Nationality: Daverro Nation Views: “They obviously shat themselves, the ******* rats, and blamed us. It’s probably greenies’ job. Anyway, rather die by myself than in company of someone who would blame me for their bloody problems” Stakes: Most of his mercenary company died there, as they were hired by Daverro to assist them in the war. Phaedris doesn’t do this so much out of vengeance though, it has its role, but out of need to finish his contract/promise. Family Member: His only surviving grandfather, Thesris Witchbane. Backstory: Phaedris was the soldier in the company of ’Bleak Guard’. He had a high status and was one of the officers, earning his living as a mercenary, frequently going on solo missions. He also saw his share of battlefield and this incident was his most recent. His grandfather was living in the city nearby at the time, and he was working another contract. The job was simple, assist Daverro in the war. He was the head of the company’s scout unit and often was behind the enemy lines. One of these moments was when the Emeralds came. They swarmed the field, moments after their appearance it looked like a bloody grassland. He obviously had to retreat to the city, only to later be ambushed by a small group of Emeralds. The bastards didn’t die, so the group divided, some later dead, some like Phaedris still alive. Once he arrived in the city he assisted in reinforcing the gusrdlines and situated his grandfather in the refugee boat, getting on one of the last ones himself. Later on he found out that most of the company perished, leaving only few dozen soldiers and the Commander. Now they were translated under a new contracted to help with the ‘green’ issue, and Phaedris means to assist the company in all ways he can, fulfillin gthe contract is a tradition after all. Thing of Note: Very practical area, where people love harsh lives with hard principles. NPC: Commander Leverfrost, the leader of their company. She is an older elf with great tactical mind. She and Phaedris developed a powerful relationship of most trustworthy friends. The countless nights they spent together near a crackling fire, discussing their lives and choices and battles and tactics baked into his memory. Name: Sivis Talorin Race: Air Genasi Class: Rogue (Scout) Background: Criminal Ability Scores:9131717161216 Alignment: True Neutral Faith: Akadi, Queen of Air Favourite Food: Cream puffs Wish: To be completely undetectable Fear: Being faced with a problem he can't run away from. Trinket:45
Nationality: Sarroka Nation Views: Though Sivis fought Daverrans on multiple occasions, he bears no ill will towards the country. In fact, he is more incensed by the rules forced on him when he served in the Sarrokan military than anything the Daverrans ever did to him in war. Stakes: Sivis hopes to finally retrieve his freedom and disappear somewhere safe, far away from any of the struggles between Sarroka, Daverro, or the Emerald Army. Family Member: Sivis has a cousin, an Earth Genasi, who was one of the paladins who defended those retreating to Prospain, and who was on one of the last ships to leave for the island. Backstory: Sivis was drafted into the Sarrokan military as a scout. Knowing that his superiors saw him as expendable, Sivis honed his skills and managed to survive through everything the Daverrans threw at him. Once the true enemy was known, he took his chance to defect and spent his time rummaging around an old Daverran base that had been mostly destroyed during the war. Of course, as the Emerald Army spread throughout the land, Sivis was not left alone. Narrowly surviving several undead attacks on his home, Sivis fled for the ships, barely managing to sneak aboard one of the last ones leaving. Unfortunately for him, his cousin was also aboard that ship, and he revealed Sivis's identity, but did not toss him overboard, stating that he could be useful for missions in reclaiming their homeland. Once the ship arrived in Prospain, a tracking spell was placed on Sivis, meaning that there was nowhere he could run in Prospain and be free, and with his homeland overrun by undead, that meant he had nothing to do but obey orders and commit himself to restoring his homeland in exchange for ending the spell. Thing of Note: They say that ancient Sarrokan wizards achieved immortality by channeling their essence into nigh indestructible artifacts made from a special allow of Mithril and Adamantite. If the mind inhabiting the artifact has not yet gone insane, there is a chance that someone attuning to it will become possessed by the wizard, but if it has, then the wizard's tools are at the user's disposal. NPC: Sivis's law abiding cousin, Igard Talorin, who was the one to expose him and is the whole reason he is in this situation.

