(Ok, going with the assumption that Siggur is an awesome medic and LoH saves the bard...)
"You are ok, you will play music again." Siggur says in a gruff but reassuring tone to the woozy bard. The warrior looks over to the monk he almost introduced himself to, "Stay here an protect these people, I must go help my brother."
He starts to run off back towards the lower deck but stops and looks back down at the bard, "Do not let him fall back asleep, but don't move him too much. Healing magics are miraculous but he is still very fragile. Do not break him."
Siggur double times it back below deck in search of his brother.
(If he finds any mercs on the way he will engage them: Attack: 22 Damage: 8)
Urmdir swings his flail, catching the mercenary off guard and landing a hit. Siggur pounds down the stairs and hurls himself into combat, delivering another blow to the thug. The two brothers stand side by side, and for a moment the mercenary hesitates. Them he sets his jaw in resolve and sweeps his mace in an arc.
Urmdir Attack: 9 Damage: 5
Siggur Attack: 16 Damage: 7
In the hold, with Saralyssa’s assistance, the mercenary finds the dwarves. He charges across the hold, leaving broken crates and barrels in his wake, and attacks the first dwarf.
Attack: 10 Damage: 5
Attack: 20 Damage: 7
Wisp releases her readied spell as combat erupts.
Mercenary Wisdom Save: 10 (On a hit he will take 2 psychic damage)
The man is temporarily distracted by Wisp’s unexpected attack, and the two dwarves rush him, shortswords in hand.
Attack: 12 Damage: 7
Attack: 18 Damage: 5
In the lounge, Seeker kneels over the body of the fallen mercenary. “We’re just the muscle.” The mercenary whispers, then he shudders. “Believe me, brother, you don’t want to mess with the Cult of Screaming Nightmares. Look where it got me...” The man passes out before Seeker can question him further. The man does not appear to be in critical condition.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Urmdir begins laughing loudly. "Hahaha! Yes brother! Once again we battle together! You..!" He bellows at the mercenary. "You have fought bravely! Let us seek death together!"
Urmdir swings his flail at he mercenary recklessly, attempting to drive him into the ground.
Attack: 10 Damage: 8
(If he drops, Urmdir heads toward the mercenary that ran into the hold)
Seeker will abandon the fallen merc and move over to the still standing one, "Who are the Cult of the Screaming Nightmares?" Emphasizing his words with a blow from his mace.
Siggur noticeably keeps a little behind his brother, watching his movements in combat and assisting them when the moment arrives. As usually Urmdir is in rare form when sweat and blood start hitting the ground. The younger brother is more concerned about the lives of innocents and if driving these mercs to their graves is the way to protect them then that is what he will do.
(If Urmdir doesn't finish him, Siggur will follow up right behind him with his own attack the move around behind the merc to get into 'flanking' with Urmdir. I know there isn't a 5e flanking mechanic, but if you want to use one let us know! Potential attack: Attack: 15 Damage: 3)
(If Urmdir does fell the merc)
Siggur see's fire and hears clashing from the hold across the way. "Brother, there were more down here. I think they've gone that way." He points with the tip of his axe before setting off.
(If he can get to an opponent in the hold this round, he'll barrel in behind them and use the attack from above. Advantage from flanking with Urmdir for the above attack: 6)
Wisp looked at the man who was attacking the dwarves, whom a moment ago had been dressed down by her vicious mockery of his manliness. Her eyes narrowed and she summoned to magic of her words once more, "Look at you, you couldn't even handle two lil' ol dwarves hun. How are you supposed to amount to anythin'? You should just lay down your weapon and give up"
OOC: Casting Viscious Mockery again, Wisdom save 13 or take 1 damage and have disadvantage on his next attack.
(ok, assuming campaign is dead due to negligence - Urmdir will be jumping off the ship - thanks to those who tried)
(OOC: well I completely missed the message from the DM about the break (thanks DragonDenn)- I do not want to "jump ship" for a legitimate break. Leaving original post visible so everyone knows what a terse a-hole I am when I get my feelings hurt)
The dungeon master told us all that he was gonna be gone from Wednesday till today. Not sure why people are thinking that it’s being neglectful. He did warn us all that it would be not moving forward until they got back after today.
Urmdir and Siggur attacks as one, and the unfortunate thug's head is sandwiched between their weapons. He drops silently, his skull shattered.
"Where is it?" The last thug roars at the dwarves, who resist his attacks stoically, though it is clear they fight a losing battle.
Attack: 8 Damage: 8
Attack: 19 Damage: 4
Wisp casts her spell a second time, and the mercenary clutches his bleeding ears. Wisdom Save: 5
Saralyssa hurls a fire bolt at the man as he staggers, burning his hand. Seeker lands a deciding blow, and the man falls, bleeding profusely from his wounds. "Stop!" He begs. "I'll tell ye' what ye' want to know!"
Seeker, you have never heard of this particular cult before, but you can surmise that it is one of the Cults of the Dragon Below.
Kwai, Siggur, and Urmdir stumble into the room, breathing heavily and drenched in sweat. Now that the battle is over, the oppressive heat descends upon you once again. The dwarves watch silently. Their shortswords remain unsheathed.
"Now what was that all about?" Saralyssa asks from where she sits atop a crate. She has a fire bolt glowing in her hand, glaring at both the dwarfs and the mercenary. "I definitely think there is some explaining to do here..."
Seeker will tend to the man’s wounds, as well as the dwarves if needed (medicine: 19), to the bandit, “Don’t worry, your companion is alive, well, one of them is. I suggest you answer the nice ma-“ looks at Saralyssa for a moment, pauses thoughtfully, then finishes, “woman’s questions.”
Urmdir bounces from foot to foot, his excitement obvious. He glances over the dwarves and dismisses them as just more passengers. He moves quickly to the mercenary and disarms him, followed by cutting the straps of his armor to remove it as fast as possible. He looks towards the gnomes. "Nice work, glad to have you fighting with us. Our voyage is surely blessed to have so many able combatants aboard! I say we band together! This may not be the last assault - nay, let us hope it isn't - so we may better test our prowess, yes?"

Siggur looks over the scene with a discerning eye then back over his shoulder, "There is still an airship above. Are there others on board? Will they come for you?" He asks the surrendered mercenary. The paladin sets to checking the others for injury with the warforged. (Medicine:7)

Attack: 21 Damage: 2
For the next round Saralyssa will again cast fire bolt Targetting the merc.
Attack: 14 Damage: 1
