When the doors fly open. light suddenly floods the room and Bowlder is blinded by the sudden light. (Disadvantage on all rolls for a round, unlucky..)
Every one else sees the arena for the first time, it is a large circular thing about 50 ft diameter and it has walls 15 ft high, there is a serres of tiered steating above that filled with cheering monsters and 'hero' races.
When catching sight of your party they begin to boo, jeer and it is clear they do not like someone in your party.
The arena floor is a sandy thing with blood stains, and corpses of all states of decay from fresh, to little more than piles of bones.
Across the arena are 3 wolves and one is much larger than any wolf you have ever seen.
So tell me if i'm wrong but initiative order is:
Tilly (20)
Big Wolf (18)
Vanlentinus / Yordis (16) (make a choice, who gos first?
OOG: Oh boy it’s on now. Question for the DM. How do you want us to format our moves? Action movement and bonus. Do you want us to include dependencies for is an attack fails? Include the potential damage roll with the attack roll for time saving? This is my first go around so want to make sure we’re all on the same page.
Everything that you would do in a turn add it in the one post so I know it is everything. Always add damage of attack even if miss. Embellish as you wish.

OOG: how tall is the roof of the room we were in?
Edit: Here's what I'd like to try in order of "cinematic awesomeness" Jump from the wall to the big wolf back to the roof if possible. Jump from the wall to the back of the big wolf and ride him on. Jump off the wall and over him (Boring but gets the job done.) I rolled for Dextarity Save but if it was just supposed to be straight Dex then it would be 22.

Whether or not there is a small rogue on the back of the wolf I will move to put myself closer to Tilly but not in no closer than 10' from the big Wolf. I will then cast spectral flame on the big Wolf if he is not being ridden, whichever other Wolf is closer it he is.

I had PMed Cleco8 earlier about how he wanted to handle the timing... Basically, don't sweat it, post when convenient.

The arrow soars, through the air narrowly missing the wolves eye but it seems the arrow is little more than an annoyance.
Unfortunately you can't discern who is in charge or anyone familiar, but you do see the occasional man in the crowd with a loaded crossbow.
The wolf you hit charges forward and leaps on Tilly in an attempt to push her over.
Str vs Str or Dex (it has advantage due to size difference)