Name: Tahia Greenwood Race: Ghostwise Halfling Class: Rogue 2 / Twilight Cleric 3 Background: Criminal Ability Scores: Point buy (I left scores below in an apparently failed attempt to not end up with the manipulated dice roll warning) Alignment: Neutral Faith: I don't think Tahia knows what deity it is that she's been taken in by -- I'm seeing this working less as organized religion, more like divine intervention with fits and out of body experiences, so she doesn't know who it is, and that's part of what she's trying to find out. She's been given direction to work with this group, and is hoping that will help her discover more about what her situation is, who this deity is. Favourite Food: Something akin to Patra Ni Machhi, spiced fish wrapped in leaves and steamed. Wish: Oh man, probably access to the wish spell. Unless that counts as 'can't wish for more wishes,' in which case she'd wish for resistance to fire damage. Fear: That what happened to her isn't due to a god, but due to something evil and demonic. She's afraid of being in debt due to this new circumstance. Trinket:47 - A metal can that has no opening but sounds as if it is filled with broken glass
Nationality: Sarroka Nation Views: Tahia's pretty neutral on the war -- cf the Ferengi rules of acquisition, 'war is good for business,' 'peace is good for business.' She's slightly more on the side of Sarroka, since that's where she's from -- and hey, something happened to the queen, Daverro's excuses always seemed somewhat flimsy to her, but she's never paid close attention. Stakes: When she was saved from death by this god she's devoted herself to, she was instructed to find these people and work with them, that their goals were necessary. More would be revealed to her in time. She's not sure if this is a new god that's come in opposition to whatever is creating this situation, or if it's an existing god and she just doesn't know enough about religion to have a clue. But she's been told that this is how she's going to get answers. She's also justifying it to herself because it's pretty much impossible to get work as a burglar right now with everything (targets, fences, and allies) being thrown into chaos. Family Member: Her siblings -- I rolled on the Xanathar's table and she's got an older sibling and is also one of three triplets, but I might adjust that. Backstory: For a long time Tahia wasn't involved in the war per se, but she took advantage of the chaos of war to pull off some thefts, and probably burgled the homes of elites. At some point one of her criminal contacts hired her to steal some military secrets, but she still considered it strictly a business deal, and would do the same if someone from Daverro gave her the right enticement. However, they hired her with the hope that by changing tactics and using a non-military theft specialist, they could come at the theft from a different angle, but instead it left her unprepared for some key defenses, and she was discovered and should have died. However, this is when she experienced the power of her deity for the first time, and they saved her life and enabled her to escape with the information needed. Thing of Note: There are rumors of catacombs underneath some of the larger public parks or gardens just outside of the capital city. Now with the recent waves of undead, more speculation is afoot -- is that where some of those undead came from? Would those buried there rise as reinforcements? If you went into the catacombs, would they be eerily empty? If the catacombs even exist at all... NPC: Tahia's contact, Dal Sarffgadau, the half-elf who hired her for the military theft job still works for the government as a spy, and feels somewhat badly about what happened to her (more in that they made a tactical error than anything else). If Tahia attempts to guilt him into helping her, it wouldn't necessarily work, but he might let her think it does, because he wants to see what exactly these new abilities she has are. He may also still use her as part of his espionage network.

