I've seen a few threads for DnD people streaming their games, but much fewer about people giving tips or telling their stories. Figured I would consolidate some of my favorites. You'll notice a small theme that some of these are better for newer players as I am a newer player myself.
Counter Monkey - I'm not sure if this is even still in production, as the man (Noah Antwiler / Spoony) behind it has been very quiet on Youtube lately. However, he has a ton of great videos and stories, mostly from the 3.5 era. Although he was pretty harsh towards 5E, his work is still very entertaining and worth looking at.
DnDCember - Hosted by ProJared as a yearly special every December, he alternates between telling a story in one episode and giving some great beginner advice in others. He discusses multiple editions, but unlike Spoony, he seems to be a fan of 5E. He also is one of the few people who has positive things to say about 4E.
Web DM - This channel has helped me out a ton, as I am an amateur DM. Each video tackles an aspect of DMing in deep detail, from a particular creature to how to make a good plot hook. I cannot recommend it enough.
WASD20 - A great channel for beginners, as he will take you step by step through character creation, and also shows budget ways of making tokens for monsters, how to draw your own maps, product reviews, and more. Overall another good resource for a new player
EXTRA: Harmonquest - This is more of a stream, but is done in a unique style, highly edited in TV episodic style, with animated sections of the characters in their quest. It is paid content from Seeso, but worth it and is absolutely hilarious. Apparently they are working on a season 2. The link is only episode one, which is legally free on YouTube. The rest are available via SeeSo.
Shoddycast does lore on The Elder Scrolls Series, Witcher Series, and the Dragon Age Series as well as storyboard-type lore in those series and the Fallout series. They do an amazing job, and if they started doing one on a DnD series I believe it would be one of the best. As of now, the lore is useful for homebrew campaigns in those universes.

Links added to original post. I'll check out Shoddycast, as I have been an Elder Scrolls fan since Morrowwind.

I use summon instrument to summon my kettle drum, hold it overhead like Donkey Kong, and chuck it at the nearest kobold.
I second ThatoneguyD13's suggestion of Matt Colville's Running the Game YouTube series. He's brilliant, his videos are engaging, and his advice is aces! (Love his books too!)
I'm a huge SpoonyOne fan, so I love the Counter Monkey series. He also did a Rifftrax on the Dragon Strike boardgame VHS Vidfeo Tutorial. It's a boardgame published by TSR and the gameplay is based of D&D.
Nerdarchy is another great group. They seem to really love the game and do daily live streams with members of the gaming sphere on their youtube channel as well as articles on their websites. They also do several streamed campaigns each week and occasional fan one-shots. Great guys.
Hello! My name is Paul, and I am the DM, host, and producer of a recently launched (Jan 2018) D&D podcast called Make-Believe Heroes. With four of my friends, we are playing D&D in a homebrew world of my making with new episodes going out every Monday. We have put a ton of effort into making this show as good as we possibly can, and we would LOVE for the DnDBeyond community (and anyone else, really) to listen in.
Our “mission statement” is all about having fun, delivering top-notch audio with effects and music to make you feel like you’re really there, and delivering the best story and RP that we possibly can.
We just released episode 16 of our first season. As the season has progressed, we feel that we have grown as players AND podcasters. If you’re looking for some more D&D in your life, give us a listen! We think you’ll enjoy it.
Hi everyone! I'm the DM and producer of a new podcast called the Endless Quest. The Endless Quest is a podcast where I play the world's greatest roleplaying game with my brothers and dad. We hope to make it on to your list of favorite podcasts through humor, story-telling, world building, and by providing an all-around good time! If you're interested, give it a listen! We know you won't regret it. Here's a few places where you can hear us:

Feel free to link each of these channels. I might have to check them out later!
I'm also inclined to include a channel that I think would be amazing IF they started covering DnD lore:

Harmonquest is actually how two of my players first got into D&D. It's really good and season 2 is coming out this summer.
Web DM is really good. I also very much enjoy Matthew Colville. He's a writer and gives great tips for running games.
