The worse part of any d&d movie is when the spell caster mentions they didn't learn a spell. It's bad enough for a game concept as it doesn't make sense but absolutely horrible for anyone watching the movie (especially someone who doesn't play d&d).
Might be a loved aspect of the game by older fans, but it really is a concept without much thought and makes the magic users seem cartoonish silly rather thank like Gandolf.
There are several movies over the years that officially bear the D&D name, but looks like there is going to be a new one.

If there is gonna be a D&D movie, it needs to just be an official TAZ Movie that got permission from the boys and Wizards of the Coast.
