Rose moved into place (N 21) to aid Admora in her attacks. Her lips thinned into a grim line as the owlbear was not yet in range.

 Thammita: Pulls a javelin and throws it at the goblin riding the owlbear, but the shot is too high and it flies over them and thunks into the ground.

Hercule: Pulls out his shortbow and fires an arrow which thuds into the owlbear's thick pelt. It growls and lets out a quick roar, watching Hercule scamper up and into a tree nearby.

Forest Battle 3

Forbi and Dorbi move to G17 Dorbi still has her bow in her hand. She shouts to Forbi “I’ll hold it off for as long as I can but get ready!” With that, she fires off another arrow. 

Longbow Attack: 25 Damage: 12

Hercule is going to fire his short bow.

Attack: 11 Damage: 6

For his bonus action, he'll use cunning action and hide in the trees.

Stealth - 9

Whether it was the heat of the moment or being in animal form, Admora rides the urge to attack with little hesitation...

Melee Attack: 17  Damage: 9  (piercing)
If the target is a creature, it must succeed on a DC 13 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.

Forbi/Dorbi: Your arrow streaks through the air and strikes the goblin in the chest with a meaty thunk. He rolls sideways off the owlbear and falls prone by it's side gasping in pain.

Hercule: Your arrow flies through the air, but the aim was a bit too high, it flies through the goblins path and misses right after it rolls off the side to the ground.

Admora: You attack the beast in your large wolf form and clamp your jaws down on it's shoulder as it howls in pain, trying to shove it to the ground, but it resists and remains standing.

Owlbear: The Owlbear roars and bites at the large wolf in front of it, but Admora dodges out of the way. Quicker than she could get out of the way though it follows up with a swipe of its claws and tears into the wolf's shoulder. 

Goblin: The goblin picks up it's club and rubs a hand over it quickly, then swings and smacks his club into the large wolf's forearm.

Forest Battle 4

Rose quickly moved up to the owlbear and cried out "Princess of Passion, grant my blade your fiery wrath!" The paladin's blade caught fire and she swung at the mighty beast their goblin foe was riding.

Pelaios marches forward and holds his hands together in a triangular shape, unleashing a torrent of flame! As he chants, the flames avoid his allies in an impressive demonstration of the manipulation of the weave.

Thammita: Watching Pelaois begin to cast a spell, you hold your action until the blast of flame goes off and rush forward with a long sweep of your greatsword slicing open the beast's side. 

Rose: You had rushed forward to Admora's side and swiped at the owlbear with your blazing sword, but it dodges to the side and out of the way before the fire cascades around you and engulfs the owlbear and goblin.

Pelaios: Fire blasts out from your hands, weaving around Admora and Rose towards the owlbear and goblin. Both jump back in fear away from the flames and don't get fully engulfed, but the goblin falls, the damage too great, and lies in a smoking heap. The smouldering owlbear rolls on the ground and the fire goes out, it's eyes no longer glowing as It turns to run away.

With an arrow still knocked, Dorbi sees the owlbear turn to run "I will not let another blood thirsty beast be free to walk and kill the innocent" She says to her brother as she releases and takes her shot.

Longbow Attack: 12 Damage: 6 

Forbi/Dorbi: Your lead your arrow to hit the owlbear as it moves, but as you let fly, the owlbear drops from simultaneous hits from your teammates. It falls lifeless to the ground.

Dorbi watches her arrow land in the ground somewhere in the distance, looking over at the now lifeless Owlbear and Goblin, she swings her bow and attaches it to her back and puts the next arrow back into her quiver. Forbi and Dorbi both step out from behind the tree Forbi shouts out "Is everyone alright? That thing looked like it packed quite a punch, I'm sorry that I couldn't get any closer to the action" With that Forbi puts both of his axes away and approaches Admora, still in her wild shape "That's a neat little trick you've got there, aint much messing with a big wolf like you on the team" He goes to pat Admora but thinks better of it. 

Hercule jumps out of the tree as well. "That was a nasty battle." He's going to search for the arrows he fired and use his mage hand to pick them up.

Admora lies down and gently licks her minor wound instinctively sensing the tension ease. Her ears turn towards Forbi and she's quick to be back on all four legs at his comment. She circles him and dashes close, sniffs his air, dodges any swipes that may come her. She bounds off and tries to get a good scent of the goblin, trying smell a trail back to where it came from. 

Perception: 14

Seeing Admora start to move off to get a scent, Rory stepped up and yelled before anyone could leave. "Hey, before anyone runs off, need I remind everyone that we were expected in Waterdeep by noon today. Finn and I had a good look into what is left of the wagon and this is the one that the crate was in. It's gone now, along with the other wagon. We should make haste to get back and explain what went on today before Griskel sends people out looking for us."

“So that Griskel can turn around and send us back out here? No thanks, I’d prefer to get paid.” Pelaios chuckles a bit. “If we come back without that crate, we might as well not come back at all.”

Forbi raises an eyebrow at Pelaios “If we don’t explain the situation then Griskel will come down on us like like baulders during an avalanche” Forbi nods and cuts in “At least if we tell him the situation, we can explain that we can get it back, we might even be able to strike a bargain for more money, although I highly doubt it”

Forbi looks over at Rory and Finn “Why don’t the two of you go and tell Griskel the situation? That gives us more time to sort it out”
