Hearing muffled voices coming from atop the tower, Osso calls out to Tella "You find somebody uptop?" Without waiting for a response, he leaves his bucket and heads up the damaged staircase.
Once he has determined no people are trapped in the last room, Kendrick goes back to pick up his bucket of water and yells to the townsfolk, “Monsters are destroyed; let’s put out this fire!”, as he douses the nearest set of flames.

Bilick grabs Osso's bucket. "I feel like a right eejit. What a day not to have a water spell ready." He begins working side by side with Kendrick to fight the remaining flames.
Zan heads back into the building and back up the damaged spiral staircase of the tower. He hears the voice of the Yuan-Ti from above but can't make out her words. He quickens his pace leaping on his tip toes, skipping nearly 10 steps each time.
(The stairs are a DC 10 Acrobatics. Thanks for the rolls!)
(Osso has the best Athleticsbonus, so Osso lifts the book case with help from Tella and Zan) 20 vs DC 12
Tsendur has suffered some burns, and seems to have also been cut and beaten. The clothes on his body are still burning. He clutches a spell book to his chest.
(Let's use Athletics at disadvantage because the stairs are difficult to navigate, and it's harder when caring someone. If you had help then it would just be a normal roll. DC is 10)
...So, is Kendrick observant enough to see that Osso needs help even though he is currently focused on putting out the fire as fast as possible?
Perception: 21
Kendrick looks up at just the right instant to see Osso headed down the steps. "Let me help," he says, carefully aiding the other barbarian to navigate the damaged stairs with the wounded half-orc.
"Dolzekh menu" not realising he is still talking Dwarven, Osso thanks the barbarian for his help. The half orc is rather large for a dwarf to carry, even for one of Osso's strength.
Athletics 18
Together, the two barbarians lay the half orc on the ground outside the damaged tower. Osso turns to the other barbarian and hits his right fist to his chest. "Men hi khah....argh....my name Osso. You look like wild fighter too. Your name?" he starts again in Dwarven, but this time he catches himself mid sentence.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Hearing his native tongue, Bilick stays close to Osso and Kendrick as they carry Tsendur out of the tower. He squats down next to where they put the wizard down. "Alright, lad. Let's be having a look at ye."
He will examine Tsendur for any signs of injury or wounds, and offer him a Goodberry. If he is okay and conscious, Bilick will snap at him "These blasted headaches when you're trynna to do magic? Are they yer doing, wizard?"
"The name's Kendrick, and I suppose I could be described as a 'wild fighter' at that," says the burly human with a wry grin. "Nice ta meet ya, Osso," he adds, looking at the burned and bruised half orc he helped carry. Kendrick peers back at the house. If the fire is under control, he will go back to the wizard's closet and bring a few articles of clothing to replace the burnt and smoking ones currently on the half-orc's body. If the fire is still going strong, he will excuse himself and aid with the bucket brigade.

"Bilick, Thank you so much for bringing me clothing and mending my wounds. You graciousness to a stranger is very much appreciated. Is there is anything I can do to repay you all of you? Perhaps I could copy some spells out of my book?"
Soon after everyone is out of the house, with everyone's help, the fire is extinguished. "Thank you so much." Tsendur says. "An elvish woman detonated a bomb and made her way into my house. I was working in my laboratory one moment, and then the next, I had three zombies holding me down while she asked me questions. The things they did to me... Tsendur is a large orc, but his thoughts make his eyes tear up. She took the clasp of Vergren."
"You say you have felt a headache while casting magic? Then the legend is true. Mesos' Bane has been released. From this moment forward, anyone within 100 miles of the Clasp of Vergren will feel pain when using magic. The area affected by this magical surge expands by 100 miles per day that the Clasp of Vergren is outside of the reliquary. This effect will blanket the continent of Ghelspad in 26 days, regardless of where the Clasp is. Did you find the reliquary?"
Kendrick looks quite out of his depth here, his frame smoky from fighting the fire and the zombies but otherwise he looks undamaged. "Ah, maybe someone else with magical skill saw something...All I saw were creatures of death and flame," he answers Tsendur. Taking a deep breath and clearing his throat, he adds, "Though if you are handing out rewards, I wouldn't say no to a flagon of ale or three--fighting fires is thirsty work."

Tella will try to lift the bookshelf up again when Osso gets here, saying "Someone's stuck under here, I need help lifting this up."
Strength check: 12

Acrobatics: 15
(OOC: Or athletics, which is plus 1 so a 13.)
(OoC: Makes sense an ability check might be needed on the damaged stairs. Here's Osso base roll 15 + 5 if athletics or + 2 if acrobatics)

Tsendur has suffered some burns, and seems to have also been cut and beaten. The clothes on his body are still burning. He clutches a spell book to his chest.
Zan quickly throws his cloak over the Orc Wizard's body in order to smother his still burning clothes.
"We need to leave soon. The stairs are crumbling and the building is still burning. Can you walk?"
Unaware of what's going on up at the third level of the tower, Bilick will Dash to the door and yell up the stairs.
"Elf! Serpent! Are ye out yet? We got most of these blazes put out, but I dinnae want to hang about. Shake yer bloody legs, would ye?"
Osso
"Walk too slow. Come now, we go" With that Osso heaves the orcs large frame across his shoulders and starts to leave the upstairs room.
(OoC Let me know if you want a check of some sort)
In dwarven (speaking to Bilick)
"Were coming down now. I'm trying to carry the orc, but be ready, he's in a bad way"
His Dwarven is much better than his common. Most likely due to his lack of exposure to the common tongue.
