It is a personal opinion and nothing more. If we are looking at it from purely a build perspective, she should have increased her CON instead of taking feats at 4th and 8th level.
I find their love of feats to be weird. You're right she would be a million times better off with CON boosts.
It also irrationally bugs me that Jester has never upgraded her armor to a breastplate.
- The Jester/Fjord "ship" needs a clear direction; currently it is just a trope and not getting better
I just assumed this is something they were letting develop (or not) organically without any orchestration. It never occurred to me that this might be a problem for someone.

Plus I'm pretty sure from early Talks episodes, Travis explained that Jester's flirting and such initially started as:
Laura (as they were making the new characters): "With the new campaign, would you consider a romance with another PC?"
Travis: "No, I'm not interested in that. I'm just really into killing stuff."
Laura: *challenge accepted!*
Travis (internally - and later to Brian): "Oh $*&#! She knows exactly what buttons to push! I'm in trouble now."
Of course, the characters and their interactions have organically grown over time, but it mostly started as Laura just teasing (in 2 senses of the word?) her husband. So who knows if anything will ever develop from it, and hopefully people can keep in mind that a large part of it is likely just the two of them being playful and not an intentional will-they-won't-they dragging it out for the audience.
It's funny to think just how many of their in-game characters' actions are actually driven by the real world players messing with each other. :)
I'm still wondering when, if at all, they will address that Yasha probably had modify memory cast on her way back when by the guy that Caleb was avoiding. Caleb probably had modify memory cast on him as well to have him think he killed his family when he actually didn't. Hopefully a greater restoration will be cast on both of them at some point and we can see if that's what happened.

They are 9th level now (or maybe 10th level? Can't remember). Caduceus or Jester could do it but I don't think they'd think to do it unless they come under some other effect that would necessitate it. Which is possible in this dungeon from the 9 hells they're in right now. I'd be curious to see if this is the case with Caleb because the implication in all we know about his history now is that it was greater restoration that brought him back to sanity in the asylum he was dumped in after killing his parents. If that wasn't greater restoration I'm not sure what it would have been. I could see it being the case with Yasha though. (Some sort of modify memory to block out whatever caused her to fall. I don't think it was Trent back in Zadash. I think if she's been modify memory'd, it's the demon creature in her one dream or some other follower of the Stormlord to protect her from whatever has her bound.)
He definitely cast something on her. If you remember, they failed a perception check while he was described as casting something. They never pursued the information and just went on their merry way.
A fellow gamer told me that Critical Role houserules Death Saves to use CON bonuses. Is that correct? If so, I wonder why. Just to try to make sure characters don't die?
They do use alternative resurrection rules, as detailed in their Tal'Dorei Campaign Setting book, which this friend may have been mistaken over. Otherwise, I am also not sure I've seen that particular house-rule in action.
My pet peeve is how they handle shield bonus and swapping weapons, but not so much that fel the need to yell "foul play" at my tablet.
If you have watched Talks Machina, you know that Ashley will leave again to film Blindspot for four months. I am looking forward to Monday's episode to see how Matt will deal with that.
I don't get too upset about it lol. I just feel bad for her because her character is capable of doing more than she has been. I don't even really blame her either, she doesn't get the same amount of time to learn her character abilities as the others. Luckily this is the last season of Blindspot so she can come back and truly be a full time party member :)
By "always applying the shield bonus" I mean that the shield gets used to AC, even when they clearly do not have it in use (e.g. when both hands are engaged in another activity; spell casting, not having their main weapon drawn etc.) The M9 pretty much treats the shield as a permanent +2 (+3) to their AC.
Caduceus: Always applying the shield bonus to AC, even before he had the Warcaster feat. Jester & Fjord, both do not have Warcaster: Always applying the shield bonus; Never having to stow either the shield or the weapon (Falchion/Handaxe) when casting somatic or material spells (like Polymorph). It is a "free action" to all members of the M9. Nott: No shield, but free switching between crossbow and actions that require both hands, no stowing etc. Beau: It is just ridiculous how she "stows" a 6-foot on her body, without constantly bumping into something Yasha: She carries two greatswords! two bulky 5 to 6 foot sharp metal objects Caleb: Liam actually handles material components very well, you always see him taking out sulfur, bat guano etc. for casting stuff. Can't say anything about weapons, because I think Caleb doesn't even carry a dagger or knife.

I have not heard this before. I am not sure I would believe it to be true without a post from the actual group saying as much.

Me either and I watch the sessions. That's why I was asking.

I just checked Critrolestats and based on the information provided, I see no evidence of altered rules for Death Saves.

In fact, they talk a lot of times that "just a plain d20 right?" when they roll their Death Saves. I guess your friend has his information wrong.
PbP Character: A few ;)

Thanks. This came up at the table. I was just curious.

It bothers me that Yasha's damage is always wrong. 2d6 +3 str +3 rage and 1d6 +4 Zealot. There is no way she deals less than 13 damage.

I guess with Yasha, the group could still use scrying or use sending even though they may not get a response.

+1 because I think Magician's Judge is a +1 weapon.
+ her level in necrotic damage on the first hit each round if she ever used the necrotic shroud.
What do they do weird with the shield bonus?
