“Do you know where Cale would be keeping Sarco, or of any traps he’d have set to keep out invaders? If he trapped a dragon in an orb, this is no minor mage we are dealing with, so I’d assume he’s set up arcane countermeasures”
Jalin grunts. "I agree with the Dwarf, this is no mere Acolyte. I dare say we have a fully trained Wizard on our hands. But with our combined might, we can take him out if we must. But as he's your nephew, you won't want harm done to him.

Five percent of the people think; ten percent of the people think they think; and the other eighty-five percent would rather die than think.
An intelligent man believes only half of what he hears, a wise man knows which half. (Even Esar)

“If he wasn’t listening to his own aunt, I doubt he’d be listenin’ to the bunch of us. I’m thinkin’ sneakin in there would be the best, as I don’t wanna get stuck in combat with such a powerful mage, especially if he’s her nephew,” He looks around at his companions, checking to see if any are wearing heavy armor, “Would stealth be a problem for any of ye?”
"It may be hard to believe, but being unseen is one of my speciality. It would probably be even better if we had some form of distraction, wouldn’t you agree?"
Jalin grunts yet again. "Nay, sneaking in not my forte. But since the need for it arises, I will remove my armor." He raps his knuckles on metal under his cloak. Definitely not leather.

I turn to Laeya and ask, “Would you have any lighter amor you could provide for those with noisier armor, that we may keep the element of stealth whilst not leaving them completely defenseless should an unforeseen fight happen?”
"Still not sure why we should rescue a blue dragon..." Nolla speaks up again. "Aren't they the bad ones?" She glances around at the others. "Isn't it the color ones that are bad and the metal ones that are good?"
"From what i have learned Nolla you are correct. The Metallic ones tend toward good while the Chromatic ones dont. Of course there could always be exceptions"
Sensing no lies in her word, Mavros smiles at Laeya. "My friends, this Lady has need of us. But I do recognize the risk of this mission. So I ask, what’s in it for us? If your nephew offers such a large prize for the dragon’s head, surely you must have coins to spare."
Alexis also feels there is something missing in the story

Apparently not. Just a passing feeling.
"Well, where is this dragon being held. We must help the poor creature"

Alexis looks down at their leather armor "no I don't think that will be an issue."
(now I'm imagining Alexis singing "sneak, sneak, sneak by the wizard" as they try to sneak by)
"i can be reasonably quiet as need arises"

Mavros, you listen for a moment and start to understand she's genuine with what she's been telling you.
Laeya nods, "I could get a costume! We have them in the tent! Since during the day it's used for shows."
"What evidence do you have that this dragon is good? I don't want to be releasing a monster into the world"
“Laeya said that the dragon saved her from a band of ogres, and if that ain’t evidence o’ the dragon’s character, what is?”
"I agree. Any evil Dragon would just kill everyone for fun, and eat what's left." Jalin nods. "I'm starting to like this Dwarf."

"Of course!" Laeya smiles. "If we can pull this off I'm sure I'll make it worth it!"
She looks around, "But we must hurry! He'll be starting soon!"
Jalin stands up, dons his bow and quiver, and follows Leaya.
