Lia leans over the fallen animal, whispering a blessing and shedding tears on it's split chest. Then she stands up, the tears from sorrow and the fire only making the fire in her eyes more visible. "Dragon!" Lia shouts in Elvish, "Come out and I will show the same mercy to you as you showed to this creature of the gods! I invoke my vows as a Warden and call upon my sisters and brothers to place an eternal bounty on your head, here and in all Nine Hells!"
As Lia shouts to the heavens she rages against both the dragon and the smoke filling her lounges. Her lungs violently reject the smoke, only for more to take its place. Suddenly, Lia, you feel very Lethargic, and the fire surrounding you feels very comfortable.

As Corus helps up Valen & Chaos begins making her Bonfire, Infurin finally catches up panting healthily. Spying the path Lia took Infurin continues along with Corus hurrying behind. Valen stays with Chaos’ Fire.
As Infurin & Corus make their way through the woods they must cover their faces as the smoke grows ever thicker. The pair finally reaches the edge of the now slowing fire and pauses to try and find a path. As they do so, they both hear trees falling then shortly after wards heavy wing beats. After a few moments, they both realize that the sounds are approaching them.
Lia you wake up to the sound of the whistling wind and the smell of smoke. You look up and only see a dull uniform bronze, you look down and see shifting green. Within a few more moments you remember where you were, and realize with a start you are now being carried by the dragon, to where you do not know. You also realize with a growing sense of dread that you no longer have you longbow with you.

Lia screams very loudly, and holds tightly to the dragon's claws with one hand, pulling out a sword with the other. Then she realizes injuring the dragon would be a very bad idea, and screams some more in Elvish, yelling curses at the dragon, her party, everything she sees.

Corus swears to himself, "of all the things to do, she had to run by herself and attack a dragon!" He takes out a javelin and throws it at the retreating dragon if he makes it in time. (6)
Corus and Valen ready themselves for the expected battle to come, and make short prayers to their respective patrons, they hear Lia’s scream’s as the first glint’s a bronze show through the canopy and smoke. They follow the figure be shown in bits and pieces and they realize they’ll be able to see the dragon in its full glory through one particular break in the trees.
As they get ready for the full visage of the creature, they watch its figure approach and get larger and larger. And finally, as it passes the break in the trees they finally see! Lia! Falling through the Air? Straight at Infurin!
Improvised Attack: (10)+4 = 14
Falling Damage = (3+6+6+6) = 21
OOC: Both take 21 damage, lia slams into Infurrin's chest.
With a meaty slap Lia Slams into Infurin, causing both to fall into a heap, unmoving. At the same time, Corus looses his Javelin which sails into the trees and produces an angry roar on the part of the dragon. Looking back Corus can see a large splash of blood land in the trees.
Looking up, Infurin sees a flash of falling ranger, quickly going to catch Lia, before realizing the that that might not be his most wise idea. Though in a second, darkness greets him.
Corus throws his javelin with godly precision. But his joy is short lived as he sees Lia crash into Infurin. "No!" He exclaims. He rushes over to them, separates them and lays them on their backs, side by side. He begins his prayer, and most begins to come out of his mouth(picture dry ice). Frost begins to form around his body and his hand glow a deep blue. "Kohl, guide these beings back to life's embrace." Corus places a hand on each of them. (Lay on Hands- 5 points each)
Valen rushes to his fallen allies and throws his shield aside, "Bellora, guide your Hand to do your will. Mend the flesh, raise the spirit. Grant your mercy and stave off the cold reaper's touch." Lia and Infurin are shocked back to consciousness with a flood of rejuvenating light.

Corus notices one spot the ice won't go near, Infurin's glowing right arm, wrapped in a singed cloth, as he begins to wake up. "Thank you Corus, think I should try staying alive next time someone falls from the sky." Feeling much better, yet bruised, Infurin begins to rise, an infernal rune appearing as Infurin begins to stand. "Its cold" Infurin mutters as fire rages around them. Then golden light seems to suffuse Infurin's form. Restoring him to his former [undamaged] self. "Lets either kill this thing or scram, this is idiotic."
While his party was off in the woods, doing who knows what, Zook was taking some time to repair the clockwork toy soldier he had constructed before they left Vahl. He was feeling quite proud of the work he had done on the device.
"If Zook could manage to keep it working for more than an hour, maybe Zook would've become a toymaker instead of an Alchemist?" he muttered to himself with a chuckle. Leaning against a tree looking away from the woods, he enjoyed the calm day he was experiencing.
Also in Elvish, "You are on the ground. The dragon though it should drop you." Infurin stalks away, "Now the dragon appears to be going," he mutters to himself in Infernal "so lets move and fetch our teifling, we don't want another Dwarfgate. Finishing the arm wraps, Infurin begins to focus upon the plume of smoke in the sky. Finding Chaos, Infurin smiles slightly, "Chaos, you magnificent idiot! You're alright!"
After some frantic healing and even more frantic brush fire control, the party is able to regroup. Eventually, you find the missing Zook just outside of the forest, playing with a Wind-up soldier beneath a tree. As the day ends, and the last rays of sunlight begin to recede from down the tunnel, the party finds a clearing to settle into for the night.
The next morning the party continues back along the road. Lia quickly takes the lead as she points out several sigils carved in rocks, and trees, used by the local Forest Wardens to mark hidden paths. The party uses these paths to circumvent the area of the forest ravaged by the fire. Eventually, you are able to get back on to the road, which despite being far from any civilization you can see is very well maintained. The forest is so thick that before noon it is hard to see the sunlight through the thick canopy.
Later in the day, the party hears laughter ahead of them along the path. It’s quiet at first but grows louder and more distinct as you advance. You continue along the road and see what appears to be a human shaped Hyena crouching behind a rock about a quarter of its size & snickering as you approach. It appears to be trying to lie in wait for the party to pass his rock. It doesn't seem to be aware that you see it, and you have the initiative to act first.