Alignment: Chaotic Good Faith: Melora Favourite Food: Steak Wish: To be the ultimate pirate queen Fear: Her father. Trinket:48 - A glass orb filled with water, in which swims a clockwork goldfish
Nationality: Daverro Nation Views: Though technically from Daverro, Twilight lacks any sort of patriotism and thinks both countries are "stupid". Stakes: Twilight mainly seeks adventure and to be as far from her father as possible but she also hopes to free the world of the Emerald Army and make it a safer place for her sister to grow up and live in. Family Member: Siren Tyde aka Star Oceanborn is Twilight's younger sister, aged 10 years old. Backstory:Twilight was a pirate... well technically a pirate but her life was far from what most would expect. For her entire life, her father hid her away. Her world was made up of her father's quarters and a tiny bedroom. It was only a month ago that Twilight escaped with her younger sister in tow and found out about the war. Hearing about the refugees moving to Prospain, Twilight thought it would be the perfect opportunity to get as far away from her father as possible and start a new life with her sister. As they joined the refugees, the changed their names and became the Oceanborn sisters Thing of Note:The Vicious Quip is the incredibly well known ship of the dreaded Captain Gold Horn, the cruelest pirate on the seas. It's crew, known as the Tyde Family, is said to be made up of the most cut-throat pirates with a wide variety of lethal skills. Name any member of the ship and you'd be naming one of deadliest pirates in all of history. The Blind Siren. The Burned Rose. The Scarred Dragon. The list goes on and on NPC: Quint Tyde, also known as Gold Horn, was the Captain of the Vicious Quip and Twilight's father. He was a notoriously cruel man. Though he gave Twilight everything she ever wanted and taught her everything she knows (from reading and writing to how to wield a sword), he showed no mercy to others. The slightest wrong committed against him would result in prolonged horrific torture or an excruciatingly painful death. Every night, she could the screams of her father's victims and quickly grew to fear him. After the death of Twilight's mother, Evelyn Tyde, Quint grew increasingly paranoid that his own child would suffer the same fate as she did and hid Twilight away. When he remarried and had a second daughter, however, he didn't treat her the same way he treated Twilight. She had the freedom to do whatever she wanted and was truly spoiled by her parents.
QUESTION: Do you think the Twilight UA for Cleric would be useful in this setting? I'd like to try it or Wildfire Druid out, if one/neither might work better.
I generally build my homebrew to fit more towards the party I get. Yes, you can play either of them (or both, multiclassing is fine) and there will be slight tweaks to the world and what the group finds based on that.
The pantheon isn't fully set in stone yet. I'm asking what sort of deities people are interested in based on the character recruitment answers to "faith". To make things easier, I will probably import one of the pantheons from at the back of the PHB so people are familiar with them already, but have my own twists on them as there will no doubt be people claiming some actions sound contradictory to what they read about X deity in book Y.

Nationality: Daverro Nation Views: They're being unreasonable and have jumped to conclusions without getting a full picture. I don't know whether to believe my own leaders either, as I have no first-hand knowledge of the facts. Stakes: My mother was caught up in the crossfire and is presumably dead. Family Member: Don't know, don't particularly care. My mother was the only family I needed. Backstory: I was in training in the courts of Davarro through my mother, a prominent member of the court. I was seen as a prodigy that could one day outshine her, but made one too many decisions that did not sit well with the others and eventually fell out of favour. However, this was not well-known outside of the court and I managed to charm my way past the boat master (? the guy who keeps people from entering) to secure a spot on the boat. Thing of Note: It is well-known that the courts are vicious and unforgiving in enforcing the law of the land. I want to change that, because sometimes the facts require leniency. NPC: The High Judge of Daverro has been mentoring me since I entered the courts; even though he was also disapproving of me towards the end, I still view him as a father figure and want to prove that I have the guts and the brains to save Daverro and change it for the better.

