"It is good that you have found each other again, my heart is happy for it!"
Banzo will hum a little tune under his breath until he realizes others may hear and stops abruptly.
"Especially after spending days inside that mountain, I don't know how anyone can stand it."

"A rightful place awaits you in the Realms Above, in the Land of the Great Light. Come in peace, and live beneath the sun again, where trees and flowers grow."
— The message of Eilistraee to all decent drow.
"Run thy sword across my chains, Silver Lady, that I may join your dance.”
Cryptic as usual, Tzedaka says, "Let us continue to move to town. We are exposed in the open chere and I vorry ve are being watched by those we can not see."
Cho nodded, " We'll watch over you from the skies so that theres no suprises."
She gave her sister a final hug then headed back towards the massive black warhawk.
..............................
The trip the rest of the way to Anvil was uneventful, a flock of Razor-Wings did investigate the group but quickly departed as the warhawk stooped and seized two of the leathery beasts in its claws and quickly devoured them.
Your return to Anvil is similar to your initial impression. The two drinking establishments The Two Moons tavern and Hullgrim's Alehouse seem somewhat busy and three wagons are being inspected at the smithy.
The villagers seem to be in the same fearful state they were when you left but a number of them take interest in your group and some of the former prisoners break away and embrace loved ones, very quickly whispers of Zagor is dead begin to circulate.
Cho brings the warhawk down nearby where another massive bird of prey is tearing at the carcase of a Hill Troll as an armoured elven man watches.
Tzedaka approaches the elven man. As she nears town, she dawns her grey priestess of libra robe. She continues to conceal her wings and facial features including her hair, trying to keep a low profile. (Perception to see if they are being watched by anyone that seems suspicious: 14)
"And where did you find this Troll?" she says in perfect elvish.

"And where did you find this Troll?" she says in perfect elvish.
A lot of people are watching but none seem particularly suspicious.
" This Troll was on the plains, seemed to be coming from the direction of Firetop.", the man said with a clipped tone, he raised an eyebrow toward Cho then shrugged.
Enwynn smiles and bows once, but deeply in greeting to Cho Oyu and Baja. Corwyn seems unruffled by the difference in size between himself and the huge hawk, as he offers an avian greeting of his own.
The druidess remains silent when the Mountain Elf sisters are reunited, but her happiness at the reunion is writ large across her face, a welcome change from the worried expression that has been so prevalent since she entered Firetop's gloomy caverns and persisted even after reaching the sunlit surface again. Her thanks to Lady Erillia for her grace in times of trouble are no less genuine for being so quiet that only a keen-eared goddess might hear them.
More than ever, Enwynn watches for trouble, haunted by the thought that even a dead spider's fangs can still hold enough poison to kill the unwary, and that Zagor's web of influence has not yet been fully broken in Allansia. Despite that, she leaves the red-robed man in peace, content to simply convey him to Madam Grior for further discussion of his future in the hope that an old minion can learn new tricks.
Corwyn is simply glad of a bigger bird than himself to deter the razorwings from coming too close and spends much of his time in the air keeping watch.

In answer to Tsedaka's query she whispers "Yes there are, but I do not know if any of them would aid us. I can but hope there will be a reply in time if they are asked." while she racks her brains for more useful information.

Ennwyn recalls the following famous Elven or Half-Elven Spellcasters-
"We sent vord to dee dwarves but chave heard notting." Tzedaka looks at the elves. "I know that dee dwarves of not of much concern to your people but have you cheard anyting from King Gillibran Ironhelm or otters?"
Tannin bows to the elf in armor, "The name's Tannin Tziynok, we just came from sacking, Firetop, and you are?"
" Tan Cava, Skyhunter.......you are a long way from home, Dragon-kin."
" If indeed you have destroyed that evil then all here owe you a great debt, allow me to pay my share of it."
He reached into his pouch and pulled forth a fist sized green leathery orb and threw it to Tannin, when he caught it he was shocked by its chilly temperature.
" The heart of a Coldclaw. If you store it with your provisions they will not perish as fast as normal."
"We sent vord to dee dwarves but chave heard notting." Tzedaka looks at the elves. "I know that dee dwarves of not of much concern to your people but have you cheard anyting from King Gillibran Ironhelm or otters?"
Both Tan and Cho shook their heads and indicated this was as far south as they had travelled.
Enwynn looks to Tzedaka after a moment's further thought and apologetically offers "I misspoke earlier. Once, long ago, there were elves who commanded great magical power. They were betrayed..."
She lowers her voice as she adds in a haunted murmur "...By those who served Hell with greater loyalty than any elven master of the arcane arts. I am sorry that I may have given you greater hope than I could truly provide. All I can offer is the scant knowledge of my kind who defy evil still and defend their homes from threats with what they have left of our former might."
The druidess falls silent again, chilled to the bone by history's cold comfort in the present situation, a dread that is matched only by her concern that the quiet on the dwarven front is not due to any diplomatic failing on her part, but more to dangerous matters of state elsewhere.
(ooc: did we have a lead or idea of where to find the water element we need?)
"Yes, let's all try and recall anything to do with the water element. If that's the last one we need then we could get rid of these nasty tattoos."
Banzo begins to feel a little homesick, if you can truly call it that as the feelings he has are for the familiar taverns of Chalice.
"Are we still stopping in Chalice... at some point?"

The freed prisoners will all remain in Anvil until they feel ready to travel onwards to their homes as part of caravans so they are no longer needing The Heroes of Firetops protection, they crowd around you giving thanks and making goodbyes.
The Heroes find themselves sitting in the Two Moons Tavern with free food and drink and accomodation as thanks for lifting Zagors shadow from the town and any pressing purchases, repairs or tasks will be undertaken by the townsfolk as you wish.
When morning comes your most obvious route lies South, but Northwards perhaps other opportunities lie.....or one could venture across the Plains in any direction one chose....

”Enwynn, is there a powerful Elvin caster who could aid us?” She says in elvish, loud enough for elf’s to hear.
