Azazel would be visiting this bar during his journies, currently having sized up someone he thinks he can squeeze for a few gold pieces, sitting at a table not to far from the two suggesting adventure. Using the coloured liquids, he pours some into his drink before casting prestidigitation, making it seem like he was activating the magical potion. He had spent enough time to learn the other's favourite food, claiming it would allow anything this was poured on to taste like the subject's favourite meal.
He looks to the two now that are speaking, a half-elf and a wizard. He tries to take great care not to draw attention of these two, but that is like trying to hide from fish by diving into the water. He remains seated just by them, going silent and facing away, curious as to how those two talk. Thankfully his attention is drawn to the elf entering the tavern, a sly smile crossing his face as he watches them look around, making no attempt to avert his gaze, relying on his opaque red eyes to let him get away with the direction his gaze falls.
PC (Dimscale): Scoffs a bit dismissively at the dwarf as he asks for the explanation of 'extraplanar lore' and replies --- "No offense Duggan was it? But my studies are very recherche in nature...and most folk find them boring. It's scholars talk and endless theory for the most part. I wouldn't want you to be falling asleep in your drink there good dwarf" --- Taking another sip of his drink and draw off his pipe, he continues to study the tiefling sitting at the bar from a distance, as he has done since the creatures appearance. Dimscale doesn't seem maliciously transfixed on him, just merely curious; penning his observations on the creature into an old worn tome, noting especially the shadow-less appearance which intrigues him. He tries to split his attentions between the dwarf, the tiefling, and his book so as not to appear rude, but merely preoccupied.
The elf at the bar took a swig of her ale. She seemed unimpressed with the goings on of the tavern. She'd been in many, more lively inns, but this was by far one of the quietest. She'd give it another pint, and if nothing interesting happened, she would move on. She took her drink, and moved to lean against a wall.
Duggan: Corvus I know all that there is to know! Mwahahaha! Been training to join the Wayfinders since I was 30 years old just a little stub of a beard in me chin! I've journeyed far and wide under your feet faced many vermin like goblins and orcs and monsters the likes of hook horror! (this last part might be a bit exaggerated)
Duggan: I decided to venture on the surface for a while to see new sights, learn new profession tricks and...(an odd sad look crosses the joyful dwarf for an instant)...And have some of your ale! Back at home is said that surface ale taste like Goblin piss (obs.: what are the rules with language, pg 13?) but it just taste like normal piss! Mwahahahaha!
OOC: Duggan went to Corvus and Aloush table when he spotted the shady merchant approaching Dimscale at that time he nudged Aloush and went to talk to Dimscale. While Dimscale introduced himself to Duggan and he in his turn asked about the Extraplanar Lore Azazel, enter the tavern introduced himself and went to the bar to look for a possible buyer for his afairs and at that time the young elf entered the tavern and went to the bar.
PC: Standing between Corvus and Aloush table and Dimscale's table with his foot up on a stool Duggan tells his exploits in adventuring aforementioned and motions to Corvus and Dimscale with his ale mug:
And you bunch what are your exploits in exploration! Have any new adventure to partake? I'm'n need of some action! Being sitting at this tavern for a long while now! Say, have you herd about the abandoned keep south of here?!
All of this is said by Duggan in his normal dwarvish speaking voice that can be confused with drunken yelling by some.
Human, 32 y.o, bladedancer/ dual wield rapier. Along time ago, a group of arcane warrior from the progressive human town of eureka, they sat sail into the abysse to learn more about the demonological aspect of arcane.serving under those great wizard where a full battalion of arcane users all with very unique ways to use their power. zylaine fate as he was know was one with such abilities. His story rather simple and short is quite interesting. As the inevetible happen to the smll army, after 8 years fiercely fighting the lesser demons of the abysse all while growing in the art of demonoligy, most of the great wizard succomb to the traitous evil of demonology, adooting a warlock aspect to their power. Driven mad they all seperate creatig large demonions of lesser creature to serve them.
Knowing the soldier would never adopt their new philosophies decided it would be safer texterminate them. Few survived the encouter and those who had where left mental ill with dementia, schizophrenia, deep vision of what those newly founded warlock have in store for the future.
Zylaine recentlt fled the tower and witness a genocide of his own people. He is wandering abit confuse as to wear to go and what to do. All while struggling with schizophrenia. He believes a demon is tellig him what to do, confusing him on what is right or wrong.
HE walks in the pub, as his first stop since arriving in the material plain.
PC (Dimscale): Unable to continue concentrating on his writings; closes his tome with a heavy 'thwoop' and begins to stow his quill, ink, and the tome back into his traveler's pack. He exhales his last long puff from his darkwood pipe and leans forward with one hand clutching a black orb-like object in one hand. He taps it on the table slowly, choosing his next words with care --- "Adventures? Haven't done much of that since I have arrived here, but it could serve to take my mind off what has brought me to this place..." --- pausing briefly he sneers a bit at some distant memory --- "I can assure you Duggan, I've seen my fair share of blood-shed and tragedy...and even come face to face with death...once. However, my most gracious benefactor, one who I shall refrain from proper mention, saw fit that my...life " --- Dimscale says with a bit of disgust --- "was kismet for greater things...of what he meant by that I have yet to discover..." --- Dimscale pauses again and takes another toke from his engraved pipe and lets the smoke lazily issue forth as he continues to speak --- "As for this abandoned keep you speak of, I have no knowledge of it. I am not from around these parts, but I feel like I have been placed here for a reason...a reason I have yet to determine the nature of..."
