Torwen will unsaddle the dead horses and put them (the saddles and saddle bags) on the wagon. He will then take the reigns off the horses with plans to use them to bind & gag our new guide.
”Hold on. No need to treat him too roughly. We’ll have Krub sit in front of us to guide us.” Kierro says, hopping into the wagon and helping Krub up. “I’m Kierro, and these friends of mine are Torwen, Faywin, and Victor.”
He pulls out the arrow that had struck him and wraps it in a bandage.
"I do not intend to treat him roughly but to blindly put our faith in one that just put an arrow in you and can run away or yell to his tribe to warn of our presence is a folly I think."
"I intend to keep my word and release him if he keeps his word and provides the information we need and leads us to the captured 'human'"
Torwen - as you remove the saddlebags, you realize that they've already been emptied. As you turn to put them on the wagon, your foot kicks a map case laying on the ground, open.
Krub watches as you all discuss his fate. At Faywin's words, he shakes his head. "Wagon not fit on way we go. Leave here and come back. Not far. Tall friend not so good. Yeemik is cruel," he says, watching Torwen fearfully.
Hearing the conversation Victor chimes in, "I agree with Torwen, these beasts attacked us with no warning, I do not trust them whatsoever and would feel much better with it tied up."
After listening to Torwen and Victory, Krub looks at Faywin with fearful eyes. "Krub no danger," he says, gesturing to his bleeding body still held by the thorn whip. "Krub help; lead you to tall man. Krub no scream, show traps," he says placatingly.
You search the other goblins, finding only badly worn leather armor and some rather ratty looking scimitars. The arrows are well-made, if anyone can make use of those (15 total found).
At Torwen's words, Krub nods frantically. "Yes, hide wagon. I take you to tall man. Show traps," he says. "You kill Yeemik?" he asks uncertainly.
Krub looks at Victor with wide eyes. "Yeemik bad goblin. Hurt tall man. M-m-make Krub leave family," he stutters and then bursts into tears, huge gasping sobs wracking his body.
Kierro puts a comforting hand on his shoulder. “That’s horrible. No one should have to go through that. Whether Yeemik is killed or not is one thing, but he definitely needs to answer for what he has done. Maybe after we could take you back to your family?”
Torwen - after looking at the saddles closely, you are sure that one of them belonged to Sildar. The map case is empty, with no clue about what might have been in it, if anything.
Torwen and Faywin set about hiding the wagon slightly off the road, piling some loose branches over it to help disguise it from sight.
Krub looks up at Kierro and shakes his head. "Krub find family. They hide before Yeemik come. I take you to Yeemik now?" he asks.
Faywin asks Krub "How far away is the Black spider? How long has the dwarf been gone? How far is it to where the human is at?"

Torwen will pick up the map case to see if anything might be inside. if not he will place it inside one of the bags.
Torwen will say: " Fine. I'll let the party determine how to control our new guide...May Moradin watch over us and guide our actions."
" I intended in no way to torture or abuse him just to bind his hands and try to keep him from screaming out and warning of our presence."
Torwen will try to stay away from the goblin in the hopes doing so will calm him down.
Hearing the conversation Victor chimes in, "I agree with Torwen, these beasts attacked us with no warning, I do not trust them whatsoever and would feel much better with it tied up."
Torwen - the map case is indeed, empty.
After listening to Torwen and Victory, Krub looks at Faywin with fearful eyes. "Krub no danger," he says, gesturing to his bleeding body still held by the thorn whip. "Krub help; lead you to tall man. Krub no scream, show traps," he says placatingly.
Faywin will release the thornwhip and tell him for our safety we want to restrain your hands.
OOC: I dont believe thornwhip restrains, just on the turn it is cast if it hits allows you to pull the target up to 10ft closer to you.

Torwen says: "So, we need to hide the wagon in the brush and see if our little friend can take us to the human. Right?"
Did we find anything of value on the slain goblins?

any marks that would identify them on the saddles or map case?

Victor stands up and dusts himself off, "Well I am as ready as I think I will ever be, lead the way."
Torwen nods and smiles. "lead on, Krub"
Faywin heads off with the party, paying attention to where we are going and the surrounding nature in the area.
