"It's better to kill them and dispose of the bodies off trail. We don't want anyone finding out that we escaped, at least not right away and finding these guards by the road is a give away. Esp if someone else comes upon them alive."
To Nim. "Why friend Kobold...I will be happy to talk with you more about the Dreaded One. The Dark Mercy. The Sibilant Beast. The Master of the Spiraling Depths. He who's name should not uttered aloud. If you wish I can whisper it in your ear." A slight twitch is observed on one of Larry's eyes as he talks "..But first let's manacle and tie these guards."
Larry is gong to proceed with tying up and manacling the guards while they sleep.
Well done, my friends, well done. He will use mage hand and roughly slap the three guards awake.
As you can see, we are in a much more tenable position now, while yours has gone quite tenuous. I would recommend answering anything we ask, and quickly, or my lovely young friend here will do to you what she did to your friend. Were you to meet up with anyone else on the journey to Baldur's Gate? Were there any check in procedures? Any way we would be missed before the month is up?
(Anyone else please feel free to chime in some threats/questions)
The three guards look very confused and that turns to scared when they see the lifeless body of the 4th guard. They eye each one of you, maybe as a reminder that they are outnumbered two to one. And finally the oldest one says calmly.
We'll answer, there's no need to use more violence...the kid you killed was barely starting his serviced and died for nothing. You want to know if we were meet with someone else during the journey? No! - he snaps at that instant and furiously spits aiming at Xolan - You are nothing, no one cares about you, you are not even considered dangerous, everyone can use tricks and kill people in their sleep. If I live, I'll make sure that everyone knows about you and how miserably insignificant you really are! I've killed Goblinoids setting camp near the city and I fought bravely, not like you'll ever know the meaning of that!
Another guard turns to see the upset seasoned guard, and then turns to Xolan - we were going to take you to someone named Avaricio in Baldur's Gate, he was notified of this transfer - answers completely scared -
He is interrupted by the seasoned guard but he still continues - he was notified about your profiles and physical description, I don't know if he'll look for you if you don't show up at Baldur's Gate within the expected time.
There are multiple checkpoints, but they weren't notified of our arrival.
"just because Nim small, Nim not insignificant. Nim not like you now. You too insignificant for Nim to kill. Nim's blades for significant kills. Yuno can kill you"
Thank you for the information. And yes, you may kill them now. He bends down and looks the season guard in the eyes. How dangerous do you consider us now? The insignificance is all yours, good sir. You'll be the one rotting alone in the middle of the woods. Maybe I'll come back in the future, and give you a new life, where you can serve me forever. He grins wickedly. Until then, I suppose. Xolan walks off to get the wagon ready for departure.

Back and ready to DM and chew bubblegum. And I'm alllll outta bubblegum.
Yuno goes and systematically eviscerates the chained guards one by one. She doesn't make it swift. It is a long, bloody, drawn out and brutal death. When she is done, only tiny chunks of body parts, the largest being 5 cubic inches in size. The ground is red with blood and Yuno is also covered in the red liquid. She says, "Ahhhh~ that was fun." In an extremely good mood, Yuno returns to the party.
She while doing this or after, if she finds any coins or valuables on the guards, she will pocket them.
Each guard was carrying a spear, a shield and a chain mail. They all are branded with Waterdeep motifs and insignias.
Each one was carrying a pouch with 15 gp. And you can find rations and water for 5 days covering all the passengers of the wagon (including you of course)
One of them was carrying a note: that's filled with formalities and the instruction to take the prisoners to Avaricio Silverbuck in Baldur's Gate.
The homeless guy claps and seems to be very excited after seeing what you guys did to the guards - I gotta go, I don't hope we meet again, but if we do. May the dark lord drinks receives enough blood to spare ours to bathe him with more until his will is fulfilled and he may take ours then.
He'll only try to take a couple of rations but takes no interest in the armor or weapons of the guards.
Yuno has no interest in the equipment. She will take the gold so 60 GP which she will share with the party so that's 12 GP each; the rations and water how much is that?; and the instructions.
So... how many rations and waterskins did Yuno get?
Xolan takes the note, reads it, and pockets it. Might come in handy later, you never know. Load up anything with an insignia, we don't want to leave anything with them that could be used to identify them. Not that they could be identified, after that sword work. I don't even think there's enough of them to hide anymore. I suppose we should move out very soon...and not to Waterdeep or Baldur's Gate. Anyone have anyplace they'd like to go?
He addresses the homeless looking fellow: Where are you going? And why were you here in the first place? We know little about each other, but nothing of you.
Nim just collects some finger rations and some normal rations/water, and the gold from Yuno. And leaves the rest.
In terms of location, if there was a map, Nim would request any mountains or places with the word dragon. If not he doesn't know the area so will follow

That's going to be 4 barrels with water - 40 rations ( originally 5 barrels and 50 rations, but they used that to feed you during the trip)
The wagon was pulled by two donkeys. - they are in top condition.
And you need to drink one gallon per day and have a ration of food to avoid the possibility of ending up being exhausted at the en of the day.
They don't have a map. You can roll history / survival to recall any settlements or towns near you.
(( well, so far the only obvious thing is that to the north you'll find Waterdeep and to the west the sea of swords ))
I was living in the streets of Waterdeep and used to tell stories of the room that would fall soon by the hands of our dark lord, just that. And it seems that you have your own agenda...I used to believe that I would never be able to do more than talking about our dark lord, but you've showed me that with some organization and passion, I might be able to do a bit more than that it seems that you have your own agenda, and I'm going back to Waterdeep, unless of course that's were your headed, it'll be harder to enter the city with a big group of prisoners that were just sent to a different city -
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
By all means, return to Waterdeep if you must. But, that's a return to living in shadows, a life as a fugitive. I sense that we have a group here that can do great things. We can become powerful enough to take whatever we want. I offer you this invitation only once.
(Persuasion: 4)
I wish you no ill will should you refuse. Just don't come crawling back later.

Nim will pocket his manacles, and if the other spare pair isn't taken by someone else he will pocket that too
After joining more my signature got out of hand so I am now a proud member of the extended signature club!! :)

Yuno turns to look at the group and says, "Can I kill them now?" She says this with the eagerness of a child asking for candy.

Nim goes back and takes all the handcuffs, and takes a few of the body parts for food (particularly the fingers)
