Brox still doesn't understand this fight. She is trying to figure out which is the 'good' side and which the 'bad'. But she is not able to.
The only obvious monster she can make out is that gargoyle. With a couple of words and the movement of her hand, the moonbeam moves back onto the gargoyle and lights him up in a silvery light.
17 radiant damage (or half if successful CON DC14).
Grimnir sees Oorr all by himself and decides to give him a hand. "Oorr! wait for me.." He runs 50 feet in his direction, while casting Entangle on the drow and the Gargoyle (ST DC13 or restrained)
Assassin Str Save: 13 The drow manages to avoid the twisting vines, and push her way into the warehouse. The Gargoyle flies above the vines and follows after her. But the moonbeam from Brox swings over to the gargoyle. Con Save: 12 As the light hits the monstrous figure it crumbles to dust, the last words you hear it utter are, "Kinyel... I lov.."
Brox tries really hard to understand what is going on and what side to support. In her silent world nothing makes sense. (Insight 19 rolled in discord)

Brox, based on the casual manner in which Sirak had been waiting before your arrival, you surmise that the Zhentarim and Drow were having a meeting. However, at the same time you arrived, one of Sirak's drow attacked Lothuun, the beholder. You can see plainly that this was a surprise both to Sirak and to Ghazrim. Now both sides are defending themselves against what they see as an attack by the other. Neither of them seems to know who you support, nor what the gargoyle has to do with any of this. You can see that neither side wants to fight, but they also aren't sure how to stop.
The assassin keeps running dodges behind what appears to be some sort of structure, and disappears behind a corner. (Oorr may take an opportunity attack.)
While the thugs and drow fight, Sirak calls out. "Enough! We yield."She is in pain, burnt and weary from the attacks. The drow reluctantly withdraw and gather near their leader.
The large contingent of thugs and Ghazrim back down once Sirak pulls back her drow. Ghazrim calls out, "Oi, enough of this. Let's lose the big flaming ball of gas and talk this out like civilized folk. Sirak, just who was that drow that attacked poor lorthuun there? And you lot! Who are you and what are you doing in Mantol-Derith? Some of you have the look of Zhent agents about you." Ghazrim points at your agents that you brought with you.
Sirak responds, "Her name was Kinyel. Been one of my top assassins for some time, and loyal as ever. Not sure what set her off. Your beholder done something to wrong her? And are you gonna chase after her or do I have to do everything myself?"
"I.. I have a name,"stutters Lorthuun. "I've never seen her before in my life." He seems to be in shock still from the attack.
Ghazrim states, "There's no where to go inside, she's trapped now. My men will take care of her."And with a flick of his wrist, three of Ghazrim's thugs head into the warehouse to find the drow.
The action outside of the warehouse has died down, with the assassin now disappeared into the warehouse buildings.
When passing the leaders of both groups, she asks:
"What did that gargoyle have to do with this all? Is he from the other camp? Yes, we're here to speak to you, Ghazrim. Maybe we'll find a moment after we make sure we know the intentions of your assassin, Sirak."
"We will go after the assassin," Oorr says proudly as he starts to lead to the warehouse.
"Oorr! Wait !"Grimnir shouts, as the Aarakocra rush inside the warehouse. "Why is he such in a hurry?"... Calling out Ghazrim "Ghazrim, do not move. We are not here to fight, but to talk to you of a important matter. The King Bruenor himself send us here." As he fisnihes his sentence, Grimnir runs in the warehouse.
As he passes close by Brox and Belwar, Grimnir releases his spores(1 use/3) to be able to talk telepathically to his friends (I think Oorr might be too far - it's 10ft)
Brox, through a combination of reading lips and having Dawnbreaker translate telepathically, you are able understand Sirak and Ghazrim.
Neither of them claim to know the Gargoyle. Sirak says they employ them as defense but that one wasn't one of theirs. Ghazrim says he noticed the gargoyle had been hanging around lately, but hadn't had time to address it. Sirak further explains that the the assassin, Kinyel, was a recent addition to his retinue, and apparently had her own motivations in attacking the beholder. Ghazrim seems eager to pursue into the warehouse, worried that the Kinyel might be trying to steal something out of the warehouse. He wants to capture her alive, to find out who she is and what she's doing there.
Aligor takes it upon himself to explain to Ghazrim about why they are there, who sent them, and the mission at large. Ghazrim nods, and doesn't move to block Oorr or Grimnir from entering the warehouse, but his thugs still pursue the assassin as well. Several other members from the party you left behind begin arriving too, drawn by the commotion. Flink rushes up to the dead gargoyle frantically looking around for his gem. When he doesn't find it, he begins to panic again, screaming that the drow must have taken it, over and over again. Peebles seems to be taking notes on a pad of paper as he observes Lorthuun.
Oorr, you enter the warehouse: Inside you see at least 12 iron storage sheds, each with closed doors, and a large number on the door (1 through 12). As Ghazrim's thugs enter the ware house they call out, and 6 more Zhentarim agents appear from various sheds. They all begin looking for the assassin. The warehouse ceiling is high. You may be able to fly up for a better look. Make a perception check with advantage if you fly up, or an investigation check without advantage if you help the thugs look for the assassin.
At first you don't see anything, just a jumble of iron sheds, and shadows between them. Then one of the guards who was inside the warehouse shouts out, and you see him chasing the drow assassin out from between two of the buildings. She's racing towards the far wall, opposite the main doors.
OOC: because of his high speed (50ft), I'm assuming Grimnir is close to Oorr now.
As fast as a cheetah, Grimnir joins Oorr and runs just under him. Seeing a shadow moving north, the dwarf cast Entangle (DC13 STR). "You... stay there. Do not move". As he finished his sentence, thousand of fungus appear on the floor, extending their roots at an incredible speed and trying to grab the assassin.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Str Save: 19
The mushrooms and vines grip the drow assassin tight. She pulls, but is unable to get free. She screams, "Let me go! You'll be sorry! You'll answer to the enclave for this!"
"Drop your weapons and calm down. We have an unpleasant history with drows, so do not give me any reasons to bring you down right now. We don't want to hurt anybody, just answers.
What is going on here? I though this place was a peaceful trade market!"
