Not noticing this, he fires a third arrow, which is a horrible misfire and ricochets off the stone wall, narrowly missing Soar.
Combat is over.
There are three dead cultists lying on the teleportation circle - more fodder for your disguises perhaps? You consider what you will do next. You still have not completed your short rest.
(As a hint - there do appear to be cultists moving freely around the tower. You may want to consider either finding another location to rest in, or commit to your disguise - and your story - as cultists.)
Varan moves the bodies away from the circle and begins propping them up into the various seats around the room. "So, who is our contact here? I don't think we ever got a name."

With the last of his high level spells gone, Tobin says, "In any more combats I will be able to do very little, unless I get a chance to rest. We should either find a safe place to rest or use the hourglass to get to our objective and hope we can survive."

The message that brought you to this place was delivered to the authorities in Waterdeep; the high-level cultist who wrote it gave their name as Iskander.
“Perhaps subterfuge is our best course.” Bazavur states plainly as he begins to pick through the various garments trying to find something that will fit him.
Bazavur, some of the armour and clothing could just about fit you. None of these cultists are dragonborn, so you would need to make some minor alterations, which you could probably do while resting.
Aiwin just looks at the group "I think whatever we do we need to move. Maybe pick up these guys and try the hourglass again, if we teleport make it seem like we were able to get away and send them all down here and on a look. Panic is the best opportunity sometimes."
Aiwin and Varan having decided to move on, you all make your way to the teleportation circle, which is the only exit from this area. This means Tobin is interrupted before he can get back to his rest.
(If you are grabbing anything else from the dead cultists, let me know.)
You stand as a group on the circle. The familiar eight symbols are there before you: a chair, an upside-down L, a rectangle, a flame, a star, a square, an hourglass and a right-angled triangle.
Aiwin does one final search of each cultist to make sure they didn't miss anything valuable before heading over to the teleportation circle he just stares at the symbols "I don't know, which do we want to push...maybe the chair, you know so we can all have a sit?"
Aiwin released his arrows as it was clear the choice was fighting. However he failed to dodge the incoming mass of fire.
OOC:
Held action:
Attack 1 on cultist with red circle: 25 to hit for 8 damage
Attack 2 on cultist with red circle:
19 to hit for 9 damage

Bazavur fails his DEX save and takes full damage.
Aiwin releases his readied attack.
Varan and Soar are now up.
(Tobin will take his action on his turn)

No, you're right. It's Tobin and Bazavur.
Tobin's fireball explodes, only moments after the cultist's, but with greater force. All three cultists are looking very badly wounded, but are still up.
Bazavur is next.
Seeing the ruse is up, Bazavur rushes towards the closest/most injured cultist and attacks twice with his glaive.
16 to hit, 12 dmg
22 to hig, 11 dmg
(rolled another dex save since bazavur gets advantage nat 20 for 23 total. Adding back 16 hp)
These guys have very little left after the fireball and everything else. Bazavur simply cuts two of them down.
Round Two:
Aiwin
Robed Cultist
Varan and Soar
Tobin and Bazavur
Aiwin is up.

Aiwin stands up and release three arrows at the last one.

The one time you have tried to use the hourglass symbol on the teleporter, it failed to work.
Varan holds up a set of robes, "So, what's the plan then? We goin' with the disguise, or we just chargin' in?"

Tobin:
Tobin finds a secluded corner and sits down in his cultist robes, trying to make himself small and unseen as he goes back to his resting.