Nation Views: I am frustrated by the War and the endless amour of innocent lives that have been lost on both sides. I am frustrated by both nations governments and their inability to find a peaceful solution to the war that has lead us here. Stakes: The Emerald Army is an affront to my mistress. The souls of the dead MUST be laid to rest. Family Member: My Mother, Thirlia, a Gardener and Herbalist. We were separated during the retreat. I must find her. Backstory: The Raven Queen takes great interest in the realm of humanity, especially when was is involved. During war time I have been busy on the front lines in the tents easing what injuries I can and easing the passing of those who She has called home. When the evacuations began She granted me a vision, a vision of hope for our future, an artifact that may be able to help defeat the Emerald Army. It is somewhere in the jungle of Prospain. Thing of Note: Grave Clerics of Daverro are feared. They are often confused with the death Domain. No matter how kind or compassionate they are there presence is often looked upon with terror. NPC: Dalth Smalut a Human Necromancer who believes that the Emerald Army is the begging of his rise to Lich-hood. He seeks the same artifact that I do.
Name: Korvek Cinderhorn Race: Minotaur Class: Barbarian; Storm Herald Background: Mercenary Veteran Ability Scores: ^ Alignment: Neutral Faith: None, mostly believes in himself Favourite Food: Meat pie Wish: Enough gold to live peacefully Fear: Others finding out about how his company fell in a battle Trinket:72 a silver teardrop earring made from a real teardrop.
Nationality: Sarroka Nation Views: General dislike for their way of battle, prefers to fight with pure strength and magic. Other than that, belittles them for their reliance of technology and such. Stakes: Revenge, for his fallen company and to make gold while doing it. Family Member: Yvera Cinderhorn, Battlemaster of the Company and grandmother to Korvek Backstory: Korvek was in the family business, business of proving oneself in battle and war. While some would argue it was a tribe, it was more of a company as they took on various people into it, any race and any origin. As long as they can prove their worth in the company, they'd have a place with them. The company mostly worked for the kingdom of Sarroka while also doing private contracts. So their work ranged from, the battlefields, protection and harassment of Daverro forces. Yet the last contract did not go as expected, what they thought to be a simple hit and run on a contingent of Daverro was a burnt down camp. Korvek made the mistake of investigating the camp, only to ambushed by the Emerald army. It was a cruel fight, for their numbers was too much for the company. Just to battle their way out they've lost more than half, even more on the retreat. Korvek led the remnants back to their base to tell of their lose to the battlemaster, yet there was no need as they soon found the Emerald army once again, ransacking their way towards the capital. Korvek rode hard and plowed through the scores of them, not caring as his comrades started to fall once more. He finds his grandmother, battling with a warhammer in each hand against the army. His grandmother calls for aid as they manage to fight for a moment's respite. Korvek starts to speak of the casualties but his grandmother cuts him off. She knows there will be more coming and heard how people were evacuating towards the docks. She tells him that they'll speak more once they're safe from this horde. With a nod, Korvek agrees. The two make way for the docks and use the last of their gold to secure passage. Thing of Note: Minotaurs are well known for their muscle, whether as guards, soldiers, or mercenaries. Though they tend to dislike for Orcs and their kin, mostly leading to a violent dispute between the two. NPC: Berry Greenbow, a half-elf scout, was found injured during one of the expeditions. Nursed back to health and was a good contact to check for contracts on the low.

Nationality: Sarroka Nation Views: Sarroka is no better than Daverro., it just happens to be where the Order I serve is centered. Stakes: Perhaps I might die in service of a greater cause. The Emerald Army is as great a threat to the world as the Great Old One. Family Member: Elder Odeb, High Priest and last surviving member of the order I belong to. Should he die, I will have to carry out the rituals he did, some of which are undeniably evil. Backstory: The order I belong to was conscripted into the war effort as clemency. In the many years before, we were accused of kidnapping, black magic, and even murder. These claims are not without merit, but the army considered the abilities of our higher members extremely useful. Initially, our contributions were enormous, managing to inflict great harm upon the forces of Daverro. Unfortunately, we began to neglect ancient practices as a result of either lack of permission or lack of time. The consequences were horrendous, with many losing there: abilities, minds, and lives in extreme cases. I alone with Elder Odeb, managed to survive by continuous abandonment of military duties to satisfy our former obligations, including an animal sacrifice that finished just before the Emerald Army drove us to the Sea. Thing of Note: Anyone who recognizes the symbols of the Order suspects us of sedition, if not outright betrayal, and blames us for the failure of the Sarroka military. NPC: Investigator Allen is a human from the same town as the Order. He is, or was, in possession of enough evidence to convict the Order of crimes against humanity. Up until now, the military has kept him silenced behind red tape and bureaucracy.

