All you see are stray rocks scattered around on the ground, nothing that looks useful.
The other 2 drow fire their crossbows at Manju:
Attack: 13 Damage: 3
Attack: 21 Damage: 7
Manju nimbly dodges the first bolt, feeling satisfied, and looks back with a grin. The grin freezes on his face as the next bolt buries deep in his shoulder, and he collapses to the ground, poison overtaking him and knocking him out cold.
The other prisoners have backed up to watch, seeming to not want to get too close. In their faces you can see wincing from the memories of past beatings, which explains their reluctance to help.
Don, top of the round to you.

The big drow straightens up and smiles. Well. Anyone else? We have plenty of whips for everyone. No? Fine. We will return this scum to you shortly. Ask them then what happens when you try to escape.

Don searches the room for any of the crossbow bolts that missed Manju, hoping to find something he could use as a weapon, or shards of broken bolt he might be able to use as lock-picks. Then he sits at the back of the room, as by-himself as possible, and will quietly slip the key out of his pocket and surreptitiously check it in the manacles to see if it is the manacle key (not actually unlocking them, just seeing if it would work).

(Edit: I'd prefer to be doing this before the guards return with the others, like Gad below)
(out of sequence - we have some time while they are gone?)
As soon as the guards are gone after the fight, Gad picks up the pipe Manju dropped so the guards don't get it. He'll save whatever he can from the scattered chain links, in particular to hold the halves of his broken chain together.
He wants to talk to the other quietly 3 of you: I think we can say that wasn't smart, though I'll not say it when they get back. But even if they'd won we'd've been lost. We need more information, a plan, somewhere to go, more of us without chains and more of us (indicating the other prisoners) allied - even those we don't like. We need to pool resources - Manju dropped this pipe, I have a piece of flint that's a decent dagger, and my chains are were broken duing the fight, thanks to Egret. We need to find out what them others know.
After we 4 exchange whatever information, Gadvelt wants to finish the conversation with Eldeth - the fight interrupted before she answered about the other prisoners.
Don whispers to Gad and the others, "I found a short length of rope. It's only about 5 feet long, but well made. Strong. Silk I think." He covertly pulls the key out of his pocket and flashes it to the group before pocketing it again (keeping it out of view of the other prisoners) "One of the guards dropped this in the scuffle and I picked it up before they noticed." Eyeing Gad's shard of flint Don flashes his brightest smile and says "If you're more of the blunt-pipe type I'm pretty handy with a sharp."
By all means Don, doesn't matter much what I hit with as long as I hit. And Manju doesn't seem to need anything to hit with! (I added dagger to my sheet then customized the name to "flint shard" - I'll remove and Don can add)

Tempest nods at the idea that the fight was not smart. She tells the others of their group about her own dagger-shaped rock she found earlier as well.
Either before, or after, the guards bring back the others, but making sure the guards are not close by when she does it, Tempest will turn to the non-group prisoners. In Under common, then Deep Speech, she says the following: "I think we all want the same thing, do any of you have any information we can compile to help us all get out of here?" She will nod either to the sound of the two getting tortured, or to their comatose forms if they are back already. "If we don't we will end up like them or worse..."

Don, unfortunately nothing from the bolts are usable. The key, however, does in fact open up your manacles.
Gadvelt, you're able to find some pieces of chain that you can use to hook yours back together to more or less look normal. Eldeth moved away when the drow came in, but she'll step back forward after they clear out. Not a smart way to go she says, shaking her head.
Tempest, Bupiddo comes back up to you and says Well said! Well said! We should all be working together to get outta here! Obviously, a straight up attack like that bugbear tried won't quite work, but I'm sure if we all put our minds to it we can do it!
The kuo-toa also looks up, and replies in undercommon. I can lead you to Sloobludop, my village, but that is only if we can make it out. I will not cause harm to these creatures, however.
One of the gnomes will also come forward, and will say in undercommon: betcha 10 gold that attitude don't last

"Well a place to get to away from here is very useful." Tempest tells the Kuo-toa. To the Gnome she shakes her head. "I will not take that bet, especially since I have no coin to back it up right now..." She looks around at the rest again. In Under Common and then Deep Speech she says... "Anyone else? Anyone know anything about these Drow or this place that might be of help? Anything at all might be useful, if we add all the pieces together..."
Don moves to the door and looks out, listening carefully, checking if any of the guards are nearby and trying to get a sense of what's outside the cell.
Perception: 15
With his back to the door, loud enough to be heard in the room but hopefully not projecting down the hall, "I think it's time we all had proper introductions! We only survive this if we survive it together. Best be on friendly terms for that! My name's Don. Who are all of you?"
Persuasion, to convince any prisoners who are reluctant to speak to participate in the conversation: 14
Gadvelt nods to agree with Eldeth. Quietly, as private as possible in this cell: Not smart, and we're not ready even if it worked. We need to know more. What can you tell me about the others? And what do you know about this place and the drow routines? I can share that we have a couple weapons between us, and a way to unlock the chains. And...shows her the broken link on his chains, and the pipe, without letting others see
