Theme wise, multi-classing into either Arcane Trickster or Eldritch Knight provides good combinations for a Bladesinger. However, if you do, you fall behind on useful buffs like blur and greater invisibility.
It depends on what you want to do, your campaign and so on. I see people plan characters to 20 when in reality most campaigns never go past like 12th or even 6th before either the DM, players or both get bored and want to move on to new classes, new adventures, or try something out of the newest book, so I try not to plan ahead til I know the other players and the DM have the legs to go the distance.
Also, what do you plan to do with your Bladesinger? Are you a front line warrior in the thick of melee? or do you play as the wizard in the back with good ac? If you plan to stay up front try a level or two of Fighter or Paladin. Adding two levels of paladin gives you smites to use some of your spell slots on, grab a familiar, toughness, war caster and a scimitar of speed and you have a versatile front line warrior with good ac, good melee damage and good utility. If I were to take three levels of rogue I would steer toward the swashbuckler with 3rd level granting you Fancy Footwork and Rakish Audacity.(bonus to initiative, no AoO if you attack someone and move, as well as sneak attack on targets faced in single combat.) But again, it depends on your campaign, if you are know for sure you are going to 20th, you may want to consider that three levels of another class will lose you spell mastery which can be free shield spells and misty steps. But 17th wizard gives 9th level spells, just cast invulnerability and go to town with your sword.
If you plan to stay in the back and sling spells, you have much better options than the Bladesinger.
Thoughts?

Thanks for the tips.
This would be for AL, so the character would grow as fast as I want to play it. I won't lose being able to use it like a normal campaign.
