Oh i played one once. Half orc named krom thunderborn. Was cool as all shit. Its got great opportunities for rp and some fun lil quirks. He was surprisingly peaceful and calm. When he raged he didnt scream or shout, because "the skies did it for him" had a lil mantra too: "thunder threatens, but does not hurt. I am not thunder."
I have one that's an NPC in the game I DM and I like him a lot. Like Thog said, I had a lot of fun making him a bit philosophic about his style. The way he practices it, he learns to meditate to set aside his own anger and rage in order to become a vessel for the rage of the storm around him. Because mortal rage is fleeting, nature's rage is forever.
