(The damage would be 2d8 force on both then for first effect after a successful hit it would do an extra 1d8 damage each round for up to 3 rounds on a failed Constitution save (this round count of 3 can't stack) the second one is you can just make a sqaure within 5 ft of you soa 5 by 5ft sqaure this take 1 round to make counts as an action or 10 minutes to create one outside of battle this one if a creature steps on it there is no save so it be wise to be mindful if choose to use this as anyone in the 10 ft radius is hit to this does 2d8 force damage though but also if a creature sees you placing the field down they are more then likely gonna be careful or take a round to investigate. I can just like shields I can also on clothing and rings/neckless however the enchantment is only 10 gp except for a life enchantment which costs 12 gp depending on the creature being used. I must say though before you make a decision that life enchantments if the creature dies it reverts back to it's original state meaning it will become back to a regular bear cape if it gets enchanted again and dies your cape would be destroyed. what is it you would like the cape to do?
Most enchantments on clothing or more buffs or a resistance like it can give you +5 to your hit points while wearing it
resistances are all the damage types I listed before he can't do immunities
Also since it is a bear cape the enchanter can make it so your cape can turn into a black bear same Cr level and attack stat block.
That is a life enchantment which does cost 12 gp per CR level so Cr 1 is 12 gp since a black bear cape is a Cr 1/2 it be 6 gp 1/4 cr 4 gp and 1/8 2 gp . almost any animal type beast creature this can happen but you need at least a part or the skin of the animal to do so.it shares your initiative roll he can only do baby wyverns under the dragon category as well as dragons and magical beings like it are too complex to make that happen. the CR of the beast creature is max up to 5 regardless depending on the animal that's being used any CR higher is considered to complex. So a Cr 5 since it is quite powerful it does cost a bit more then you'd think though it be 80 gp as opposed to 60 as it is basically a legendary type kind of enchantment plus having a basically dragon on your side takes a lot of resource to bring back and make it listen to you it is rebirthed essentially so it's not undead but alive. If dies reverts back and would have to repay to make it alive again if the same item dies twice like this it is destroyed.
