Cade - Looking at the armor is surprised to see such a display. Only in his stories and the occasional picture has he heard or even seen so many pieces of armor. He looks at the dwarf and says, "I would like an armor that is light, but durable I have a budget of...," he stopped and thought, "I don't want to spend all of my money on one item...I suppose I could go...", he spits out 75gp." He then waits for an answer.
As Cade shows Ruskor his budget, the Dwarf takes a few seconds to think...
"I've got just the thing for ya' !"
He browses through the armor rack, and grabs a tattered, worn, yet exquisitely crafted mithrall Chainshirt, with a small, barely visible symbol of a Gear Wheel and Fist interlocked. There are still a few old blood stains on it...
"This belonged to a friend of mine...a Rock Gnome ranger, of the Lowlands Resistance. That wee' little devil's killed more Drow slavers than anyone else I know! But eventually, he sold it to me when he settled down and started his farm. Here, try it on..."
The Chainshirt feels very light for its thickness. And it fits Cade perfectly...
OOC: this armor has the same AC bonus as a regular Chainshirt, minus all the stealth/movement penalty
Cade - Cade puts the chainshirt on over his head and can't believe that he is even wearing anything at all with how light it feels. He thinks to himself, "Wow! This is it! This...is...it! Of course it could use some cleaning, but that is nothing compared to this! By all of the hells in existence the last fella who owned this retired!, " He then turns to the Dwarf and says, "Sold!", he then asks, "By the way do you have any ball bearings for my sling?", meanwhile thinking, "Oh I can't wait to see what they have in stock for this!".
Seeing her attempt at a Mage Hand cleaning not helping, and expecting as much, Saerirra dispels Mage Hand.
"Hmmm, maybe we can find a bathhouse or something that has a clothes washing service?"
"Well there is Yœlld's Spring right at the Southern edge of the Lower Peak. Its amazing, its a hot spring at the edge of a huge waterfall, and its operated by Yœlld, a water elemental...you should try it."

Saerirra smiles and bows. "Thank you, Brumhilda. And thank you for the potions."
Saerirra looks to her companions, just patiently waiting for them to finish their business before heading to the hot springs.

Cade - Looks Saerirra and says, "I'm just waiting to see if they have any types of ball bearings for my sling and then we can go. We should probably check to see what we can do about transportation to get where we are going."
"That poney? Its utterly useless! " says the Stablemaster.
"It just prances around doing whatever it wants!"
The poney, which bares an unusual purple stripe on his back, is staring at you intensely, with the saddest eyes you have ever seen...it approaches Peshley, and almost seems to bow down to her. The stablemaster is perplexed...
"But then again, it seems to like ya'...and either I sell the Damn' animal, or we're gonna have to make poney steaks soon..."
The poney neighs, and kicks the Stablemaster in the rear end, sending him crashing against the wooden fence.
"That's it with ya'! I've had enough of this stupid poney! You want it? I'll sell it to ya' for 10Gp, saddle and feed included. Just take it away from me!"
The poney almost looks like it's smiling...
“Oh! Thank you so much.”Peshley reaches for the gold and handed it over before he could change his mind. "And here's an extra 5 silvers if you can hold on to her until we are ready to go sometime tomorrow."

