It was common sense that the blood hunters could use their powers at no cost at all when a blood red moon was active, for the whole day involved. But it came with a dire curse as well. It also marked the time the vampires and werewolves most dreaded. For on those days, their powers were all but active. Should a blood hunter find them that day, their souls would be permanently enslaved by the blood hunters.

There's ONE dragonkin that entered one of my campaigns. That one act of respect gives him a birthright over me: patron over Tiamat, WITHOUT the usual riddle involved. he may even forge the riddle himself. He alone is the sole exception to the blood moon curse!
Tiamat is the Eidolon of Eidolons.
But Stella Bryton would Never willingly let Tiamat turn such, let alone emerge.
