The man looks over the three of you with a scowl, with a slight look of approval at the lizard man. "Boss is out," he says in a gruff voice, "ya got to wait at the tavern till she get back." He tilts his head to the right, and next to the guild is a tavern, 'The heart of the storm'.
The first attack the man dodges with a look of surprise. He stumbles on his feet, falling backward, but you still slash him across the chest. The boots behind you, sprint past you. Two other men help him up. ((Make an Intimidation check please))
I let out a roar of fury: 16

"The hero sought to save the world.
"If I keep trying, I'll be able to win," the hero thought.
But the harder the hero fought, the further the world seemed to tumble away.
Drowning in doubt, the hero could not even save themselves.
Hero, if you still believe in a brighter future, hold in your heart a thorn that can pierce all doubt."
The men stand there, shell shocked, you get the feeling that they don't face resistance much. About thirty seconds go by when some guards come running down the alley. They look at everything and turn to you, "You there what happened here" he says to you.
"I asked for directions to The Golden Axe guild, asked this man here." Gesturing to the man who pulled a dagger on me, "He drew a knife and tried to rob me. I hit him in self defense."
As the group of three walks into the tavern, you see it more lively than most tavern would be at this time, ((it's about 2:00 in the afternoon here). If you all want to sit together there is one open table in the middle. ((Perception checks if you want to))

"Fair enough my fine gentleman." I hang back for a second while Folywn and Karst head to the tavern and ask "Might I inquire as to the name of your esteemed boss and when I may expect her return?"
The leads guard's face goes a little white, "Y-your with the Golden Axe" he sputters out, "I am so sorry for keeping you sir. Jameson, take this man to the Golden Axe guild, immediately." He barks to another guard who nods his head, "Yes sir." He goes over to you, "follow me sir" he says and leads you to the Guild. You arrive at the same time that Jocelyn and Erdot now arrive, seeing the same seen before them.

"Ye can ask that of the boss when she gets back," he says, he looks at the sun and continues, "she'll be back in an hour or two."
Folwyn isn't worried about anything. He walks inside with his best attempt to a confident yet optimistic attitude, toward the table at the center of the tavern. When they are seated, he asks Karst if he'd like anything to drink, then approaches the bartender, asking for water for himself, along with what Karst wants to drink.
I raise my eyebrows in surprise, I had no idea they were this important here, i think to myself as I follow the guard. Before leaving, I look back at the man who assulted me, smile, and give a snort of laughter.
(I gotta go eat dinner, i'll be back soon)

As you walk around the tavern, you notice a couple weapons lining the walls with different names and tablets next to them, the barkeep warms right up to you. "Don't get much new folk round here," he says will getting your drinks, "what are ya doin in our fine town anyway, ya don't look like ya aiming to be a ship hand"

The men are being put in manacles and giving you dirty looks.
Jocelyn greets the human and half-orc with a nod before entering the guild house. She approaches the man behind the desk with a warm smile, her left hand resting on the pommel of her sword. "Blessings to you, sir. This is the Golden Axe guild, right?" She gleams at him and looks around for a moment before adding: "And you're hiring?"
Erdot enters the guild house after the other human. He notices the human talking to a man behind the desk. He approaches, showing interest, but waits his turn. He distracts himself by looking around the room he's in.
As Folwyn sees the half elf approach him, he turns around with a smile and a nod. "Welcome," he says "care to join us?" He gestures to Karst and the table they're sitting at.
