If any of you are trying to get to the Northern Forest area you're going to have to roll a Stealth Check. Anyone who has Chainmail will need to roll with Disadvantage.
Erhorn pauses for a long while, clearly assessing the situation.
"Oh, I get it." He points past the goblins, towards the tomb. "That piece of stone," he points towards the barely-seen door, "was part of the lintel once." He drops his hand. "Do you have any preference for who gets" he flexes his fingers in a bumpkin's impression of someone casting a spell "the Giggles? I'm easy, as long as I get to cut the still-beating heart out of one of them." He pauses. "It's a pact thing. I don't enjoy it in the slightest," he lies.
Walton felt immense distaste for Erhorn upon hearing the word "pact". If that meant what he thought it meant, then one of his compatriots had made a not-so-metaphorical deal with the devil. However, converting Erhorb from his wicked ways would have to wait: Walton had some sneaking to do.
Frederick says to Erhorn, pointing out the one on the left. "I'd rather keep that one alive. Again, only if possible. If one of you could incapacitate, or otherwise immobilize him, that would be superb. If not, take him down like the other one."
Frederick got into a good position from where he was, hunching down, and aiming his bow at the Goblin on the right. He'd aim to take him out, so that only his clumsier friend remained, for interrogation purposes. Frederick took aim, but waited for his friends to get in position.
(Xan goes first, using his skills as a Rogue to make it safely to the Northern forest.
Walton then tries next, trying to time things just right, but luck is not on his side as he trips slightly, his chainmail making just enough noise to get the attention of the lazy Goblin, who looks up from his magazine. He looks around, confused.)
"Uuuh... Pank? Is that guy in the armor supposed to be here?"
(Pank rushes over, alarmed.)
"What? ...
We're under attack! Run you idiot! Get the others!"
Everyone Roll Initiative, Fredrick do so with advantage.
Having already made sure the serious goblin on the right was in his sights and lined up, as soon as he and his friend were alerted, Frederick let fly with his arrow, without a second thought.

No point in crying over spilled milk, now. They were just gonna have to do this the hard way.

There was no way he'd be able to get within range of the goblins to incapacitate one of them, Erhorn could see. Instead, he dashed out of the trees and ran towards the pair, his fingers flexing while he gasped out the words of the Warlock's go-to cantrip: Eldritch Blast. When he judged himself within range (120 feet) he let fly, and the bolt of sickly green light crackled its way towards the Serious Goblin.
Anyone who enjoyed dirty magazines while on duty, he reasoned, couldn't possibly be all bad. Also, they might not be so invested in whatever was going on that they'd hold too large of a grudge.

Xanlanann rushes southward from the northern patch of forest. The distance is too great to make it close enough to use his rapier, so he instead draws one of his daggers and throws it at the lazy goblin that it closer to him.

(He decides to make a run for it, screaming his little Goblin head off.)
"HELP! HELP! WE'RE UNDER ATTACK!"
(The Goblin uses his entire turn to run to the door of the tomb, opens it and runs in. You all are left in front of a dead Goblin and a half opened door.)
Xanlanann nods and approaches from the north, readying his attack for the signal from the long bow
