Leshanna gives a cool glance at that. "The only one who ever got away was the one you interrupted me from taking in." She says, though ehr voice ven now is coll and emotionless, just stating the facts. "Do you have a means of speeding our travels then or do we set off by land?" She restates the question that has not been answered as of yet.
“Along with the question of transportation I’m curious as to if we can get a basic description of our target or this contact you also want us to find?”
"You will have to use horses. The village is so small there aren't other options like Teleport circles there. As you going for Varram right now, I think the contact description should wait a little bit. Varram is a bit shorter shortly than most Dwarfs and a large around the middle. His Facial hair is brown. That's all we know from our limited intelligence."

"Very well, I am ready to go when the others are." Leshanna says as she nods in acceptance. She has gone after targets with far less information that this after all. She heads out to find her horse and gear.
“If there’s nothing else to be gained I’ll be on my way, I thank you for your time and would appreciate it if you told the rest of this impromptu council the same on my behalf.”
he finishes with a slight bow before moving to find a horse.
Jasper will look towards the kobold and address him in draconic.
”I’m sure we can find something that’ll suit you just fine dragon kin but I must say I’m curious as to how your fairing in the sunlight would you like for us to stop and pick up anything in addition?”
"I'll have to have Prancer slow down so your nags can keep up." Leshanna notes with a glance to the others. She continues on, coming to where her own horse, Prancer, who is a chocolate brown riding horse that is clearly of exceptional breeding, waits for her. Leshanna directs the guards helping her carry the new barding to Prancer, then soothes the horse as they work to put the barding into place.
Leshanna barely gives the war horse a glance. Once Prancer is outfitted she will climb into the saddle, slipping her long bow into a holder made for it, and checking her saddle bags and packs to make sure they are all where they should be. "We are wasting daylight." She says in a emotionless tone. "Let's be off." She turns her horse and heads off towards this town they were told to look for this quarry they sought.
"When fighting evil a good night sleep is very important. The buttons and string well that was for my new tiny friend here. They seemed very important to him. And the ward... well I am supposed to write letters to my father about my exploits and I can't have my hand cramping up in battle if I've spent the night writing silly letters. So yeah... I'd say these items are very important." Free says defensively

Chuckling a bit and a smile spreading across her face Raishan will suggest to Free, "If it is a message you need sent, you can just tell me what it is, though I am limited to a few words. Then I can send it by magic to your father so no need for the Ward to write it down."
Aeson smirks with Free's reply and briefly chuckles.
"Then perhaps we can keep a lookout for these items in our travels. Although I believe we would be hard pressed to find a ward to travel with us given the nature of our quest, but maybe you could ask another one of travel companions to write for you?"

Raishan nods in agreement and follows after Leshanna to hopefully find a calm enough horse for her liking.

Horark asks during the walk. “Horse is too big for me, a pony will do, but I was wondering if there is a mastiff or a goat I may ride instead?”
"I suppose I will need to purchase a horse and saddle as well."
Jasper will look towards the kobold and address him in draconic.

Silmerhelve smiles at the kobold. "We can get you a mastiff as you request."
"We will supply horses and you saddle Aeson"

"I can provide my own horse." Free then casts Find Steed right then and there and summons a warhorse "See?"

Raishan smiles at how efficient Leshanna is thinking, I am going to like her.
Then hops onto her horse and follows her on the road.
"Wait wait wait.. where is my ward and my silk sheets and buttons?! I need several blue an silver buttons and string!"

While mounting his horse and taking a position in the rear of the group, Aeson addresses to the Dragonborn.
"My Brother, what use do you have of these items? The Light has called us and the Light will guide us. We must be off."