Nationality: Sarroka Nation Views: Dark is a mercenary, and has no hate for his enemies. He worked for coin and fame. He now regrets his former life, and sees much of the war as a waste. Stakes: Dark's mercenary unit was on the last battlefield, and most of his comrades were killed. He is after vengeance as well as redemption as he sees that most of his fighting from before was a waste. Family Member: Dark is actually half Black and half Red Dragon born, and thus his scales mark a mix of black and red from his mixed heritage. He has no living family, however he doesn't know if any of his former mercenary unit is alive, or if any of the fir family members are alive. He would feel responsibly and loyalty to any of them, and would take on these family members. In particular a human mercenary (presumed dead) of his had a wife and young daughter. If he could find them he would feel obligated to take care of them. Backstory: He was injured before the last battle and was sent off with some other wounded, and suffers from survivors guilt.
Thing of Note: Dark is a sorcerer, but prefers to be up close and personel in fighting NPC: Dark has some mistrust of commanders of the Sarroka army as he felt they treated the mercenaries as expendable.
Name: Shiloss Amascient Race: Wood Elf Class: Monk (Open Hand) Background: Hermit (Discovery to be my uncommon - Cloak of Protection if allowed, second choice would be Periapt of Wound Closure) Ability scores: 1112121316119 Alignment: Neutral (Sometimes leaning lawful, other times chaotic) Faith: Something similar to Silvanus Favorite Food: Seafood Wish: To find full enlightenment and inner peace Fear: Spiders Trinket: 73 The shell of an egg painted with scenes of human misery in disturbing detail, because of course she would have this.
Nationality: Sarrokan Nation Views: While not fond of war in general, Shiloss is incredibly distrusting of the "unnatural" technology of Daverro; as such she dislikes the people of Daverro instinctively. Stakes: As much as the thought of Devarron technology disturbs Shiloss, this Emeral Army and whatever created it are an abomination in her eyes. Family Member: Naivara and Rael, her cousin and nephew
Backstory: Shiloss was never the most naturally talented, but she made up for it with hard work and perseverance. Growing up among her people, she found herself learning to love nature and a simpler life. While mostly comfortable in the forests, a nagging sense of missing a part of herself led her to join a monastery in a town not far from the woods of her tribe. Several years of training honed her fighting skills, but didn't help her find what she was longing for in life, so the abbot sent her to go on a five year long journey of isolation to find herself. During this journey, she came upon a (uncommon magic item), but not enlightenment. Upon her return, she found the kingdom two years deep in a war with the Devarron Empire. The monastery was running fundraisers to send supplies to the troops, and Shiloss felt that aiding the effort would be siding with nature, due to her distrust of technology. To this end, she helped in the creation of potions of healing to be sent the the front lines. When the war ended, she took a few of the potions that had not been carted away yet and fled with the rest of the monks. Thing of Note: Due to the frequency of monastery "fundraisers", it has long been rumored that the leader has been using this money to fund his own purposes, whatever they may be. This is, of course, only a rumor... right? NPC: Abbot Jorrund is a charming man, teaching his followers to find the strength within. Shiloss trusts him and his teachings, having seen first hand the effectiveness they have in combat. She has personally never seen anything that would suggest he has amassed wealth, though he is quite secretive about personal matters.

