There are a whole bunch on the D&D youtube channel and also the misscliks channel so I'd like to re-iterate those. In particular Dice, Camera, Action which Chris Perkins DMs to perfection. Also two of his players have branched into DMing recently: Holly Conrad, who plays Strix, is running a Planescape game called Trapped in the Bird Cage, and Anna, who plays Evelyn, is on the misscliks channel running a group of players through the Lost Mines of Phandelver intro box set.
I am tossing our channel into the mix, you can check us out here: https://www.twitch.tv/forgedatthetable we are focused entirely on tabletop rpgs. We are looking for players as we are adding more viewer involved games. Give us a look and feel free to get involved!
Dice, Camera, Action! - The first regular stream I followed, largely because I'd been a fan of Acquisitions Incorporated and Chris Perkin's dm'ing style for years. It continues to be one of the best streams out there.
Encounter Roleplay - Learn By Play - A great mix of players with a DM that takes short breaks to explain the art of dm'ing to newcomers and veterans alike. Filled with humor and a great story. Highly recommended.
Missclicks - Lost Mine! - Anna Prosser Robinson of Twitch fame and more importantly Evelyn the Paladin from Dice, Camera, Action DMs her first campaign. This is quickly becoming one of my new favorites. She is a natural DM and the party are all entertaining and mesh well with each other.
Call me a heretic, but I really can't get into the ongoing Critical Role campaign, though I HIGHLY enjoyed the one-shot adventures Marisha's Honey Heist and Matt Mercer's D&D/Hearthstone crossover promoting Kobolds and Catacombs. No spoilers but damn... "[Adventurefury, Blessed Blade of the Thrillseeker]" will forever live on in my heart!
I haven't seen it mentioned yet, so I am going to recommend Dragons In Places. They just wrapped up their first campaign (not sure if they are doing a second). What makes it interesting is that the players are the members of the popular YouTube channel Game Grumps, who have literally thousands of gaming videos up. The DM is ProJared, who also runs a gaming channel that every December changes its focus to DnD related content.
I'm posting episodes of our D&D 5e game: "Mithril Cookman" that we play in Roll20. So far this is just on Youtube, so not technically a stream, but the episodes are edited so you can enjoy the game without boring bits, breaks, and other unnecessaries.
We run with 2 DMs and 4 players in our homebrew game starting in Faerun and Sigil, then venturing off into unknown worlds to hunt down special ingredients to use in the Pangusticon, an interplanar cooking show searching for the most exotic and dangerous flavors.
We have 6 episodes posted so far. Here's the playlist: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL8FRy_AxpXl... We're learning as we go, so quality started out poor but got much better with each episode. Check out our two part, B Team side story (the two most recent episodes) for a representative sample of current quality and play.
I hope you all can check it out and let us know what you think.
So this isn’t a Twitch stream, but we have a weekly D&D podcast that we’re pretty proud of. It’s called Make-Believe Heroes. You can find it on your favorite podcatcher. We release new episodes each Monday, with occasional bonus episodes on Thursday. Anyone that’s looking for some D&D for their ears should give us a shot!
I'll throw my stream into the mix as well. We play usually on Wednesday nights. It's a 5E homebrew campaign and our DM is amazing at coming up with really great plotlines. We have four players who travel back and forth between Faerun and Ravenloft, searching to complete a collection of 6 curses as it's the only way to get them removed. The sessions are a great balance of roleplaying and battles, and our group leans more towards comedy than anything else. Come take a look if this piques any interest!
It's not a twitch stream, but Moral Entropy has been an enjoyable one to listen. Starts out near the end of a heavily home-brewed Princes of the Apocalypse and then morphs into a full home-brew world with a neat transition. Audio quality starts out ok, but gets way better near the end of the Omega Alpha arc, and keeps getting better from there. Plenty of laughs that I've had there. They should be on most any podcast app. They put out an episode roughly once a week, sometimes every other week, with 25 episodes so far.
I have seen Wolfie mention High Rollers and that's up there for me. They're reaching the end of their first campaign so now may be a good time to jump in when the new campaign starts. They're who originally got me into D&D so definitely give them a shot!
I am currently running a Homebrew campaign on twitch. We stream every other Thursday starting at 6:30 CST, our next session is 5/3. Please come join and you could help the players decide what they should do https://www.twitch.tv/thunderbyrdlive ! If you wanna get caught up on the story so far, the past videos are on the channel's past broadcasts or you can watch them in smaller parts on youtube at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c6yIpb3B_Oc&t=2s .
Let me say hello! Feel free to check us out here: https://www.twitch.tv/damageddice we are focused on DnD and expanding into Starfinder over the next month or so. We are looking for new players and friends as we are building our community of DnD lovers and fans. Give us a look and feel free to get involved!
The travels and tribulations of Task the Kobold Ranger, Greckles the Kenku Rogue, Panic the Tiefling Bard, and Borky the Orc Barbarian, as they traverse the dangerous and mysterious lands of Alivast, and the Capital City that hosts a bungle of characters, magic and villains.
Take20 D&D (@take20_dnd) is a great show to watch! They have a couple of steady campaigns running, and every once in awhile they will mix things up with a board game or Cthulhu mythos stuff. Happening every week 6:30pm MST, and they have a couple peeps doing a morning show for an hour or so on Saturdays @ 9am (MST) Lots of laughs, informative Dm/Gaming blurbs, cool vfx/sfx, voice actors and such. Great crew of fun-loving peeps, highly recommended.
This stream is sponsored and they actually use 3D terrain by Dwarven Forge! They also do high quality voice acting and dynamic music creating an immersive experience like no other. Here check out the livestream!
This is a UK based TTRPG club and have many campaigns running across various tables - We film some of them and others are also broadcast live on Twitch every Friday night frm 7pm GMT, there's something for everyone to get stuck into from official campaigns to homebrew with a variety of players and DMs PLUS from 2020 we'll also be introducing a number of other tabletop gaming systems based on requests.
Maybe I missed it, but Not Another D&D Podcast (NADDPod for short) is great audio streaming, great dm'ing and characters are hilarious. Characters are played by comedians/writers/actors from College Humor. They can be found on a few major audio streaming sites like Apple Podcasts and Spotify (Iikely others). I laugh my ass off most days that I listen to it and I think they are at or close to 90 episodes.
2 things i have not seen mentioned here are The Natural Wonders from TFS at the table and The Ties That Bind from Laniplaytor. The wonders campaign has ended and is archived on youtube and the ties that bind are still ongoing and features 2 players from the Unexpectables game

Hey gang! Just wanted to tell everyone that if they're looking for a fun game to watch on Saturday evenings you should check out the Ezra Campaign at www.twitch.tv/hypotheticalheroes at 6PM EST. You can also watch on youtube at https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCTtlzy8bC1eraGxD-KlFDgw?ab_channel=HypotheticalHeroes. It's a relatively new stream that's only a handful of episodes in. They're still trying to build a good following, but they're pretty entertaining.

I use summon instrument to summon my kettle drum, hold it overhead like Donkey Kong, and chuck it at the nearest kobold.

If you're interested I'm a player in a homebrew story set in Eberron. We usually have lots of fun with RP and messing with each other.
