Isabella will walk up to the beginning of the corridor and check the plate it's self for away to disarm it. "There must be a switch or some safe passage."
Investigation: 20
There seems to be no way to access the mechanism or find a way around. To Isabella's understanding of its functioning, one can only try to break the propeller or jam it long enough for the mechanism to break itself.
Brunella has an idea. "What if we used magic to jam the propeller with a piece of tile from the floor? Or maybe a piece of stone from a gargoyle? Can we use magic to lift the stone there?"
"I have a few idea, but all require spell preparation. I could try to transform the stone of the propeller, or create a bloc of rock that would block the rotor. Spock could also pick up a rope as a bat and wrap it around the rotor. That might be strong enough to halt the blades."
While we wait, we could go check on the other corridor. What do you think ?"
Kurma gets partially into the mouth of the stone skull, and...
SIlence.
It is clear to Kurma that the lower jaw of the skull is hinged.
Skull crusted with dried mud glower from niches cut in the walls of this tomb. A stone sarcophagus stands at the centre of this chamber, its lid adorned with a coiled serpent carved in relief. Behind the sarcophagus, resting atop a marble pedestal, is an ornate crystal box with a small humanoid skull floating inside it.
Gertrude isn't sure about giving the trident. She likes the feel in her hand as a weapon, even though she barely used it since finding it. She feels attached to it, more like a souvenir, than a fighting tool. It's too pretty, too delicate for her. But she understands Kurma's demand, and she also knows that everyone in her group will need to give everything they have to be able to survive.
Gertrude steps forward and jams the trident into the open jaw of the skull door. "I hope this helps." Then Gertrude steps into the room.
"From my memory, it is pretty hard to break a magical item. So I'm hoping this could stop the jaw to close." Kurma is following the goliath into the room, keeping a eye on the floating skull
Gertrude successfully jams the trident into the mouth of the stone skull and passes through.
As she does, Dragonbait hisses to get the attention of Artus and the others. One of the flames in the eye sockets of the skull shuts off, as it does the other as Kurma follows Gertrude through the mouth.
Nothing else happens, but a skeleton stands in the room near the southern wall, waiting.
The carving on the sarcophagus resembles Moa, the jaculi.
Irommek shouts through to Oniss, "Looks like it wanted to eat you! The good news is that it looks like it reset, so 2 more of us can pass without any issue....in theory."
Isabella will make a hand gestures with her sword, opening a small rift in reality. She places he sword inside this time pulling out a staff. The staff has snakes etched into it. She thrust the staff on the other side of the jaw giving the trident a little more time before breaking.
"Hopefully this will he prevent the trident from breaking." Isabella mentions as she crawls in next.
Not wanting to miss out on what surely would be a party on the other side, Irommek turned to Dragonbait, "You might want to throw a rock or something else through after me to reset it again."
Holding his breath and his shield out in front, he ran in after Isabella.

"My radiant damage seems to be useless, any other type of magic available ?"
Kurma takes his crossbow and shot one bolt: 17 damage piercing 2

The bolt flies true, but it bounces off the propeller, with not even a scratch.
