Rekuberk will hold back until he sees what th rest of the party is doing. He will still move ten feet up and ready his javelin so that he is in the optimal range to throw it if combat starts.
Rhogar gives Chill a sidelong glance and quietly asks, "Would it be rude to say that he is an Orc too, or is that just me?" After which he sort of narrowed his eyes, and try to get a read on the Orc. Namely to see if he really was one, or something in between... and maybe not tangle with while in Plate. All the while absently palming one of hi stones in hand.
Seen the orcs that come out of the house, Kazri’s medallion starts to glow an incandescent light. She holds her shield and weapon tighter, showing that she is ready to fight if necessary. With a grave expression she says to the Orc wearing plate mail. “We are here for the owner of this ranch. The TRUE owner.”

Action Attack: 18 Damage: 8 Bonus action
Mantle of Inspiration5 temp hpXGtE, pg. 14
As a bonus action, spend one use of Bardic Inspiration to grant 5 temporary HP to up to 4 creatures you can see and that can see you within 60 ft. Each creature can immediately use its reaction to move up to its speed, without provoking opportunity attacks.
(@Pal54 assuming Rhogar's action wasn't consumed making that check earlier. Otherwise, disregard this post.)
Stepping up just enough(10ft), Rhogar growls something in draconic, and stamps the Ivory staff in hand along the ground. Rekuberk, Chill, and Rhogar would feel, for a brief instance the presence of something greater than their mortal existence standing behind them, and a strangely euphoric feeling. Afterwards he steps back by twenty, eyes narrowed in guaging the reactions of the Orcs and Orog.
Action: Rhogar Casts Vixixx Touch on Rekuberk, Chill, and Rhogar, granting an added d4 to attacks and saving throws.
(@Wreck: Not spending my reaction to move further, but thanks for the TempHP.)

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
The Orog laughs out loud
"I'm the owner of this ranch, and these boys are my ranch hands. So why don't you all scram!" It bellows as it steps up to
Chip (1-2), Kazri (3-4), Krom (5-6) 2 and swings his mighty axe
As the Orog swing his ax at Chip, Chill sends a bolt at him +1 but the bolt hits the Orog's plate mail and bounces off harmlessly
Chip swings his war lute in response to the attack and lands a blow before starting to play his tune.
Rekuburk steps up and throws his javelin, striking one of the other orcs.

Attack: 26 Damage: 14

"I see that it was a waste of time trying to speak with you and your lot. Your kind understand only one thing." says Krom to the Orog while readying his warhammer and shield.
He then starts chanting, the air near the Orog becomes more dense and hot and his plate mail starts to glow red-hot. Heat metal Damage 7
"It certainly seems to be that way, Master Krom!" Rhogar calls from the back as he flicks an enchanted stone at an already injured Orcs noggin, hoping to take it down. "Perhaps next time we open negotiations WITH violence next time?"He laughs as he fishes out another stone to sling. All while strafing off to the side to get a better angle on the Orcs.

Wis 14 save or fall prone and be incapacitated until the spell ends or he makes his saving throw...
A creature of your choice that you can see within range perceives everything as hilariously funny and falls into fits of laughter if this spell affects it. The target must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or fall prone, becoming incapacitated and unable to stand up for the duration. A creature with an Intelligence score of 4 or less isn't affected.
At the end of each of its turns, and each time it takes damage, the target can make another Wisdom saving throw. The target has advantage on the saving throw if it's triggered by damage. On a success, the spell ends
