" of course, all proceeds minus the company cut, the material costs and labor will be divided up amongst ourselves with bonuses to those who have the highest sales or investment. We will be kazillionaires in no time, Kings O' the county"
" a bit of gnomish engineering with some extra ropes and some hired muscle, blood sweat and tears...wagon under the mountain...ta-daah! I was figuring we deliver the bag first to skull port and look for the rich sneaky boy while we at it. That way if we were to be...unfortunately delayed ( ie killed) the company wouldnt be held liable for the lost gold payment na close valuable resources in the fortress as a result. If we can get out at skullport. Why can't we get In the out?"
" besides, I wasn't planning on taking the wagon In the dungeon, but having it pre-positioned near the exit so we have a ride home and room for the loot. We are going to strip undermountain of every useful thing we can take...what about a pack dog, a mastiff or two to carry extra loot, hmmmm"
again, the rwt in the room can literally see the wheels and gears of Donkee thinking as his mechanical rabbit ears on his helmet spin slowly in the process

You see Izzarezz look a bit frustrated for the first time. "We, I mean Head Office, does not have any connections in Skullport as of yet." She says with a glance to the door. "Your delivering of the pouch will net us a possible safehouse we can turn into a franchise HQ. Until then we don't have the connections in Skullport to get you in that way." With a shake of her head her cool manner returns. "So the only way we know of to get in is through The Yawning Portal for now." She then turns to the Cartographer in the group. "You can requisition Mastiffs, or anything else you want for carts or mounts from Head Office." She informs them. "If you all think that is of use, then do so, but it is up to you to figure out how to get them down into Undermountain through the Well." She taps her token again. "Now let's have the vote."
(OOC: you would all know that the Yawning Portal is not more than a couple of blocks from here and you definitely would not want to put a wagon out on the street there.)
Vaden hears Secundus, Rurik, and Donkee discussing their plans for logos and whatnot. He moves over with a very happy look and takes a seat closer to them. "Ok, let's get this logo figured out..." He says, pulling out a piece of parchment and handing it over. "I have some ideas and am very interested in what you guys are thinking so far..."
"Vaden..." Izzarezz says then, a snap in her tone. "I appreciate the enthusiasm of a new branding idea as much as the next person in this company, but we are doing a vote just now, you four can discuss that while you are traveling."
"Well, a great kindness. Thanks. And if you happen to need help placing said logo on anything I am quite able with both smithing and jewelers tools. Just say the word and I'm sure we can get something pretty professional looking put together in no time. Ha, COD, I just got it. Ha ha."
" we can create whole line of action gear to sell and help fund our venture. Logo engraved armor sets, jewelry from gemstones we plunder, and tankards... we can advertise on tankards we can sell to taverns, cha-ching"
"Wow, brilliant! I think that we should most definitely attempt this. During our wagon ride there we could discuss plans, maybe even start some minor tinkering." Rurik states with some excitement.
Rurik then looks at Izzerazz. "Do you have some map of the area so i can get these locations fully wrapped around my head. I would much prefer, and thus cast my vote, on anything that would get these missions knocked out quickly and efficiently. I need to get more gold for a good set of plate armor. But, it also sounds as if the only real option is the Yawning Portal, so lets just get a move on?"
Izzarezz shakes her head at the mention of a map. "That is something I want to task your Cartographer with creating as you go." She says, glancing to the Cartographer in the group. "There are no maps of Undermountain, at least none I would stake your lives on, and, if we can produce such, it would be a great source of revenue for our franchise." Looking over to the group talking about riding in a wagon she goes on. "You will not need a wagon at this point, since you only need to walk two blocks to the Yawning Portal. We do not have any clue where the Skullport exit will let out, so cannot have a wagon sitting there until we know where it is. Plus, from what I have heard, it is by boat that you will exit Undermountain, if you go through Skullport, so you won't likely need a wagon regardless."
"I'd be right with any way you's all wanna go, just get me a transport to where we're goin and ill get my end done. Plus I would really love to get a chance to try some of this new equipment out. Would love to see that mages dungeon, seems like a right fun time." Norelan says as he leans back and admires the shiny weaponry at his side

Taman nods to Izzarezz and pulls a token from his pocket. "My vote is to do as Izzarezz has indicated." He says, laying is token on the table next to ehr coin. His is a simple round copper piece. "Let's just get the voting done so we can get moving." He says to everyone else.
Vaden sighs and pulls his holy symbol from around his neck. "I vote the same..." He says, laying it on the table in turn.
"okey dokey. The sleepy portal it is. When we get to skullport we will send a raven to let you know the mountain of success we had, and the pile O' treasures we have gathered and you can send our employee your going to hire for us with our wagon, pulled by my two mules along with my donkey hole and his amazing warhorse to pick us up so we can check out this awesome fortress of doom we are going to secure for you."
he pulls out some lint and some brass gears from his pocket and puts it on the table as his vote....then starts thinking of how they can maybe press some defeated dungeon enemies into beasts of burden to carry our loot...hmmmm
" Apparently. A start of a new tradition, beat the heck out of chads....that can go missing, eh?" I guess we are set to grab a drink and invade the sleeping portal and become rich.
"Ya, you ave any guesses on what we may have to be facing down there. Would be nice to know before i start punchin something with damn poisonous skin or the like, wouldn't beleive the sorts of things me and my buddies seen from just gangs, let alone a whole dungeon." Norelan says rubbing a scar on his fist

Izzarezz sighs. "If we knew what was down there already we wouldn't need to have you go down there now would we?" She says in a too-patient tone. "Most adventurers who go into Undermountain never return, so I would go in with anything your experience says is needed for such a foray and hope to Asgorath that it is enough."
" time to head out to the tavern, grab a drink and take the rope ride down into fame an glory. If you have your weapons, your armor and your courage, you have what is required. The rest is down in a crazy man's underground town. Maybe place some bets on ourselves with the tavern keep to make some extra gold..."
When we reach the tavern Norlean fills his flask with whiskey and takes a mug of ale with him down leaving 5 gold on the counter if they allow him to take the cup sipping it in one hand with a javelin resting in the other as they head down the hole
upon getting the tavern and seeing Norlean heading down the rope, Donkee heads to the bar, buys a bottle of dark pirate rum and asks the bartender " what are the odds on that fellow heading down the rope before everyone else has gotten here? I will put 25gp on his safe return and 50gp on my glorious reemergence from the portal..."
Donkee then waits for everyone else to arrive before handing over the entrance fee. They still need to set the marching order...I guess that makes Norlean point man until the rest get here and down the rope.
Rurik strides into the bar. Sees his companions knocking a few back. Smirks with amusement, and moves towards the rope to catch up with them at the bottom.
