Dorno quickly realizes upon leaving the market area that he is completely lost, not being familiar with navigating this city or any other. He starts to wander again but soon catches a glimpse of the ocean and perks up. Spotting the lighthouse his eyes follow the jetty over towards the harbor master's office and he knows what direction to go. Heading to meet the others, Dorno spots Nahuatl and walks up to him just as he's leaving his conversation.
"Hello friend. Did you make a new friend?" Dorno is stuffing his face with fruit from the large pile he carries in one arm as he greets the monk, his hairy hands and mouth sticky with various juices.
The barkeep still talking to "Wondolo", says "I don't mind you start, but I expect at least 3 hours of service."
He watches Plaugg depart and turns back to Aedan, "I'm sorry, where were we?"
Ivas and Leann
The woman considers this a moment, still looking a little uncomfortable, "Oh, no I wouldn't want to disturb you like that. I can wait with you if you like. ... Or I, could, just. go."
Nahuatl and Dorno
The man seems disappointed in Nahuatl's response. "Remember, if you happen to find them by chance, I'll still be here." He then departs without any more prompting. That's when Dorno walks up.
Port Nyanzaru is a merchant city most of buildings being a store, however many of those bordering the water only deal in water based products, boat hire, shipping, taverns for crews, canoes, sea charts or labor hire.
"I'm going to go see her grandfather, you let the others know I will meet up with them at the Thundering Lizard,w here I have a room for myself already." She then turns to the woman. "I will go with you now, please take me to this grandfather of yours."
"Hey, good plan!" Ivas agrees, waving bye to Leann and Inete. An experienced adventurer like Leann would probably be better suited than he for speaking to priests and the like. Truth be told, Ivas had trouble recalling what Savras was even the god of! He whistled while he waited for the others, wondering what they were all up to.
Plaugg walks out of the Thundering Lizard and heads out toward the meeting spot. Along the way, he finds a secluded area to change back into base Plaugg.
Nahuatl smiles at Dorno. “Indeed I have.” She replies. “I was on my way to acquire some equipment for the journey. Have you found any shops where I could find traveling gear?”
Dorno nods his head at Nahuatl while continuing to stuff his face. In between bites but still with his mouth full the large furbolg says "yup, Dorno got this" as he holds his arm full of food slightly higher. "And nice man said bugs are mean here so gave Dorno this" as he pulls out the bug repellant. Pausing for a second he then points back towards the market districts and says "nice friends have lots of things over there, but Dorno has to meet with his friends now, you too."
Dorno takes another bite and as juice drips down his chin he says "and Dorno learned the coins, too!"with a smile.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Nahuatl nods. "I'll head over there now." She says, looking at one of the gold pieces. "Though I must admit, I'm not familiar with these coins myself."
She'll walk into the market, keeping an eye out for interesting shops.
"Ok, but Dorno already did some seeking and the soul monger is not hiding there." Dorno shrugs and returns to the exact spot the group originally split up from, peeking in a few more places along the way to look for the soul monger. Once there he sits down on the ground and continues to eat.
"Oh, hey! Dorno!" Ivas calls, happily striding over to the party member who may or may not be his favorite for the time being. "Jeez, where'd you get all that fruit?! I tried to buy some stuff and it was way overpriced! What's your secret?" he asks, his mouth watering at the sight of Dorno's hoard of sweet treats.
Dorno looks up as Ivas approaches and smiles widely. "Hello friend! Dorno got the fruit from the nice man in the, hmmm, ...mar-ket? Dorno used the coins." He reaches up towards Ivas with a large, open palm containing several different whole fruits to offer him some. "Dorno did not find the soul monger though. He will keep seeking, 'less you found it?"
Inete looks a little surprised, "Oh, I'm sorry Grandfather is a title. Maybe I should have specified. Anyway! I'll take you there now." She turns to Ivas, "Feel free to join us if your companions arrive. We will be at the great temple up there." She points to a large building with a domed top, atop a hill behind her. She then takes Leann and heads into the crowd.
Leann
You head up into a walled hill, with many large estates for the city's richest denizens. On the crest of the hill a huge temple. Its main building topped with a large dome, it coloured tiles designed to resemble a large unblinking eye. Inete marvels at the building a moment. "This is the temple of Savras, a deity of wizards, diviners and fortune tellers. He specializes in the truth of the universe, past, present and future."
Nahuatl
The search brings you to the grand souk. A huge market area, under a massive circus-like tent. This space sells almost everything imaginable, adventuring gear, weapons, armor, timber, spices, medicines, tiger pelts, coloured feathers, clothes, teeth, even flying monkeys and dinosaurs. The tent large tent keeps out the beating sun above but replaces it with trapped smells and a sticky humidity. Inside are hundreds of people from all over the world. Many guards patrol the area and minstrels and performers add to the noise.
Aedan
The man pauses a moment before he remembers what you mean. "Ah, yes, of course. What I mean is that traditionally the jungle's undead were mainly of men, zombies and such. But only recently I've heard rumors of their being other creatures in the jungle as well. Large monkeys and even dinosaurs they say, raised from the dead."
Plaugg
You find a small alley to quickly change into your regular attire and head to the meeting point, finding Dorno and Ivas already there.
"Thanks, Dorno! Mmmm, these are really good!" Ivas exclaims, taking one of the exotic-looking morsels and biting into it. He had no idea what sort of fruit it was, but it was just about sweeter than anything he'd ever tasted! "Oh yeah, I think we might have found the Soulmonger after all! This really nice lady said her god showed it to her in visions. But it's hiding out off in the jungle somewhere! Figures! Leann went to go talk to more priests about it. What do you think the other folk are up to? I bet they found all kinds of cool stuff around here!"
Taking a second piece of fruit, Ivas sets it on a bench nearby and goes about trying to cut it into slices with his longsword, a clumsy endeavor that ends up with messy chunks instead of neat sections--not that this keeps him from scooping up the remains and scarfing them down all the same, of course.
After changing back into his Plaugg outfit, Harold walks toward the rendezvous spot. Along the way, he asks a few merchants for directions to the dinosaur races tomorrow.
As he arrives at the meeting location, he sees Dorno and Ivas really gobbling up some fruit.
“Wow Dorno you trying to eat all the fruit in the city in one sitting? Holy moly. Dorno is horno for fruit.” Plaugg says with a wink.
Inete leads you inside the temple, heading past the large main foyer into a back room where you can hear an argument from behind a door. "You must aid us in our mission old fool!" Says a muffled gruff voice. "We must find the man now! Cast one of silly spells and tell us where he is!"

Plaugg messages to Aedan "shh, I'll explain later"
then says out loud "Ahh, so you recognize the great Wondolo! As luck would have it, I will be playing this very establishment tonight!"
“Unfortunately, I must decline your offer.” Nahuatl says. “I wish you a good day.” She bows respectfully and continues to look around for a shop.

"How wonderful" Aedan says in a nervous voice.

"Yes, you were telling me about new types of undead appearing in the region?" Aedan inquires.

"Lead on." Leann says with a shrug. She would rather just get this over with and get out of this land as soon as possible.
