I am in need of protection. My senior has asked me to look into the ruins nearby Sharn, to help him with another site. But upon traveling to the ruin, I found it overtaken by nature and even worse, with wolves founding a den there. I need help to search the ruins and I’m willing to pay for it.

Undead in Skyraker
Cull the Dead
Client: Donovan Phentild
There is evil afoot near the village of Ringbriar. A devout there sends word of the dead roaming the forest nearby. As a priest of the Silver Flame I cannot wait for our templars to punish these dreaded dead. So I ask capable champions to do so in my stead, may you guide the wicked to the light.

As the others are chosen for the job, Brozznan makes his way over to the nes posting and looks it over. Interesting to say the least. Undead... Brozznan heads over to the the receptionist. “Sign me up for job in Ringbriar. Brozznan Kane.”Brozznan points down as the receptionist begins to write his name. “That’s Brozznan two z’s and a K for the last name, investigator with the Sharn City Watch. Is the Church around here pretty powerful? A favor seems like such an odd reward for such an expedition.”
The receptionist ponders for a moment, "Well, the church of the Silver Flame is very prevalent in Thrane, Breland, and Aundair, with Thrane being its source. They're also the only one that can boast of a military force under that faith. While Dol Dorn or Arrah have a larger number of believers, only the Silver Flame is unified by the same goals. Which is the to fight undead, fiends or aberrations and the friars and ministers try to show people the light. I believe the largest church in Sharn is in upper Central Quarter, while there are a few in Middle northedge quarter." The receptionist answers
A woman walks into the guild, her simple commoner's cloak and stiff leather covering broad shoulders, strong, dark human features and olive-toned skin. A small shield hangs on her back, and an adventurer's pack slung over her shoulder. She walks into the guild and watches the group of five adventurers as they're led into the other room. "Oh wow, busy day," she says to herself as she walks over to the job board. "Let's see...undead in the forests, oh my. The church of Silver Flame? Hm. I guess beggars can't be choosers. Something should be done."
She walks to the receptionist's desk behind Brozznan. "Hello! I'd like to help with the Ringbriar job. Nicola Leguin, order of the Sovereign Host." She flashes her holy symbol amulet, a bronze stalk of wheat.
To Brozznan, she remarks, "it is refreshing to see a priest actively taking some initiative to help his people. Are you taking the Ringbriar job too?"
A halfling enters the room at the mention of Breland and remarks “Did I hear mention of Breland? Is that where we’re going?”
The halfling stands 2’5” average for a halfling his age, wearing modest leather armor covered with a green cloak, and with daggers sheathed at his side. Tan skin, blue eyes, barefoot, long shoulder length hair braided Viking style.
He walks up to the women and half-orc and sees the location to be Ringbriar a quick flash of disappointment followed by a youthful smile as he says “Hello fellow adventurers could you use someone of my stature and capabilities on this job? Names Sylvester Nimble,” said as he does a gentlemen’s bow.
With a slight southern drawl, the half orc turns around. “That I am, ma’am. That I am. Miss Leguin, if I heard correctly?” The half orc looks down now at the new interested party. The half orc gives the halfling a nod to answer the bow. “Sounds like the job is in Ringbriar my boy. I am Brozznan Kane, investigator for the Sharn City Watch. A capable halfling could be a great addition to this here group. Best get yourself signed up with the receptionist here.”
The halfling responds “Nice to meet you Brozznan.”
Sylvester them makes his presences known to the receptionist and over enthusiastically states “Sylvester Nimble is the name. Requesting to be allowed to accompany Brozznan and the lady on this job.”
"That's me," Nicola says. "Pleased to meet you Mr. Kane, Sylvester." She nods at the halfling.
After a moment of awkward pause while the receptionist writes and files information, she remarks cordially to Brozznan, "Investigator, huh? Times must really be tough if an esteemed member of the Watch has to moonlight with an adventuring party."
