The cloaked figure comes to after being knocked out and sees you all standing above him with the group of guards. He gives you all a evil smerk.
"You think you will stop us? You think you can take what belongs to us? We are just the start. I pray that you're shown no mercy when we find you."
He starts to cackle madly...obsessively cackling. His eyes turn that amber color you all saw when first engaging these cloaked figures. The amber color intensifies and after a few more seconds of cackling, the cloaked figure's head explodes in a orange colored mush. Their body falls to the ground.
Braun, shocked, looks at you all. "Ooi, what did you all do to him??? He head just clean popped off. I haven't seen a magic like that before!"

Drummer you've never seen anything magic do such a thing. The amber eyes drives your curiosity and you think that has something to do with it, but you can't quite put your finger on it.
Braun looks at you all. "I assume none of you did that with your reactions. Odd figures these are. You say they ran after Moop...it may be a good idea for you to investigate this further. I have not seen Mr. Diamond for months now...probably off on another expedition. The lad doesn't know when to stop unfortunately. You may visit his estate just north of town or check at his book shop in town. A fine man by the name of Grovalder helps Mr. Diamond run the shop, Arrow's Oddities! Look for the fruit and flower vendors in the market, go down the alleyway and you will see the shop. We will take care of the bodies, and ensure Moop is taken care of. Poor Moop..." Braun, the big strong city guard leader, sheds a small tear for the fallen goblin.

Ava gives Benagol a look, half tempted to speak up. But instead gives you a smile. "That is fine dear. I needed a new broom anyway! Get me a top of the line broom if they have them! Needs to have a good grip on it...this place gets messy when the patrons are rowdy....or when adventurers defeat a great evil and a celebration is thrown!"
Everyone is able to grab their equipment and head towards the market. Knotside is not a small village, so it will take you several minutes to walk from the Swordman to the center of town where the market is.
Reggie you take a look at the roofs and a good portion of the roofs are close enough that you could scale and move about above the group. Even being the morning after, you are nimble on your feet and pounce from roof to roof...but you're not the quietest about it. Regardless, you are given a good vantage point as you approach the market.
Knotside's market is the busiest part of town. Tents, temporary stalls, and vendors standing next to carts string the open space surrounded by a handful of permanent shops. Arrow's Oddities is marked on the map behind The Dragon's Hauberks, the town's armour shop.
Broadhorn saunters along behind the group, greeting a rat on one corner and a small dog on another. The party knows that Broadhorn is a silent type, and finds the more comfort in speaking with the critters of the town than the people. When they come to the market he just says "Oh man, so many people." and goes timid. He follows the group closely, not particular in where to go first.

Reggie looks around at the people, and thought about the people walking around going about their days, and how each one personally thought about the local government, while it was way better than where he was from, he still wondered if they were unhappy at all.
Reggie is going to try and position himself so that he is hidden, and can hear what goes on with his friends in the building.

After waiting for Benagol to purchase a new broom for Ava. The players approach Arrow's Oddities. It is in a dark alley way behind The Dragon's Hauberks. Reggie you look and you think you can stalk the roof of The Dragon's Hauberks and remain relatively out of sight (as much as you can during the day that it! The rest of the party enters Arrow's Oddities.
A bell rings above the door as you enter the shop. "Come in! Come in!" shouts an old man carrying a stack of dusty tomes to the front counter. The small room—no more than 20 by 30 feet—is cluttered with hundreds of books, trinkets, and other curios. There is one patron that is browsing a bookshelf on the west wall.
Once the old man sets down the books, with a huff and a smile he greets you. "Welcome to Arrow's Oddities. I am Grovalder, the manager. What brings you in, travelers?"
Reggie you can hear the bell ring and the faint sound of an old male speaking. You make out bits and pieces but not full context. From what you can tell it sounded like a friendly greeting.

Benagol smiles at the guards and pats the prisoner on the head
Why don't we ask just ask this nice fellow here?
And then, turning to the prisoner, he talks with him like he was talking with a little child:
So...you wanted to do boom boom to the goblin...you naughty naughty boy...bad bad bad...why? tell your friends: why?
