1. Two players only, you are going to take on the Tomb of Annihilation and do all the quests and sidequests, including the optional ones as described in the Tortle package, you will be level 20 when you reach the final boss obviously and this guy is hard.
2. 27 point buy, any race from the players handbook, or any other wizards of the coast published material.
3. Here is the twist. You must pick one of the 4 april fool's classes found at the bottom of this link http://www.dandwiki.com/wiki/5e_Classes I recommend Mary sue, cause she gets 20 in all stats. Appeal for power does not work in this game. Anything you can do does not stack endlessly with each other (if you both pick Mary sue) but only once, otherwise, you get a d6 added, then on round 2 your ally gets 2d6 added, then you'd get 3d6 added, then round 3 4d6, etc. The starting weapon you get can be any gun in the DMG, if you don't have the DMG, I'll tell you the guns, you have unlimited ammo, but must reload obviously. Power-o-Plot last for 1 minute and is done any time you get the kill, no other time. Your archetype goes up every 3rd level for ease since it doesn't tell you, and she knows all wizard spells, unless you pick victim sue, she know all wizard and cleric spells since that archetype doesn't have other means of growth. The sue effect and the sue phenomeon means nothing in this campaign, but she is still powerful. There is one piece of unique armor in this game and it is heavy armor, and only 1 unique magical weapon that is found in the book, unique meaning you won't see it in the DMG, the real downside is that she is not proficient with any armor that isn't unique, unless you take feats or your race says so. For ease, you are proficient in all skills. Don't forget, ability score improvements can also allow you to take a feat and this is for all classes even if the class doesn't tell you that, in case you don't to add damage dice to your weapon for Mary Sue ASi. Though if you don't want Mary Sue, feel free to pick any of the other April fools classes, they are still powerful, very powerful. For Halfwit, two negatives equal a positive, it is the rule of mathematics, so when you gain idiotic fighter where you subtract your int modifier from dmg rolls, you are actually benefiting if your int is -1, cause minus -1 is +1. If any of the 4 classes says you can never die, can be resurrected, or they have an ability that deals with the DM directly, it doesn't work, you can be killed, you are under the death curse, and DM isn't going to roll a will save against you or argue with a character in any way, etc.
4. Who is brave enough to enter? This is for real, I wan to know how powerful these April fools classes or at least one of them, plus I want to DM this, can these April fool's classes stack up against one of the toughest books yet? Find out and join.
I'd love to join as a Muscle Wizard; working on character right now. I have to ask though, is multi-classing allowed (between April Fool's classes)? Mary's multi-classing perks are over-OP.
(Imagine two Mary's chaining the 18th level "Anything you can do"... It does state ANY attack, so potential damage is infinite.)
Man, a stoner halfwit would be really fun to play...lol I'm going to build him up and submit him/her for your consideration... I can't believe I have never seen these classes before! They're so silly and great!

Scourge aasimar are imbued with a divine energy that blazes intensely within them. It feeds a powerful desire to destroy evil — a desire that is, at its best, unflinching and, at its worst, all-consuming. Many scourge aasimar wear masks to block out the world and focus on containing this power, unmasking themselves only in battle.
Ability Score Increase. Your Constitution score increases by 1.
Radiant Consumption. Starting at 3rd level, you can use your action to unleash the divine energy within yourself, causing a searing light to radiate from you, pour out of your eyes and mouth, and threaten to char you.
Your transformation lasts for 1 minute or until you end it as a bonus action. During it, you shed bright light in a 10-foot radius and dim light for an additional 10 feet, and at the end of each of your turns, you and each creature within 10 feet of you take radiant damage equal to half your level (rounded up). In addition, once on each of your turns, you can deal extra radiant damage to one target when you deal damage to it with an attack or a spell. The extra radiant damage equals your level.
Once you use this trait, you can’t use it again until you finish a long rest.
Speed. Your base walking speed is 30 feet.
Darkvision: Blessed with a radiant soul, your vision can easily cut through darkness. You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can’t discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.
Celestial Resistance: You have resistance to necrotic damage and radiant damage.
Healing Hands: As an action, you can touch a creature and cause it to regain a number of hit points equal to your level. Once you use this trait, you can’t use it again until you finish a long rest.
Light Bearer: You know the light cantrip. Charisma is your spellcasting ability for it.
Languages: You can barely speak, not read, and not write Common, and can speak, barely read, and barely write Celestial.
Stupidity Points (1)
Through intense ineptitude, you have gained the power to channel your stupidity into an ability, allowing it to be empowered. You can spend 1 stupidity point to subtract your Intelligence modifier from an ability check or saving throw that does not apply it. Stupidity points are regained upon finishing a short or long rest.
Idiotic Fighter
No one can predict the actions of someone who doesn't even know themselves. You can subtract your Intelligence modifier from the damage rolls of your weapon attacks.
Ditsy Charm
Those of a nice disposition will often see your antics endearing or amusing. Whenever you fail a Charisma check against a creature, that creature must make a Wisdom saving throw. The DC for the saving throw is equal to 8 + your proficiency modifier - your Intelligence modifier. On a failed save, that creature is charmed by you for the next minute or until you do anything harmful to it.

As long as you meet the requirements for multi-classing for both classes, you can. If you are multi-classed as Mary Sue and Muscle wizard, you will only have muscle wizard proficienies, class features and spells, but all your stats will be set at 20, so it is useless to take more than 1 level in Mary Sue. You will not need to get your str at 20 and int at 15 before you multi-class into Mary sue, since you automatically get there when you do. But if you were multi-classing into any other class from muscle wizard you would have to be at 20 str and 15 int or better before doing so. Despite what it says, you can multi-class out of muscle wizard, though it is useless to do so unless taking 1 level in Mary Sue.
@kickinitlegit, go for it. I don't think machine gun is in the DMG, but I can give it appropriate stats.
I have also stated "anything you can do" does not stack with each other endlessly, but only once, so if you attack for 1d8+1d6+9 dmg, your ally will top it with anything you can do for 1d8+1d6+1d6 anything you can do+9. You do not add another 1d6 anything you can do to top your ally
@TheGmoat, you can't make your starting int lower than 8 at the start, unless you pick Orc from volos guide or any race from volos guide that decreases int.

And four of the guards standing near her nod their head yes and confirm.
