Glancing around the camp, Ree'lyn takes notes on the layout and what kind of tents are set up, the duties being taken care of and details that could be observed.
It's a ramshackle collection of tents and wagons, ranging from large, open affairs offering food and fresh mounts to small single person tents offering a variety of wares.
You approach the pavilion in the center of the settlement, and there's a roughly made sign hanging outside that says "Bolo's Tentside Inn". The establishment looks a little rough-and-tumble, but the food smells good and the laughter coming from inside is good natured.

Back and ready to DM and chew bubblegum. And I'm alllll outta bubblegum.
Cant be too quick to judge folks just cause of how dey be livin. Sometimes it aint a choice. But de same folk would pro'bly right shit themselves if dey see me. I think i should hang back, let ye talk to dem first. Let me know if ye need a bit of muscle.
Meep looks to Baird curiously. "I'll wait with you. I assume a frog is also not a common sight." She offers him a smile and moves to hop up onto his shoulder again

"Keep an eye out for the people wearing that five-pointed crest we saw." - stepping into the tent inn, the Drow makes his way to the nearest attendant while profiling the crowd and the surroundings.
No one that you can see is wearing the crest, or even acting out of sorts. As Ree'lyn approaches the bar, a female halfling looks up from polishing tankards and gives a warm smile. What'll it be? She says brightly.

"Ah, what is your suggestion for a dry throat and starving belly after a long travel?" - returning the smile, the Drow adds in a friendly manner. - "Nice place you got here. Does it get any busier?"
Aia enters the tavern shortly after Ree'lyn. Upon entering, she moves her hand up to her face (as if to brush her hair) and covertly makes the cultists' greeting symbol.
The halfling chuckles and pops a mug of ale on top of the bar. Nothin' like a frosty mug. And we stay pretty steady, but we don't get too crazy 'round here. We cater to the soldiers in the keep, and any traveler's crossin' the bridge.
Aia, you don't see anyone give you anything other than a cursory glance as you walk in the door.

(So am i wrong, but this place is a barren plateu correct? How large is the tent hovel shantie town, did you say about 40 tents? And the land around it as well? I need as much details as possible, because i may do a bit of drawing of this scene of Meep and Baird looking ti the horizon.)
Yes, about 40 or so tents arranged around the pavilion with a few caravans and wagons on the outskirts. It's on a small plateau in the middle of a bunch of hills. The path out of the town leads to the Boareskyr Bridge, which stretches over the Winding Water. The bridge is constructed of black granite, and a newly built keep houses a contingent of paladins watching over the bridge.

"I will have what you suggested, thank you." - Ree'lyn glances around a bit and turns back to the halfling. - "I am glad you get no confusion in here, like bands of thugs or whatever troublemaker that happens to roam the lands these days."
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Meep hums, swaying her feet as she keeps watch. "Seems like this will become a habit yeah? Since we're not the most.... Normal looking of the group. But ibdokt mind waiting out here with you Baird. We've been together this long, no reason splitting up now."
As she talks she glances around for anything suspicious.
