Darion takes in the scene, "hey, right first time!" He sounds slightly smug about this, then as he watches Slithotep rise up mutters "what sort of idiot has a teleportation circle in their bedroom?"
He realises as soon as Daner does that they are rumbled. As Daner charges in, he steps off the circle away from Slithotep, glancing around for doors that might have reinforcements behind them.
He raises his wand and makes a complicated gesture, as if writing the arcane symbol for fire. He points then at the ground beneath Slithotep and suddenly fire erupts from that point. He casts Create Bonfire and as he does the Liss'ard disguise melts away.
"Fenthasa sends her regards!" He says to Slithotep, hoping to put him off guard.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Tempest will look around the room and upon seeing the monstrosity grab the large scimitar cast Heat metal on the scimitar. He'll then move to a corner away from Darion and the others.
Initiative: 17

Gorvax initiative: 3
Gorvax makes a strange burping sound of surprise as he sees the Yuan-ti leader in all his glory. Instinctively he opens his mouth and spits fire at Slithotep, then moves off the teleportation circle, but doesn't engage Slithotep yet, keeping 10ft away.
Fire breath damage: 10 (dex save vs 11 for half damage)
Ellis goes with Daner, Darion, and Gorvax as he agreed with the arrangement of the groups. He is glad that the little boy is in the middle, not wanting him to get hurt by anything they might encounter. He waited, feeling strange as they get teleported and soon appear in an opulent bedchamber, amazed by all treasures in this room like the glided harp. He was shocked as the serpentine figure on the bed got up, hearing him and realizing that this is Slithotep's bedchamber, having made it here on the first try. But it'll take a while before the others possibly get here, needing to fight and hold Slithotep as much as possible. He then steps off the teleportation circle, following Darion to get as far away from Slithotep as possible and thinking of what to do. Ellis did the only thing that he can do as he casts Vicious Mockery on Slithotep, hoping that it works and distracts the thing so his attacks will miss. If not, then he will have to figure out how else to help in this fight.
Vicious Mockery - 13 WIS save or take 2 psychic damage and disadvantage on next attack roll
As Darion reacts first and gives his chime about Fenthaza, Slithotep hisses, “that faithlesssss witch; I’ll flay her alive like I will all of you!” As he says this flames erupt from beneath him and he makes his DEX save: 5
Darion looks around for an entrance to the room, but there is no obvious entrance besides the teleporter pad. (You might make a perception check).
Daner tries to skirt around Slithotep so that he is facing away from the teleportation pad, hoping that he does not see as the others arrive. As he does so he grabs the syringe from out of his pouch and attempts to stick him with it.
Oop, sorry just reread your post, realised Slithotep had moved - in which case Darion would drop his concentration on that spell. If it is his turn in initiative, Darion will simply recast Create Bonfire wherever Slithotep is.
"The gods will guide your path. Our cause is righteous. If you find yourself in an unfamiliar place, flee for the caves and we will meet you there." Tempest responds.
Ellis had seen as his spell did not work, nervous. This is not what he wanted, knowing that they need to stop Slithotep quickly. Once again, he would cast Vicious Mockery and prayed that it would work this time.

The second group on the teleporter nods, and Tahvo looses another prayer to Tymora. The wizard produces the necessary incantation and then the group vanished in a flash and puff of smoke: 6

As Daner lunges to prick Slithotep with the syringe, he is just barely batted away by Slithotep’s tail. Daner attempts to grab on with the above Athletics check as Slithotep laughs and contests it: 13
Slithotep hisses as the spells affect him. Slithotep bucks Daner off of his body before Daner is able to insert the syringe. Slithotep is perplexed. He chuckles, “you call that a knife?” You get the notion that he doesn’t even know what the syringe is, so inured to any poison entering his bloodstream that he is, combined with the cataracts making it hard to see.
Just then, another flash of light and puff of smoke, and more of your friends arrive in the chamber. They cheer as they first see their liberators, but then shrink in fear at the sight of an enraged Slithotep.
Slithotep begins to rear back to retaliate against Daner when he sees the new group arrive. He gives a frustrated hiss. His snake hood unfurls and his eyes turn the color of black cherry Jell-O and his mouth exaggerates in size, he then uses his turn to cast Fear on the entire group.

Next the vicious mockery: WIS save 19
The flames singe his scales and he hisses, but he shakes off Ellis’ psychic assault.
Slithotep charges and clashes with Daner. First Slithotep strikes with his scimitar: Attack: 11 Damage: 10
He then rears back, fangs displayed and attempts to plunge them into Daner: Attack: 27 Damage: 13
If hit add 10 poison damage.
Finally, Slithotep lashes out his tail (reach property) and attempts to wrap it around Gorvax to constrict him. Attack: 25 Damage: 14 grappled on hit.
Daner retaliates as he lands one of the two blows with his great axe. Slithotep also is hit by the fire belch from Gorvax. 21
OOC: Since Daner moved afterward I would also use his bonus action to use second wind. 6 = now on 22 HP due to resistance to Poison

Just to note, if Slithotep didn't move at the end of his turn he is still in the bonfire and has to make another save.

”We don’t know where this is going, and none of us know how to trigger it again if we wind up in the wrong place. What should we do if that happens? “
(We’ll say that you need Spellcasting or trained in Arcana to use it, probably.)
