Ash hums in thought. "The truth is... We don't have one any better than take out a guard, steal their weapons, and get all of the spellcasters out of the pen and shackles... But if someone has a better idea, feel free to throw it out their."
There's another uncomfortable burning on Ash's lower back, causing her to shift again with a wince and a frown.

After their small conversation and successfully moving three more heavy crates, Svana returns to the pen with an aching back and arms. Before she is able to sit down and rest, Duke approaches her and shares his findings as he helps loosen her manacles in hopes she can slip out of them...
Dex: 22
Successfully slipping out of them, she rushes to slip them back on. Her eyes are filled with astonishment when she looks up back at him. “Thank you, Duke,” She looks back to her hands and her voice lowers more. “Thank you.”

If Enkindle isn't pretending to nurse her hand after an incidental fist bump from the drow, she's holding back a hiss back at the man for doing worse. Either way, she marked man mentally, finished up work with little further ablom, and kept her tongue to the trip back to the pen. Almost immediately the flames die down again, leaving her discolored and even more drained than the work itself.
Seeing Ash bruised up but tended to, yet Eldreth missing altogether, she simply asks the others, "She's dead, ain't she?"

Ash shoos Talike's hands away and smiles. "I told you. I'm fine. Nothing some natural healing can't fix. Just bruises and a broken rib or two. Those will mend on their own. Just not every day you get beaten." Her eyes go back to the manacles in thought as she considers trying something. After some more thought, she mutters to herself. "Hmm... We'll try it later. Too many people focused on me right now."
Then to prove her point, Ash will push herself up to stand, feeling slightly better from some rest, the burning subsiding from her movement. The deep voice in her head calms once she is moving again. However, she still leans on the wall, both for some slight support and to block her tattoo which she is sure is slowly fading back to black again.

Duke's mental synapses were working overtime. No one had ever thanked the unit for its labors and certainly not anyone as noble as Svana appeared to be. For the first time in its life, the Warforged was at a loss for words. Which was unfortunate, as the Warforged was programmed to respond on the rare occasions it was spoken to. It quickly pieced together something that would suffice from its limited social responses. "This unit notices your satisfaction with its services and will endeavor to continue performing at that same level to maintain satisfaction."
Insight: 20
Duke couldn't tell if she was pleased by its response or not.
Duke also responds to Ash and everyone else using telepathy. "Observation: Flesh-based units are prone to fatigue and are only able to last a few hours before their effectiveness declines. They will need to have other units come in and relieve them. Hypothesis: This period is most likely the most opportune time for escape. Recommendation: Examine their habits and watch to determine when this period is."
Finally back to the pen, Ree'lyn is somewhat optimistic for the general outcome. Looking at Enkindle, he winks and smiles, passing by the Fire Genasi approaching Jezzika and Sarith.
"Udos kat inbal l'mayar ulu l'amith udossta telanth. Ol zhahus natha tangi whol sel zhaunil yallt. Telanth, vel'uss ph'dos lu'vel'klar xun dos doer dal, Jezzika?"
Drow language translation:
We didn't have the chance to enjoy our talk. It was a day for new knowledge today. Say, who are you and where do you come from Jezzika?"
Looking at Sarith, with a nod and a smile - "Lu'dos ichl, d'heen."
Drow language translation:
"And you too, of course!"
Approaching the Myconid, Ree'lyn's reddish lilac eyes are a mix of joy and curiosity - "Hello, little fella." - testing the telepathic link. - "We will need you! Very much!" - looking around and making eye contact with each and every one of the inmates, Ree'lyn continues to speak in their minds - "Let's compare notes. What did you see? Who did you come across? "
"I agree with the metal person. We should keep track of how the drow do things. It might be a good idea to have a rotating watch whenever we aren't working."
She then turns to Ree'lyn
"And you. What the **** is your deal? I know you just love to fraternize with the enemy, but when you get thrown over a cliff for dropping a bucket, I feel like there are smarter things to be doing."
Setting in the corner the Duergar finally speaks "I agree, I like the metal man's plan. We should first find out where they keep their spare arms. Then, we should plan accordingly with out weapons were ****ed. Also their leader, the priestess We should take her out as well. If the leader dies the soldiers will not know how to act. Which is common during battle."
When Ree'lyn asks Duke about what it came across, it gives a thorough report about the creature it saw in the water, how it could not be identified but was likely hostile and how Eldeth got herself killed charging at a Drow, despite it warning her not to do so.

Ash listens to the conversation with a slightly amused expression before she speaks calmly and quietly. "We get no where arguing. We also should not rely on just our minds. However, it will work for now as long as we have the source. As for what 'I' saw, the men who get the night shift are at least four elites. I have something of use for someone who relies on strength, and we should focus on the shackles. As well as a plan of getting out of this pen. However none of this means anything if we do not have an escape plan."
She runs a hand through her roughed up hair, attempting to mask the black eye from the beating while fixing her hair in a slightly attractive way.

Jezzika gave Svana a smile and a nod. "I'm fine."she said. "Dealing with that Orc was more of a pain than being smashed over the head by a crate."
Jorlan supervised the Drow who were sliding the bowls of mushroom broth through the gate, and then left with his small group. Jezzika quickly got up, called out to him.
"Jorlan."she called to him. Jorlan sneered at her, as if she disgusted him. "You are no longer one of us. I do not have to accept your status. Now you are a slave, traitor." "Fair enough"Jezzika said. "I simply wanted to leave this world. But, I can sense your anger, your jealousy. It is written all over your..face." she said, wincing at the last part, realizing too late. Jorlan instinctively touched his scarred face, not liking the unintentional slip of words from her. "What happened between Ilvara and I is none of your business. I have had enough talk with you.." he said, leaving.
She went back towards the back of the slave pen, lost in thought. "Well, that didn't go as well as I had hoped."
Then Ree'lyn spoke to her in her native language. She smiled and sat down near him and Sarith - who didn't look very well. She responded to him in their native tongue.

“Ah...” Svana was slightly taken aback by his response. Perhaps it was because of her status that he wasn’t used to someone like her to say thank you? It was understandable, but thankfully her parents raised her and her sisters proper manners. You had servants, yes, but that did not mean you had to treat them like dirt. They had learned to respect everyone around them.
She departed with a nod and headed into her corner with her plain soup when the telepathic conversation started, at most just simply listening until the genasi spoke.