Pc (zylaine): Overhearing duggan's conversation, zylaine choose to sit closer to his table. All while muttering under his breath he makes no attempt to be discreet about his eavedropping.
PC (Duggan): Observing Dimscale stow his book away and showing for the first time a hint that he might not be as drunk as he seems to be he says: "A bit on the gloom side ain'you? No problem, we all have hard pasts that follow us..." Now more loudly and with the drunken yelling Duggan checks if he has all patrons attention and says: "The keep on the hill just half day south of here is said to have been inhabited by a darn mad Wizard involved with that Conjuration stuff. It's said that some odd years back he decided that a Succubus would be a nice consort and was sure he could control the Demon" That last world was said a bit louder and Duggan scanned the room again: The tales goes saying that whatever came forth from the bowels of the Abyss wasn't a succubus but something a bit bigger and madder; what ever it was made short work of the Wizard and is said to still dwell there, taking merchants and some villagers to do what ever demons do. Meself don' believe it is actually a demon, but if he is taking lives and hoarding treasure it demands some investigation and we gathered here seem like a competent bunch. What you all say?!
PC (Duggan): Seeing that the elf moved closer, he turns to her and announces: Hi there young one! You are young right? I can never tell with you point ear bunch. No offence intended! Probably you can't guess as well that I'm past my 80's!" Motioning with his hand to Dimscale and with his mug to Corvus: This one here is Called Dimscale, he has a hard name to remember and this two here are...well... I think you didn't introduce yeselves yet!" With his chin he motions to the Thiefling at the bar and says: That one is Azazel, for sure! He came in introducing himself. And you, what shall we call ya?!" He asks the young elf with a broad and true friendly smile half hidden below his flowing mustache full of ale foam.
The elf's eyes narrowed at the mention of age. She opened her mouth to say something, paused and finally spoke.
"I am Lillianna," she said, warily eyeing Azazel. Looking back to Duggan and Dimscale, she continued, placing a hand on the small dagger at her belt. "Are you in need of an escort, by chance?"
PC (Dimscale): Seems somewhat intrigued by Duggan's mention of the conjurer whose keep was overrun by demonic powers, but quickly collects himself as soon as he is put in the spotlight when the dwarf takes liberty...bold liberty...to introduce the dragonborn. Dimscale slowly scans the commons room of the tavern with his violet eyes as Duggan prods the other patrons for introductions, and those eyes come to rest upon the form of the female elf just as she introduces herself. The dragonborn shifts slightly in his seat and keeps his eyes on her belted dagger momentarily, as he takes another swig from his drink. He motions a bar wench over for a refill and as she walks off to fetch a bottle, he turns his head back to the elf lass, exclaiming "Dark and empty...folk around here are surely bold are they not lass? Well met Lillianna. Pardon my newfound and boisterous friend here, and I beg judge not the company he currently keeps. My name is Klaussauth, though you may call me Dimscale. Duggan's wild tales of wizards and demons has undoubtedly galvanized my interest in this abandoned keep for which he speaks." --- he pauses as the serving wench returns and fills his drink. He waits long enough for her to be out of earshot before continuing --- "I myself am in no need of an escort, and you are surely out of the dwarfs league..." --- the dragonborn cracks a smile, the closest thing to mirth one has seen since his arrival in the tavern. He then picks up his drink and lets out a chuckle, sitting back in his chair --- "but if it's a business partnership you mean...I am sure the others here and myself, would not deign to offend, by turning you away! Your confident stance and obvious situational awareness tells me enough; that you are as skilled as you are pretty. Am I right?" ---he takes a draw off of his drink and then tamps his pipe.
PC Aloush : " Corvus , Duggan , Dimscale ... I was a bit in my thoughts , a new vision has struck my mind ... A vision of trouble in this keep ( I think we should set this campaign into the Forgotten realms setting , as I believe that we know a bit about the Sword coast )... can you guys bring me up to date as my mind is a bit blurred after these visions ."

I do not know what this signature does for me , but cool , here , I have one one also ... Yey , me cool now ? :D
OOC: I do agree with the sugesstion of keeping this based in Forgotten Realms, due to the fact that 5e is currently Realms-centric. However I do not neccisarily care if it is based along the Sword Coast. I like all areas of Faerun, though all current adventure modules and books put the Sword Coast as a default-focus area

Don't piss me off. I'm close to leveling and you look like just enough EXP
The elf paused, mid-drink, at the mention of adventure. She continued with the drink, now obviously paying close attention to the conversation.

This certainly caught the attention of the elf. She finished off her drink, and moved closer, arms crossed over her chest. Still, she said nothing.

Lillianna nodded at Dimscale. "I am skilled," she said, simply. She shot another quick glance at Azazel, then back to Duggan and Dimscale.
"This... abandoned keep that isn't abandoned, what makes it so special? Why have demons moved in?"
There was a quiet scratch at the door of the tavern. Lillianna's eyes quickly shot toward the door, then back to the patrons.