Fear: That he ultimately contributes nothing to the greater body of knowledge and never manages to surpass his father's achievements. Trinket:3 An empty glass vial that smells of perfume when opened
Nationality: Daverro Nation Views: Spirits and mysticism? Poppycock! If Sarroka had properly equipped their Queen with hard tracking technologies, we'd have solved this whole thing a long time ago. Heck even a half decent caravan driver knows to have an Illusory Scriptor box on his wagon. Should it fall under fire, there will be a record of the events! Science and knowledge are the only driving forces of progress and the sooner the Sarrokian's get on board the sooner we can defeat our true enemy. Ignorance!...errrr these emerald fellows, speaking of which how did they subvert the field strength...*walks off drawing calculations in the air that continue to float along side*
Stakes: The balance of all the realms of course! We lost the height of some of our greatest technologies in that battle and I aim to recover some of it if not build something better in the process. Also...what we built, what we were going to unleash. Let's just hope some things remain as ash and cinder.
Family Member: My father, Dra'woh Krast, probably made it to one of the ships, he is annoyingly brilliant and a keen survivor. He is a High Arcanist and consul to the empire. I'm sure he had something "arranged" two years ago before this outcome could have even have been conceived. Mother, Ar'iam, is almost certainly with him.
Backstory: I was the head of "New Initiatives" at Krast Laboratories before the war broke out. Using the tools of man to bend the wills of the universe. And I'm oh, so, good at it. I've always been a clever kid and everyone expected me to be as clever as my father. Which I am. However, having certain moral inclinations makes me worse at business than my father. He's not "evil" he's just not always "good". When the war broke out I joined the Order to help outfit the Daverro elite. I get my glory too from time to time. When we were on that last battlefield I was mid ritual spinning up some new tech, a game changer. There was a sudden heat and the teleportation circles activated, dumping the lot of us back at Krast. Well, most of us. My lead Physiker was just half a pile of greenish ash. The thing that started to rise out of that ash didn't get time to form before the lot of us laid into it with what we had left. I've got a lot of questions about what happened and very few answers.
Thing of Note: Krast Laboratories. Founded by my father at the height of Arcanomechatronics and suppliers of much of the Empire's war machine. I had my own division before I ran off to join the Order. Everything people think is true. If there is a technology people "wish" we had, it exists there in some form. The only thing stopping them from ending the world is an overwhelming desire to what is best for the people...and bureaucracy.
NPC: Penn, my girlfriend, yea you wouldn't know her. She's a Paladin of the Order. Tall, blonde, bold. Could call down radiant energy that would cleave a man in half! She made it off the battlefield, I'm sure of it. She's just...on another ship. But no time to dwell on that now.
UPDATE: Messages have been sent out and accepted by enough people for a party. Should anyone need to drop out, I will reopen and give chance for other people to recruit. Thank you all for applying and might hear from you in the future.

Name: Tahia Greenwood
Race: Ghostwise Halfling
Class: Rogue 2 / Twilight Cleric 3
Background: Criminal
Ability Scores: Point buy (I left scores below in an apparently failed attempt to not end up with the manipulated dice roll warning)
Alignment: Neutral
Faith: I don't think Tahia knows what deity it is that she's been taken in by -- I'm seeing this working less as organized religion, more like divine intervention with fits and out of body experiences, so she doesn't know who it is, and that's part of what she's trying to find out.
Trinket: 47 - A metal can that has no opening but sounds as if it is filled with broken glass
Nationality: Sarroka
Nation Views: Tahia's pretty neutral on the war -- cf the Ferengi rules of acquisition, 'war is good for business,' 'peace is good for business.' She's slightly more on the side of Sarroka, since that's where she's from -- and hey, something happened to the queen, Daverro's excuses always seemed somewhat flimsy to her, but she's never paid close attention.

QUESTION: Do you think the Twilight UA for Cleric would be useful in this setting? I'd like to try it or Wildfire Druid out, if one/neither might work better.

Faith: Melora
Favourite Food: Steak
Wish: To be the ultimate pirate queen
Fear: Her father.
Trinket: 48 - A glass orb filled with water, in which swims a clockwork goldfish
Nationality: Daverro
Nation Views: Though technically from Daverro, Twilight lacks any sort of patriotism and thinks both countries are "stupid".
Backstory: Twilight was a pirate... well technically a pirate but her life was far from what most would expect. As they joined the refugees, the changed their names and became the Oceanborn sisters
Thing of Note: The Vicious Quip is the incredibly well known ship of the dreaded Captain Gold Horn, the cruelest pirate on the seas. The list goes on and on
NPC: Quint Tyde, also known as Gold Horn, was the Captain of the Vicious Quip and Twilight's father.
I generally build my homebrew to fit more towards the party I get. Yes, you can play either of them (or both, multiclassing is fine) and there will be slight tweaks to the world and what the group finds based on that.
Current Player In: The Guild as Elsara Deepmoon
The pantheon isn't fully set in stone yet. I'm asking what sort of deities people are interested in based on the character recruitment answers to "faith". To make things easier, I will probably import one of the pantheons from at the back of the PHB so people are familiar with them already, but have my own twists on them as there will no doubt be people claiming some actions sound contradictory to what they read about X deity in book Y.

