Ignatia, you are able to create an identical image of a Spectator directly in front of the suit of armor. It is impressive to say the least. The armor seems to acknowledge it, and immediately attacks it with one huge swing of its arm. The arm of course passes right through the image. (burns 1 attack!).
The armor however then also swings its other arm directly at Flynt: Attack: 11 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll.
So, Flynt was actually looking at Ignatia's Spectator image when at the last second saw the armor's arm coming at him he brings up his shield CLANG! the arm crashes against it and Flynt successfully blocks the attack, taking no damage.
Renny, you take aim with your hand and shoot another bolt of fire towards the armor. It misses once again by a foot and smashes into the west wall near Ignatia.
Shae: Will need your next death save before Flynt comes and heals you with his Lay on Hands. (my fingers are crossed you don't roll a 1!!!).
Also, for Ignatia: Assuming all goes well with Shae's death save and then Flynt's Lay on Hands, it will be your turn again to commence Round 3. Assuming you won't want to stabilize Shea since she'll already be stable with 5hp, what would you like to do instead? Also, your illusion lasts for 1 minute, so taking into account how long a turn takes in real time, let's say the illusion will remain there for the next 3 rounds of combat. So - please make another Deception roll as well along with your updated move. I will ask for a deception roll along with your move for each turn for the next 3 rounds.
The armor doesn't seem to be learning that it's an illusion since it's not intelligent whatsoever, so it will continue to attack the illusion depending on how well you roll the deception checks each round.
(I wouldn't be mad if you rolled the save for me, even if it was a fail. Sometimes as a pbp DM, you have to roll things for players just to keep the game going. I've been on both sides of it, I've had a character die from it before, and I've had a character almost die because of it. I would only be mad if it was something that was clearly against the character's MO, such as a rogue deciding to 1v1 an elder wyrm dragon, or a wizard suddenly deciding to forego spells and go full melee. It's all good man. I'm having fun. :))
(Cool... I appreciate that! Great news about the non 1 as well!)
So... Shae kind of stops spitting up blood for the time being and lays still... until Flynt comes over and gently rests his powerful rustic dragonborn hands for a split moment on Shae's body. There is a slight glow and then all of a sudden Shae opens her eyes and takes an enormous breathe in (Shae +5 hp). She chokes a bit on her blood, but also bursts back up into her feet in the same defensive stance that she was in prior to taking the initial hits. (she just died... let's give her a break and assume she stands up immediately!!)
Flynt I moved back to C2 after he performed his Lay on Hands since he can't occupy the same space as Shae now that she is up.
Immediately after this, Ignatia slings yet another stone, surgically aimed at the armor's head, and actually hits it in the same spot as the previous stone. You hear the same crack and notice the crack on the mask is an inch longer than it was previously. (3 damage). Furthermore, the armor seems to be quite confused by the illusion of the Spectator right now, and he looks at it kind of with its head tilted, trying to figure it out. It seems to get frustrated and swings BOTH arms at the illusion... both arms of course going right through it. (both attacks burned!). Your illusion will remain active for 1 more round.
Renny, Shae, Flynt (Round 3) and Ignatia (Round 4) are all up, and can post your moves at any time (although Ignatia's will be processed last of course.)
Renny, your frustration is clearly evident when you start to curse at your hands. You take a deep breathe, refocus yourself, and create 3 glowing magical darts in your hands. They actually float in the air for a moment, and then they all at once with your command make a bee line to the suit of armor. You are only 10ish feet away from the thing, so all of the missiles just slam into the armor's chest, one after the other after the other, creating an impressive explosion which makes Shae and Flynt have to cover their eyes it's so bright. (15 damage taken!)
The suit of armor is smoldering and its torso is charred to hell. It's mask is dented to hell. It's still standing... but definitely wavering.
Shae, Flynt (Round 3) and Ignatia (Round 4) are all up!
Flynt - you are indeed blinded for a moment from the explosion of Renny's missiles. When you open your eyes and swing your sword, you still can't see clearly, and you don't even hit the suit of armor at all. Your sword smashes off the wall behind the armor, and you come very close to actually dropping the sword altogether... but manage to keep hold of it.
Shae - your insides still ache from the hits you took from the armor earlier, but after Flynt's Lay on Hands, you are conscious, alert and ready to fight. You do exactly what you've described, and end up cracking the armor in the same spot as the crack Ignatia has started, with a baseball-style swing. The staff does some big-time damage... both in HP (6) and cosmetically. The armor's mask is now completely cracked north to south, and the suit is now starting to shake/gyrate a little bit. You think it's almost done for. You try and finish it off with a high kick to the head, but your leg doesn't reach and ends up hitting the smoldering torso, doing no damage.
Ignatia, your attention and wave to Shae must've caused a slight imbalance, as your stone misses the target this time and hits the south wall, falling all the way down to the first floor.
Your Spectator illusion, however, is still quite clear and the suit of armor still can't stop looking at it, or attacking it. It swings both arms aimlessly at the illusion (burns both attacks!)... and then *poof* the illusion is gone, and the armor just stands there, confused as it can be with an intelligence of 1. (So your illusion is gone as of round 5)
Flynt - that explosion really did a number on your eyes. I guess Flynt tried to fight it by keeping his eyes open or something... because his aim is still way off. He hits the wall again with his sword CLANK!!!
Renny, Shae, and Ignatia (Round 5) are all up, and can post your moves at any time (although Ignatia's will be processed last of course.)
Renny, your aim is slightly better, although the bolt of fire still misses and smashes into the wall near Ignatia. There is a considerable charred hole in the wall now due to the missed bolts.
Shae (Round 4)and Ignatia (Round 5) are up!

