"F-from what I saw, it looks to be a fort, looked like before the Last War. I'm not too sure, the library lacked any records on it although my senior called it Yarkuun Draal." She answers
(It is very close by, like an hour ride away on carriage. And charged 6 gold for healer's kit and 2 days of rations to Caram.)
(Will advance now, if Nasaar needs an item, please post in the chat and it will be added if you have the gold.)
And with a short ride on the carriage, the party arrives at a bend in the road. Henri explains that the fort is at the edge of the small forest and overlooks the coast. Inside the forest is calm, without the hubbub of city and with more space than the crowded quarters. After a short trek through the forest, the party can see an falling apart fort up ahead, accompanied by a howl of wolf.
"So, we should maybe cautiously see how many wolves are about and then form a plan?" Caram looks in to the woods tpward the ruins as if he could see straight there. He grips his truncheon in a practiced and self assured fashion.
Nasaar places a reassuring hand on Caram's shoulder. "Just wolves my friend, we will be ok." His voice is soft and calm as he takes in the ruins. "Are we ready to head in?" He asks the others as he moves away from Caram once more.
Folas follows the group, though he’s admittedly puzzled about why folks are taking so many precautions for wolves. Rations, planning. Haha, unless Henri isn’t telling the truth. Hmm he ponders whether there could be more that Henri isn’t divulging.
Caram looks sideways at Bronwen, "You are right, just animals. If they act like a pack of dogs then we should be good. In that case, let's get to it."
He hated that his inexperience outside of a city landscape had made him seem weak, he had just never paid much attention to life outside of Sharn's walls and it was showing. With a renewed confidence aided by Bronwen and Nasaar he stood ready.
¨Well just in case we can simply distract them or spook them, i can help with the first thing but not with the second¨ Belegak then point to a tiny mechanical bug that he start to thinker with his tools ¨You see, i can make this tiny fellow more tasty for them... i just need to ajust this here aaaaand voila!, now when we need i can make this smell like a very deliciuos roasted pork, the only thing is that we need someone very strong to toss it far away from us and we can sneek in the oposite direction.¨Then he points to the hobgoblin ¨well it´s an idea¨
"The only bad idea is the one not considered." Nasaar says with a nod. "If we think that will work, we can always try it." He nods towards the ruins. "For now, let's see what is ahead..." He starts the group moving forward.
She's as clueless as she says. She trusts her senior and is seeking to honestly help him. Even if it means going to an unexplored ruin.
@ Nasaar
You can see one wolf prowling around the ruin. Its dark fur almost blending with the aged fort's stone. It's hard to tell if there's more than just one.
"Let's have the warriors up front and any ranged fighters or spellcasters behind." Nasaar says as he spots the wolf ahead. "Be ready, I see a wolf prowling up there and there is bound to be others..."
¨Hey Big guy, why don´t we try to distract them , here take this¨ Relegak put the little bug on Nassar hand¨ toss it away from us, and let´s hope they move away from our path, do it quickly, soon it will start to smell really tasty¨
Relegak then move to the back and stand side by side to the half orc with his Quarterstaff on hand looking out in the near by woods on the back.
"Hmm..." Nasaar says looking at the little bug in his hand. "I was hoping to save that for when it might have been more useful." he informs the bug's creator. "Pretty sure they won't even smell it at this point..." With a shrug he tosses it as far in one direction as he can.
"It has picked up the scent and is making it's way to it," Caram says as he looks in to the forest, his eyes following various clues that tell him a story. "We best move now." He follows Nasaar keeping a stray eye on the wolf's direction.

Getting his gear in order Bronwen heads to the door making an exaggeration of pointing out of it, "Shall we?..."

Bronwen considers this a moment. "Well, aren't they just animals? Why would we need a better plan than corner them inside and charge?"

Folas continues toward the ruins with the group. On guard, but generally unperturbed and looking forward to a tussle.
"Let's have the warriors up front and any ranged fighters or spellcasters behind." Nasaar says as he spots the wolf ahead. "Be ready, I see a wolf prowling up there and there is bound to be others..."
“Two monks pest service. All manner of pests terminated. Call us for your wolf infestation problems.”

(What sort of a roll do you want for that?)
(No need for a roll, its a tiny thing, it'll go about medium distance.)

Nasaar tosses the bug and after a short while the wolf up ahead goes on alert. Then it quickly disappears from view.
@ Caram
You can tell that the wolf is prowling towards the bug that Nasaar threw. It's being cautious as it slowly approaches the smell of fresh meat.
"Well the wolf went somewhere." Nasaar says. "Let's move..." he starts the group moving, hoping the wolf took the bait.
"It has picked up the scent and is making it's way to it," Caram says as he looks in to the forest, his eyes following various clues that tell him a story. "We best move now." He follows Nasaar keeping a stray eye on the wolf's direction.
Folas walks near the group in the shadows and as quietly as possible.
