All four of you manage to reach the first platform, looking down at the 50 foot drop below. The platform you are on is made up of 5 foot by 5 foot wooden sections fitted together to form a ledge all around the tower. You are all currently in a row with easy movement to the right or left. The next platform is within reach and as you manage to start the process of moving up a level you all hear what appears to be a scrabble of movement from the top of the tower. Moments later, four red flying reptiles about 4 foot in length glide off the top of the tower, turn and dive bomb you, belching flame!

As it stands all four are approximately 30 foot away and closing. If someone could do Ratty’s action for me please, once you’ve all done yours I’ll resolve and give you their response. (Essentially unlike with face to face all actions determined before outcomes, I find this gives a little more realism actually as you could end up attacking something that was killed a second before.)

Will save: 12 It then turns into Uflrics path, receiving a gouge across its hindquarter as it belches flame at Bhelmek, Ulfric and Thokk. Dexterity throws from you three. Another alights upon the wooden boards next to Ratty preparing to attack next round.
The other two circle around the tower, from your passive perceptions you realise that they will come in for a fly by, one after the other.
Ratty drops her bow against the stalagmite side of the wooden platform and draws out her short sword. Taking a swipe at the reptile that landed beside her. 22 for a possible 5.
Using her Cunning Action she learned as a thief on the streets she uses her bonus action to take the Disengage. Then with Halfling Nimbleness moves through the spaces occupied by Bhelmek, Thokk, and Ulfric to the far side of Ulfric, leaving the area next to the landed reptile unoccupied. She dives between Bhelmek's legs. Kick rolls along the stalagmite behind Thok . Before cartwheeling off the edge of the platform to hand over hand the edge to get around Ulfric. Throwing herself back onto the platform with a roll that end once she is back against the stalagmite.
Bhelmek leans back against the stalagmite as Ulfric charges past. Coming back off the stalagmite he lifts his shield towards the landed creature and casts Guiding Bolt at it, attacking to hit it 22 hopefully doing 17 damage and sparkling magic light until the end of Bhelmek's next action.

With Ratty no longer within its sights the creature turns to Ulfric, biting at him and clawing at this armor. Two attacks Bite: Attack: 18 Damage: 12 with fire damage 1
Claw: Attack: 22 Damage: 14
Those attacked by the flame take half this damage except for Thokk who takes the whole brunt of it: 11
The one whom flew by and belched flame circles around the tower. One of the other two dives at Ratty belching flame toward her (Dex save from her please)
The last one clambers onto the side next to Bhelmek and attacks him with a bite and claw: Attack: 17 Damage: 6 with fire damage 1
