Chip would remove the amulet from around his neck and pass it to the innkeeper. "This is worth around fifty gold... Would you mind exchanging it with me for some coin." The dragonborn would ask with a smile. "Rest assured nearly all of this coin will either come back to you or others in your community" He would say with a small nod. If innkeeper pays him for the necklace, he would hand the coins to Rhogar. "Here, see if you can put this coin to use on getting a horse and a cart friend" Chip would say as he gives his dragonborn brother a hard slap on the shoulder. He would then flip three gold coins from his pouch to the innkeeper as payment for the house.
Stonehill declines to buy the necklace from Chip, but does direct him to Halia Thornton at the Miner's Exchange. She is willing to buy the charm for the 50 gp.
Asking around you also determine that Elmar Barthen at Barthen's Provisions may have horses and carts.
A trip to his store reveals he does have a draft horse as well as a wagon. A cart is simply too small to carry a party that includes 2 dragonborn and a half-orc.
85 gp total for the horse and wagon. You have 50 gp already. 5 gp and 8 sp from each party member would buy them.
This takes most of the afternoon to accomplish. The rest of the day is spent moving to the new house, Krom creating items for the party, and an evening of enjoying the skill of Chip and his lute.
If this works for you all let me know that you have leveled up and paid your share for the house and transportation. That's 8 gp and 8 sp for each.
Also please clarify which quest or quests you intend to do.
(Chip is good with this and will pay 8 gold and 8 silver. Chip would like to check on the captain first if possible but is fine doing whichever the group wants)
Between some wavering on find out details and some side sells to handle, it takes Rhogar a couple of trips, but eventually he works out the horse and wagon business with Barthens before the end of the evening. If he can, Rhogar even requests if they can pick them up in the morning to have one less thing to worry if the Inn should be too full at the time. After all is said and done, he puts his 8gp and 8sp forward into the pot, though refrains from sticking around for long during Chill's performance.
Much as the seafearing dragonborn seemed to enjoy it at first, there were times his expression grew slack, and a distant look overtook him. Eventually, he has to slip away to either his room at the Inn to enjoy one final night there, or their new home. Whichever it might be, he finds a corner to sit in cross-legged meditation, eyes closed, and facing a corner of the room. Unbeknownst to the dragonborn over the many hours of meditation and rest that pass on to dawn, a change had slowly overtook parts of him; leaving behind a single, budding ivory horn growing from his noggin, and ivory beard growing along his chin...

Chip would take a seat at a table in the middle of the tavern and motion everyone close before beginning his tale. As he begins weaving together his story, he would summong dancing lights once again. He would move the dancing lights and lay them in the hands of the children as he told the story of how Rhogar blessed stones, causing them to glow with a blinding light and turning them into magical weapons that flew faster than any arrow! The dragonbown would cause the beads of light to zip out of their hands and form together into a large ball of light in the shape of a gem... At which point he would describe the dangerous temple full of huge slimy creatures and skeletons guarding a treasure trove of gems! As the one gem hovered in the air, He would describe how Kazri touched a cursed gem and it exploded in a ball of scorching flame! as the orbs of light change color and explode once more and swirl around the room. He would then describe how Rek cleaved the heads from two orcs in a single swing while Rhogar managed to get hit in the heart with three javelins and not stumble for a even a moment. He would mention how Chill managed to pin the last fleeing orc to a tree with his crossbow from nearly a mile away. He would then pull out his war lute, and finish describing how Krom was able to command the Gods themselves to guide his hand through the creation of many mighty weapons to aid us in the protection of the town! The draonborn would then climb up on to the table and play for those in attendance.
After listening to Chip's tails, Kazri retires for the night and goes to her room (House). For some reason she looks forward to the next day, which is very atypical of her. She falls asleep right away and starts dreaming, something that Kazri hasn’t done for a very long time. In the dream, she is in a forest, where she meets a Druid. What was his name again? He is talking with her, and she just listens, just like he used to do when he was alive. He talks about Nature. How it is everywhere and it is everything. Being a follower of Helm, she didn’t care too much about Nature. She was trying to understand this Druid. She listened to his words, but they made little sense to her. Not long after Kazri met him, he passed away of old age. Just like it happened not long ago.
Kazri wakes up and it is the next morning. “Radagast... That is the name of the Old Druid, Radagast.” Kazri now understands what he was trying to tell her. What he was trying to teach her, pass his knowledge. Without wearing her armor she runs outside. She now sees and feels the trees. She hears the birds chirping. She sees small animals running around. She never took notice of any of that before. She screams “I understand you now Old Druid!!!”