Fear: To die anonymous
Trinket: 100
Nationality: Daverro
Nation Views: They're being unreasonable and have jumped to conclusions without getting a full picture.

Favourite Food: Fresh Hay (But he wont tell anybody)
Wish: A peaceful passing for everyone
Fear: That more souls will be forced to join the Emerald Army
Trinket: 15 Bright green feather
Nationality: Daverro

Name: Korvek Cinderhorn
Race: Minotaur
Class: Barbarian; Storm Herald
Background: Mercenary Veteran
Ability Scores: ^
Alignment: Neutral
Faith: None, mostly believes in himself
Favourite Food: Meat pie
Wish: Enough gold to live peacefully
Fear: Others finding out about how his company fell in a battle
Trinket: 72 a silver teardrop earring made from a real teardrop.
Nationality: Sarroka
Nation Views: General dislike for their way of battle, prefers to fight with pure strength and magic. Other than that, belittles them for their reliance of technology and such.
Stakes: Revenge, for his fallen company and to make gold while doing it.
Family Member: Yvera Cinderhorn, Battlemaster of the Company and grandmother to Korvek
Backstory: Korvek was in the family business, business of proving oneself in battle and war.

Name: Robert Marsh
Race: Human
Class: Great Old One Warlock
Background: Acolyte
Ability Scores: Standard Array, 8 12 15 13 14 10
Alignment: Lawful. G\N\E depending on the law
Faith: Prince of the Depths, Dagon (Warlock Patron)
Favourite Food: Fish, any kind but preferably squid
Wish: An end to eternal servitude
Fear: That the Great Old One I serve will command me to commit an act of evil
Trinket: 28 A dragon's bony talon hanging from a plain leather necklace
Nationality: Sarroka
Nation Views: Sarroka is no better than Daverro., it just happens to be where the Order I serve is centered.
Name: Dark Fire
Race: Black Dragon Born
Class: Draconic Red Sorcerer
Background: Mercenary Veteran
Ability Scores: Ability scores: 9 6 17 12 7 15 16
Alignment: Neutral
Faith: None..you make your own and why bow to a greater power
Favourite Food: Meat, Bloody
Wish: To fly like his ancestors
Fear: Failure
Trinket: <roll 1d100 for a trinket> 47H
Nationality: Sarroka
Nation Views: Dark is a mercenary, and has no hate for his enemies.
Thing of Note: Dark is a sorcerer, but prefers to be up close and personel in fighting
NPC: Dark has some mistrust of commanders of the Sarroka army as he felt they treated the mercenaries as expendable.
Just a reminder that recruitment closes tomorrow morning.

Name: Shiloss Amascient
Race: Wood Elf
Class: Monk (Open Hand)
Background: Hermit (Discovery to be my uncommon - Cloak of Protection if allowed, second choice would be Periapt of Wound Closure)
Ability scores: 11 12 12 13 16 11 9
Alignment: Neutral (Sometimes leaning lawful, other times chaotic)
Faith: Something similar to Silvanus
Favorite Food: Seafood
Wish: To find full enlightenment and inner peace
Fear: Spiders
Trinket: 73 The shell of an egg painted with scenes of human misery in disturbing detail, because of course she would have this.
Nationality: Sarrokan
Nation Views: While not fond of war in general, Shiloss is incredibly distrusting of the "unnatural" technology of Daverro; as such she dislikes the people of Daverro instinctively.

Class: Wizard 5 (School of Invention)
Background: Knight of the Order (Order of "the elite paladins of Daverro )
Ability Scores: 1214815101612
Alignment: Chaotic Good
Faith: Agnostic
Favourite Food: Coffee, the darker and sludgier the better. Can't make progress if you sleep.
Wish: To map all of arcana and the unknown into physical laws. With all known there would be no fear, without fear there would be no war.
Fear: That he ultimately contributes nothing to the greater body of knowledge and never manages to surpass his father's achievements.
Trinket: 3 An empty glass vial that smells of perfume when opened
Nationality: Daverro
Nation Views: Spirits and mysticism?
