Is anyone else having problems with homebrewing 2024 Custom Backgrounds? I set up a custom background with a choice of all twelve origin feats, and everything seems to work fine for a brand new character but as soon as I use it with an existing character, only half of the feats show up on the list. This isn't just a problem with my own homebrew but I've tested it with other people's custom backgrounds too, on multiple characters, and the same issue happens.
Has anyone come across this and could suggest a workaround? Or does this sound like a coding issue for dndbeyond that I'd just have to wait for them to fix?
Edit: I have no idea why but it now appears to be working.
That's weird, my issue seems to have fixed itself. I also realised after you asked if I owned the 2024 PHB, that the feats that showed up were the 6 that appear in the free rules.