"I see. Very well then. But I also think Uther wishes to purchase some armor as well." Saerirra looks to Uther.
"Uther, there is no need to threaten them. If they were in fact ignoring you, then yes that is rude, but acting rude in return is not called for. If you are looking for armor, they also displayed some plate armor, I believe."
As soon as Peshley hands the Stablemaster his 10 Gp, the sassy purple striped poney grabs its own saddle and pack, hops over the wooden fence and trots up to her, neihing..
Ruskor smiles. "Well, ya've come to the right place! Hold on for a moment..." He disappears back into the hole for a minute, during which you hear loud clanking noises, and angry muffled cursing.
He reappears, dragging an entire rack of armors and shields, all of them Small Size.
"From studded leather to full plate, we gotcha' me Halflin' friend. Now.. what kind of budget are we talking about here?"
Meanwhile, Ruskor's wife Brumhilda takes Saerrira around the warehouse, where dozens, if not hundreds of dusty vials full of colorful liquids sit on rows of old wooden shelves.
"Its good te see more women adventuring these days. Ya' be careful out there though...well, here we go...Healing, Giant's Strength, waterbreathing, fire breath, flying...take yer pick, girl!"
Potions start at 50GP, but you may roll a PERSUASION check to get a better deal.
"Hmmmm, now that I think about it. There were other potions that could be useful. I was so excited about a certain one."
Saerirra laughs to herself as she returns to the shelf of potions, grabbing the Waterbreathing potion, walking back to Brumhilda and handing her another 50gp for the potion, keeping with the given price. She looks to Uther.
"Uther, you might be interested in that potion over there." She points to the Giant's Strength potion. "I would have bought it for you, but I cannot afford it."
As soon as Peshley hands the Stablemaster his 10 Gp, the sassy purple striped poney grabs its own saddle and pack, hops over the wooden fence and trots up to her, neihing..
Not quite believing her luck, Peshley heads off to get the last of her supplies. As she considers the fact that she is going into hostile territory she figures she better find some way to protect herself a little better. She goes in search of an armourer or weaponsmith. As she looks through the stores she hopes to find a shield, small enough to still give her flexibility and a full range of motion, but enough to help protect from the odd blow that may come her way.
Peshley strolls through the Grand Marketplace with her new (unnamed) poney, taking the smells, sounds and sights, admiring the Architecture and the Carnival in town, which has currently swarmed the Marketplace with jugglers, fire breathers, sword swallowers, Acrobats and Jesters, with the Magnificent Arcane Tower to the South, the Main City Gates to the West, and the Temple of Meryn to the North, a grand domed building glowing over the Lower Peak as the Sun hits its roof. truly a Marvel of masonry, glass work and stonecutting.
But as she "geworts" around, She sees a huge Warehouse with a sign that reads "Ruskor's Castle of Junk. Ya' never know what he's gonna get, but By Moradin, we've got it!"
The door is cracked open, and she sees Saerrira, Cade and Uther inside, talking to a Dwarvish couple. Saerrira is admiring some potions she just bought, and Cade is wearing a "new" Mithtrall Chain shirt, while Uther is negotiating with the owners...
Meanwhile, Laeivis is at the Temple of Meryn. The inside glass work depicts Celestial sceneries, and a giant ray of light shines through the Temple. One of the Priests greats you, a Human Male dressed in simple white robes, with long wavy grey hair, and a staff with a Sun symbol at its tip.
"Welcome to the Church of Meryn, my son! I am Father William, May you find rest and Comfort in this House, no matter where you are from, or what God you worship " He seems genuinely warm and humble.
All around, Laievis sees that the Church of Meryn acts not only as a place of Worship, but also as a hospital, and a homeless shelter/orphanage. As the City itself, it is full of people of all types and races...

In the background,
Peshley ties up her pony outside the warehouse and heads in to see what's for sale. She calls out to the others as she does so. As she looks around her eyes are drawn to a stock of small arms and armour. "Do you have a shield that may fit me? nothing too heavy."
After finding a shield and 5 days rations, Peshley heads back to the tavern to wait for the others to complete their preparations. They would need likely need some rest before heading north, unless the others were keen to head out of here as soon as possible.
Uther stood there dumbfounded at being ignored by the dwarves. As his companions finished buying, he stepped forward. . "Im sure you heard what I said, and I am sure you see me. I requested armour for myself as well. And at a fair price. " He stepped closer to the shop keep. " you would do well to find something good"

Uther still quite angry, calms down a little as Saerirra tells him about Giant's strength potion.
"What of this potion? " he asks a little more calmly "how much for it?"

"I believe Brumhilda said it was 50 gold. Yes, that sounds right."
After seeing Peshley enter the warehouse, Saerirra would at first smile upon seeing her new friend, but then the smile would fade as Peshley entering snaps Saerirra out of her reverie. Looking to Cade and Uther, she places her new potions into her pouch.
"Um....I think we should get going as soon as possible. So sorry Cade, I think your armor will have to get washed another time. Maybe we can find a river or something along the way. I still need to buy my own rations as well."
(Unless someone was buying rations for the group and I just missed that, otherwise i'd go buy some and ask someone on the team to carry it for me if they wouldn't mind. I have no clue on the price of rations.)

- Good morning, Father William. Let Meryn always hear your prayers. Today I came to say good buy to the Temple, as duty calls me to another place. Innocent lives have been taken by fowl creatures and Alliance leaders send me among other brave souls to stop the menace. I hoped Temple can help us in this endeavor, as many injured shall we meet on our way. If Temple of Meryn can share some healing materials and potions I swear to our God to use it for good of the people.

He disappears behind a pillar, and re-appears dragging another armor rack, this time Medium sized.
" i have 50 gp to spare. What would that get me. " then whispers to Saerirra "these traders sometimes need a heavier touch to keep them honest. Though Thank you for the offer, for it is as beautiful as you are."
Saerirra would leave Cade and Uther to their business getting armor and things and return to the tavern, spot Peshley waiting and sit with her.
"So what did you manage to get, Peshley? I went with Uther and Cade to this warehouse full of stuff. I bought some potions and Cade got some armor, though it's a bit dirty. I..ummm...kinda spent a lot on the potions and don't have a lot left for rations. Did you find a place I can buy them?"