Renny growls at her missed shot and tries another one.

Round 3.
Seeing things seemed to be well in hand, Ignatia let fly with another sling stone.
Attack: 20 Damage: 3
Deception: 19
Shae, I can't bring myself to roll your death save because I'd feel terrible if I rolled a 1! Will await your roll and then move through Round 3.
Death Save 2!: 13
(Staying alive LIKE A BOSS!)

No change to map layout.
Renny looks at her hands and silently curses at them. She was saving a bigger spell but she's sick of missing this damn thing....
Magic Missile Damage: 15
((Holy shit yes))
"No boom today. Boom tomorrow. There's always a boom tomorrow"
"No power in the 'verse can stop me"
(holy hell!)

Shae, Flynt (Round 3) and Ignatia (Round 4) are all up!
Flynt blinds his eyes for a moment. "I am blind by Renny's rage." When he opens his eyes again, he swings his sword. "I will channel Bahamut's rage!"
Attack: 5 Damage: 7
I have an intelligence of six, I know what I'm doing.
((ouch... i can hear the sound of a dragon shaped balloon deflating))
"No boom today. Boom tomorrow. There's always a boom tomorrow"
"No power in the 'verse can stop me"
Shae hammers the gap, attacking the animated armor in the same place that Ignatia’s stones have cracked it!
Staff!: 24 Damage:6
Kick!: 8 Damage: 4
Flynt - you are indeed blinded for a moment from the explosion of Renny's missiles. Round 4, Ignatia is up! (Ignatia, Animated Armor, Renny, Shae, Flynt)
Reeling from his miss and near mistake, FLynt is going to make one more slash of his blade.
Attack: 7 Damage: 3
I have an intelligence of six, I know what I'm doing.
Ignatia waved to the much healthier looking Shae and launched another stone.
Sling:Attack: 10 Damage: 4
(Deception - last time) 20
Ignatia, your attention and wave to Shae must've caused a slight imbalance, as your stone misses the target this time and hits the south wall, falling all the way down to the first floor.

Renny really only has her trusty(?) fire bolt left to use so she hurls another one at the armour, hoping her aim is better now.
Attack: 18 Damage: 12
"No boom today. Boom tomorrow. There's always a boom tomorrow"
"No power in the 'verse can stop me"
Renny, your aim is slightly better, although the bolt of fire still misses and smashes into the wall near Ignatia. There is a considerable charred hole in the wall now due to the missed bolts.
Shae (Round 4) and Ignatia (Round 5) are up!
