My charecter is a a refromed red dragon cultist, trying to good in the world. He managed to liberate 6 dragon eggs that will hatch with 1 week while playing, "Hoard of the Dragon Queen". The eggs are a potential reward for completing the story. I am assuming I cannot train 5 metalic and one red baby dragon in AL. What are me and my Dragon loving character to do?
Unfortunately, I don't think there's anything you're allowed to do with them short of flavor. Like, you could probably get away with saying that you have some dragon hatchlings back home and you're adventuring to make money to support them, but you're not allowed to bring them with you or harvest dragon scales from them or anything.
The AL Content Catalogue is the resource for adventure specific questions like this one.
"At certain points in these adventures the characters may have a chance to acquire dragon eggs, owlbear eggs, or some other exotic unborn version of a monster. These creatures are never suitable as pets, familiars, animal companions, and so on, though a character may retain it as a non-mechanical companion at a DM’s discretion."

Sounds like they function in pretty much the same way as decorative pets in MMOs.
