Sylyra turns to see the others enter, then moves over to the southeastern corner. He casts his eyes over the furs there, then reaches out to pull them back.
Zelra gives the two a thumbs up before turning back the others and noticing they're blind in the dark. In a quiet voice, she asks. "Uh. Can you guys... see anything? You need a torch?"
Arnald, Ola, Otger and Uragum are still standing in pitch darkness, blinded without a light source and unaware of what is going on other than hearing Zelra's question.
For Ruik, Sylyra, and Zelra:
Beyond the furs hanging in the southeastern corner is an opening, ten feet wide.
Like the previous room, this one contains mostly bedrolls and a few decrepit furnishings where the goblins rest and relax when not out doing the terrible things that goblins do. Three cages sit against the east wall, between two doors, two of which house a single wolf each. One of the wolves is massive, twice the size of the other. Three goblins are milling about the room, and have not noticed you.
Sylyra returns the furs to their previously "closed" state and gathers the group together to quietly relay what they saw. "Three goblins are in the next room, as well as two wolves in cages. Now, what do we need to do for light for those of you who can't see? There are bedrolls in the next room. I could throw a flame on one and hope it catches quickly. Anyone have any other suggestions?"
"Those greasy dry firs should be very flammable indeed. Then there is a chance, frightened by fire goblins will run outside the room and all we need to do is waiting for them right behind the corner where light is enough, and finish them off one by one?"Ola thought a little more, "that is, if they indeed will run out and not to some tunnels deep inside."
"Or maybe we just light a torch out here, run in and throw it onto the ground. Right now, surprise is our best chance of defeating them. Maybe the best way would be, those who can see go in first and those who can't see follow behind with a torch so that at least the three of us can get the jump on them."
"Wait, do you mean it's dark in the next room with wolfs and goblins as well so you need to bring light in there?! it becomes complicated - I would not risk an open fire in such room with us inside. You sure we can not somehow draw them out? By some noise may be? And then set walls on fire so they would not go back?"
"I am over-complicating things, am I?" Ola sighed and finally shut up.
OOC: Sorry for inactivity, busy weekend took today off work getting driveway paved. I'm back
Standing in the dark Otger takes a moment as everyone thinks of ways to get a light source going. Then suddenly he stifles a laugh. "Uhh.. I can castlight. Not sure why I didn't think of it till now. If you find me a stone or pebble I can cast the spell onto it and we can cover it up when needed."
Once someone who can see in the dark hands him a pebble or scrap of some material, Otger will proceed to cast light on it and cover it with his left hand, keeping the fingers somewhat opened so some light gets through but not the full effect of the spell.
Light fills the chamber suddenly, dimmed somewhat by the hand of Otger covering it, but bright enough to allow those without [Tooltip Not Found] to see what they are standing in.
This room is littered with ratty blankets and bedrolls, somesmall bones from eaten rodents, and other filthy remnants of fine goblin living. Lice-ridden furs decorate the walls.
Sylyra's face goes through a series of small movements as he attempts to hide his true feelings. "Let us get going before the next party arrives. And try to keep the goblins away from the cages. If the wolves are pets, it would be best if we didn't have to fight them as well."
As soon as the group is ready, Sylyra is ready to enter the next room fighting.
"Ah. It's always good to have you around, Otger." Zelra gives him a thumbs up before taking out both her daggers, preparing to rush in and attack. "Let's kill some gobos."

Uragum smiled as the warm light filled the area. "Finally, some action." he whispered. "I'm not suited for sneaking like a rat. Best give me a straight fight. Now, lets do this." The thrill of battle was nearly upon them and he could hardly wait. His fingers flexed in anticipation and he prepared to charge in there with the others.
Preemptive Initiative: 2
When the attack is initiated, Uragum will use Frostbite DC 13 for 6 damage on the any that look to be mages first or two nearest a cage.

Once everyone has prepared themselves for the fight ahead, Zelra runs into the cave and heads towards the closest goblin. If she reaches one, she'll attack it.
Movement: Max of 30ft towards nearest Goblin.
Action: Dagger Attack against Goblin
To Hit: 9Damage: 6 Piercing Damage
Bonus Action: Two Weapon Fighting - Dagger Attack against Goblin.
Close quarters did not leave much room for newly learned crossbow attacks, but finely allowed the use of swordplay - more familiar technique. When she had a chance, Ola run into the room and attack the closest ugly creature (goblin. just in case)

OOC: Note that Ola's damage with her bonus action is 1. Modifiers are not added to the result of an off-hand attack unless a character has the "Two Weapon" fighting style.
Zelra and Ola lead the way, throwing open the curtain and blitzing the creatures within. Two goblins are within their range, while the third stands at the far end of the cavern, out of range of Otger's light (can only be seen by those with darkvision). The wolves snarl in their cages at the intruders, one much larger than the other, and begin throwing themselves at the cage walls. The goblins are taken completely by surprise.
Zelra leaps and thrusts forward, but the nimble goblin twists out of her way and slaps her first dagger aside with enough force to knock it from her hands and clear across the cavern. Her off-hand is already on the move, punching into the goblin's side as it releases a squeak of pain.
Ola finds herself in line with the second goblin, feinting once before quickly retracting and thrusting her sword toward the creature's neck. It is barely able to avoid the fatal blow, craning its neck to the side at the last second. It opens its mouth, but its shout is never heard. The goblin's head freezes solid, a victim of Uragum's frostbite.
Placement: Zelra is engaged in melee combat with a goblin, 25 feet away. Ruik, Sylyra, and Zelra can see a third goblin, 50 feet away from the entrance. A wolf and a worg can be seen in cages along the far wall, 40 feet away from the entrance.
Tracking: Uragum has mage armor Otger has light for 40 feet centered on him.
Zelra has "thrown" 1 dagger.
The near goblin is wounded.
OOC: Once Arnald, Otger, Ruik, and Sylyra have acted, I will advance to Round 2.
For some reason, D&D Beyond is deciding to re-roll every roll, every time I edit. The goblin's original CON save was 12, so Uragum's frostbite hits. The initiative rolls are changing as well, but the average reflects the initial roll.
OOC: The cages are 40 feet away, so Arnald cannot reach them and attack them this turn. Feel free to use those rolls against a different target for this round.
As quietly as possible Ruik motions to the furs that cover the opening drawing the others attention to it.