At the mention of slaying more orcs, Rekuberk seems a bit conflicted but shook it off since he knows that his life as a half orc gives him a choice on which parts of his mixed heritage to use. "If we are to go take care of these orcs then we should make haste. If it were possible we could send some of us to one job and others to another but with a dragon about splitting up is more then foolish." He will add his own earnings into the pot to pay for the house.

"Whyyyyy Is Kazri YELLING AT BIIRRDDSSS!" Chip would grumble loudly as he struggles to roll out of bed. The Dragonborn would rub his face with his thick scaly hands before standing up and getting dressed. "I sure hope this isn't a normal morning thing.." He would say to her standing in the doorway looking out at the barley clothed woman yelling at nature.
(The following scene is Krom's reaction to be getting hugged by Rhogar)
"Do not cry on me big boy!" smiles Krom, "I'm glad that you like it. One day, with right materials, I will make you an even better weapon, count on it!"
Krom was working on his last creation when he hears Kazri's scream. Smiling he takes a good look at the flail that he just crafted. "Something has changed in Kazri, the design on this weapon mirrors the lass's soul, I was wondering why Moradin kept sending me those dreams, now I understand", says Krom to himself. Krom will then take the new crafted flail and will leave it inside Kazri's room next to her armor.
After leaving Kazri's room he will look for Rekuburk, "Lad come here!" He shows him the maul he crafted "Take it and use it well." He pauses for a few seconds then he adds "There is an immense strength in you, and I'm not talking about your non-human heritage, follow your hearth and you will become an hero famous in all Fearun."
He will go then to Chip's room, "Our lass has found herself and while doing that she also found something else." He points to Chip's lute "While you were sleeping like an hatchling I took the liberty to improve your lute."
Realizing how foolish she was and seemed to her companions, Kazri hastily goes back to he room. While donning her armor. She can feel that spirit is at peace with her physical being. She has now a new purpose in her life.
Joining her companions for breakfast. “My friends, if we are to investigate the ranch, we should make haste. As Mr. Onc said. Lives might depend on our timing.”
She looks slightly embarrassed to Chip. “My apologies.”

"If we have an horse and cart, we should start moving to the ranch as soon as possible. We may be too late, but I think that we should go there first, we may still be able to save someone's life." says Krom while finishing to eat his breakfast.
"I'm ready to go. I will wait you outside." says checking his gear and exiting the house.
(OCC Krom used the Blessing of the Forge on his warhammer)
Chip would begin shoveling food into his mouth faster as Kazri mentions lives being at stake. When she quietly appologizes to him, Chip would let out a small chuckle, spitting some food out on to the table in front of him. "No need to apologize Kazri, your are cute... I mean it was cute! Just.. if you want to yell at nature.. wait until after I am awake next time." The drabongon would say before quickly cramming more food into his mouth. "I AMMFF READDYFF TOF GOVV!" He would exclaim with a mouth full of eggs and bacon.
Rhogar is the last, if not very close to last in coming down for breakfast. If he had heard Kazri's yelling earlier, it does not show as irritation or disapproval on his face. In fact, the dragonborn went about things in almost drained fashion, and would wordlessly after eating make way for the cart and horse, getting the two prepped for travel. He long since offered his opinion, and could only silently pray the miner wouldn't get too impatient or hire poorer guards...

As Rhogar arrives at the table just as Chip is getting up choking down the his mouth for of food, he would take a doubletake of his fellow dragonborn and shrug.... but as the Chip passes Rhogar again and climbs into the wagon, he would gasp. "What is wrong with your face?!" Chip would shout while pointing towards his new horns.
Chill joins the others the following morning. He notices differences in his companions but he doesn't feel like he has changed much.
"Wherever we go is fine with me. But I still think we could escort this man to his mine on the way to the ranch. It wouldn't really take us out of the way. It will take a few days to get to the ranch either way."
Chill voices his opinion but doesn't press the issue and will do as the group leaders decide.
Rhogar casually tries to look up, and then starts feeling around until he felt the nub-end of an ivory horn. Frowning he starts to say something until something tickling his chin draws his hands down to the beard. "... Huh.. Well those are news. Would explain the dream though.."He says nonchalantly, and would just end on that mysterious note. Then he blinks and says, "Oh.. that isn't normal. Hm... Guess ya could call it a present from Brother Vixixx." Rhogar glances over to Chill and nods in agreement. "That's what I was thinking, Mr. Chill. But if we're gonna do that, somebody needs to get running now to talk to him. Let'em know he better be way, because we don't got much time."

"Horns?"Rhogar cants his head to the side in confusion, then almost immediately shrugs it off as he got back to work setting things up. "Hm! It's less like he 'gave' me horns, and more so helped 'awaken' what was already apart of me. But, what would've taken maybe DECADES to even show signs of happening on my own. And that's me being optimistic!" He chuckles as Brucey the horse is casually strapped in to the cart.
