Gash and Martin both miss their targets, finding them hard to track through the opaque fire wall while Ronis manages to burn both with a fireball. The two archers return fire, aiming at (1, 1) Martin and Tock.

Longbow Attack: 13 Damage: 12
Longbow Attack: 21 Damage: 11
Against Tock:
Longbow Attack: 8 Damage: 15
Longbow Attack: 13 Damage: 17

Drider 5 ducks into the nearby passage out of sight. Drider 6 moves to the southeast corner.

Q'wai watches the drider escape the room. "Let us hope it has gone to nurse its wounds and not gather reinforcements," he says to the others telepathically.
The monk then draws a dagger from from his waist and sends it hurtling at the remaining drider...
Seeing it miss the drider he moves west along the northern wall and heals himself with Healing Word for 6
Tock's bold narrowly misses the drider but Q'wai manages to stick her with one dagger before utterly failing to find his mark with the second throw. (Fumble roll: 78...no effect)
Dog uses another charge of the magic missile wand to hit the remaining drider for 9 force damage.
"Yes, might as well drop it so we can deal with that one, and find the other."
Louder, across the flames, "Can you understand us? We're just here to learn. This isn't going well for you. If you drop your weapons and surrender, we don't have to kill you, and we can talk."
Ronis sears the drider for 12 damage and Martin plunks to arrows into its thorax. Gash strikes the drider as well, causing moderate burns on the drider woman.
The hidden drider steps out and casts Darkness between Ronis, Q'wai, and Tock, extinguishing their spells and torch and plunging the entire room into total darkness.
Tock takes a look through the northern open door to see if it connects towards south.
(to be continued based on the result / view)
With a bit of a jog (move+dash), Tock opens the northern door to find an empty room. It is impossible say what this room was once used for. Doors exit the room to the west and the north.
(Ronis, Gash, and Martin are up. Tock can still take his action, as can Dog.)
Dog drifts south and lands near the wall, looking in the open doorway in the SW corner. We still have the telepathic bond, right? "Can anyone grab the torches in the ball of darkness? These things don't seem to like light."

Drider 5 ducks into the nearby passage out of sight. Drider 6 moves to the southeast corner.
(Dog, Q'wai, and Tock are up!)
Summary:
- Both driders take the full blast of the fireball.

Seeing it miss the drider he moves west along the northern wall and heals himself with Healing Word for 6

The monk then draws a dagger from from his waist and sends it hurtling at the remaining drider...
Ranged dagger attack (w/ disadvantage): 16 | 14 piercing damage
...and seeing the success of his attack despite the flames that obscure his view, he throws a second dagger...
Ranged dagger attack (w/ disadvantage): 12 | 11 piercing damage
(Forgot to add the effect of the bless spell, but it seems it will not matter)
Tock's bold narrowly misses the drider but Q'wai manages to stick her with one dagger before utterly failing to find his mark with the second throw. (Fumble roll: 78...no effect)
(Dog is up!)
Dog uses another charge of the magic missile wand to hit the remaining drider for 9 force damage.

Louder, across the flames, "Can you understand us? We're just here to learn. This isn't going well for you. If you drop your weapons and surrender, we don't have to kill you, and we can talk."
Dog's bolt smashes against the drider, who does not respond to his taunts ( :-D )
(Ronis, Martin, and Gash are up!)
Ronis drops concentration on the wall, popping back in to to fire a single Fire Bolt at the remaining Drider.

The hidden drider steps out and casts Darkness between Ronis, Q'wai, and Tock, extinguishing their spells and torch and plunging the entire room into total darkness.
The once-visible drider runs for cover.
(Dog, Tock, and Q'wai are up!)
Can Dog see either of the remaining driders with his goggles of night?
Tock takes a look through the northern open door to see if it connects towards south.
(to be continued based on the result / view)
Q'wai, now relying wholly on his sense of hearing, stands perfectly still with his quarterstaff. He is ready to strike if the drider comes near...
(Perception: 27)
No
With a bit of a jog (move+dash), Tock opens the northern door to find an empty room. It is impossible say what this room was once used for. Doors exit the room to the west and the north.
(Ronis, Gash, and Martin are up. Tock can still take his action, as can Dog.)
Tock looks through the doorway just south of the one he opened as well.
Tock finds another unidentifiable room, empty save for a little rubble in the corner.
(Dog, Ronis, Gash, and Martin are up!)
Tock calls back to others, "These rooms don't seem to connect southward. Seems fairly safe to follow these things and exterminate."
Dog drifts south and lands near the wall, looking in the open doorway in the SW corner. We still have the telepathic bond, right? "Can anyone grab the torches in the ball of darkness? These things don't seem to like light."