A tall, dark human with dark dreadlocks saunters in, no real sense of urgency to his walk. A few grey flecks in his hair betray the early signs of middle age that would be hidden in his youthful face otherwise. Dark green leather armour, with a wooden shield slung over his back and a scimitar hanging sheathed to his hip, he takes a moment to scan the room, looking for any familiar faces. Seeing none, he goes over to the jobs board where he sees three strangers discussing a job. His piercing grey eyes cast a discerning glance at them and, satisfied with what he sees, he introduces himself with a disarming smile that suggests someone at ease with themselves, confident but not arrogant.
"A fine day to you all. You look like a capable group. Any good jobs on offer today, or did that last group I saw on the road take all the glory? My name is Kastor."
As he looks between them at the board and reads the latest job, he continues, "Looks like I arrived just in time to make this a party." He makes eye contact with the receptionist, and calls out, "I'd love to take the last spot on this crew if it's not already taken?"
“No, no, no. Not moonlighting. I have been tasked with investigating happenings outside the city. Information is very important to the safety and security of the city.”
Brozznan turns to the new arrival. “Brozznan Kane,” the half orc introduces himself. “Just the three of us so far. Seems there is a few more spots open.”
"Oh, I see, that's very good," Nicola says to Brozznan. "You have a calling." She touches her holy amulet for a moment, smiles sadly, then shifts her attention to the newcomer.
"Hello Kastor, I'm Nicola Leguin, pleased to meet you. And..." She takes a look at the job offer, then mouths out counting heads. "Yes, it looks like the job only calls for four, and you are our fourth. Welcome aboard!"
The Halfling turns to the newcomer as well “welcome Kastor I’m Sylvester Nimble” he turns to Nicola “I apologize for not introducing myself Miss Leguin, I’m Sylvester, I noticed you represent the Host any particular deity?” Sylvester’s time is of genuine interest and he continues to maintain his cheerfulness.
The receptionist goes to retrieve the posting, quickly adding the names of the volunteers to it. And gives it a final stamp of waxy approval. She sets the paper into a file and pulls out a card. She goes over the contents and gives the new party a smile. "The client would like to meet with you all at his church. There you may discuss the details of his request." The receptionist sets another card onto the counter, "He's already settled transport fees for both getting to the church and the village. I have the address for his church, but you will have to ask him for the tickets for the village. We've already hailed a skycoach for you all." As she says that, a skycoach ascends into view from the window. Outside, the skycoach is coasting near the railing of Upper Dura quarter. A person in a similar outfit to the receptionist stands near the coach.
A fairly large warforged with integrated scale mail armor walks in, his glowing white eyes looking about the room slowly. He's of fine craftmanship, well maintained, and carries a backpack, light crossbow, sickle, and light hammer visibly on his person. The metal that makes up his armor and part of his construction seems to shine with a faint red sheen. He walks over to where the posting has been placed onto the board and points at it while looking toward the receptionist, "I will take this job" the pitch of his voice is low and serious.
He then turns to the rest of the patrons in the bar, "I will need 5 travelling companions to meet the request of this patron"
A tall hobgoblin with tightly braided black hair enters the hall. She carries a longsword across her back and a massive war horn at her side. Visible on her right arm is a brand in the shape of a sword, and her face is set in a mildly distasteful expression. She eyes the posting, then grunts and shrugs. "Demons...close enough. I'll take it."
Axon looks to the Hobgoblin who is agreeing to take on the Demons and Fiends, , assessing their possible strengths and weaknesses then concludes with a simple, "Good.." he then looks to the rest of the tavern once more, "Four more travelling companions needed"
The hobgoblin returns Axon's analytical gaze, weighing the capability of her new warforged companion, then gives him a slight nod. "Hari," she introduces herself briefly before sweeping a brief look over the guildhall.
"Axon..." the Warforged said without looking back to the Hobgoblin. A closer inspection of Axon would yield that, outside the red sheen, he is also missing the symbol that most Warforged have imprinted on their forehead, the Ghulra.
